they failed to get any signatures on some of the contracts and told me lies to close the sale. the vanity mirrors were ripped out and there were no knobs to adjust the seats. i brought it back to get the missing knobs installed and they only did one seat. they forced me to sign a services contract and then said they didnt know what that was. it takes integrity to run this kind of business and their tank is on E. read more

MORE LIKE best choice of junk, broken down, trash vehicles that should only be used for parts being pushed on and sold to either, young single mothers that go and put their babies into thinking that it's going to be a safe vehicle for them and their children to be in, single women that are being taken advantage of by the dealer that are making them think they will have a safe ride back and forth to work or wherever they need to get to, and the men and women that can barely afford the vehicle they are being sold that they worked their ass off to get that can barely afford the gas back and forth to work each day to survive, let alone the piece of crap car they got sold that's falling apart underneath them.. My fiancé recently purchased a vehicle from them that she worked her ass off to get. she was so happy and proud of herself getting what she thought was a good reliable vehicle which I was also so proud of her for doing, BUT literally the day after purchasing the vehicle it needed to be put in the shop for a double alignment because the wheels were so far out of wack the machine couldn't read correctly the first time and also 4 new tires on top of it. then after driving it for barely 3 weeks it totally broke down and wouldn't start... she left message after message on their phone which they didn't respond to, also emailed them several times explaining what was going on and again they didn't respond to her. it is currently in the shop right now because SHE had to have it towed, so far the BATTERY, ALTERNATOR, and CRANKSHAFT SENSOR, have been replaced and still it's not starting. also some other things they found wrong/broken, were the passenger window doesn't go up or down, the gas gauge is broken and misreads, the windshield wipers don't spray fluid, the speedometer is at least 15-20 miles off so you don't know the actual speed you are going. And on top of it, the shop (different from the dealer) that it's sitting at is still finding more wrong with it. she already put over 4000$ into it and parts are still being added in order for it to run again. not to mention she was running on outdated temporary plates because they still haven't gotten her tags for it yet. she finally gets ahold of them and not only did they treat her like it was her fault but they tell her that they won't help her and they won't take their car back as a trade in for something that actually work. ALSO when she first purch the vehicle she referred her daughter and son in law to them who have 2 babies, they went and traded in their car and a truck, for a nicer vehicle for their family that was safe for the babies, the shop has also neglected to send them their tags for the car, so they are also driving around on expired temporary tags, they have called several times asking them for the plates and have still not received them, her and I have called to try and get them as well and haven't been able to. they keep saying that the plates were sent overnight and haven't been, then they called and said the plates have been sitting on their desk for a couple months and we needed to get them but we went there and they tell us that they sent them but again they didn't. so I'd advise you to check on a different car dealership. this place is nothing but a hassle and nothing but trash cars that should be ONLY but sold as parts... WELL, we just got another call from our shop that's fixing the car, and now a NEW part was added to the bill, it's the ECM... the main COMPUTER that runs the vehicle... ALSO the shop found parts that were pieced together with silicone... YES Silicone. ... do YOURSELF a favor and go somewhere else. or go down like everyone else is. read more

Ya I'd be careful buying anything from them I bought a car then my daughter did also two days later recommended by me!!!! By the way three months ago I hade to have 3 alignments a brand new set of tires, breaks my windshield wiper fluid in the front does not work my gas gauge is off you never know how much you have and the speedometer is waaaaaay off right my car is in she shop for the third time!!!! Oh the passenger front window motor is out does not work and it is currently Getting repaired again!!!! I have put over 4000 in to this car because I needed a vehicle I called and asked them to put me in the 2016 Chevy Cruze as I spoke to a lawyer and the finance company they both Believe they knew they did me dirty the finance company themselves took a complaint about all that was wrong with it and how much I put into and will be looking into them. I can't even tag my car because I keep having to put my car in the shop!!!!! As for my poor daughter and son in law worth 2 small children have not received a title they swore they would over night!!!! 3 months I have been there and called several times they said they mailed it which they did NOT!!!! My daughter called and they said it was on their desk!!!!! So they screwed me and took advantage of my kids both of us will have expired tags and can't tag our vehicles.... I have start this by saying that I called Best Choice Motors to get general information that should be obtainable from most to all establishments of the same with no problems. I called and immediately there was an attitude as if I was inconveniencing them just by calling. I was asking if I drove to the location would they have some paperwork so that I didn't have to make a wasted trip. Well they couldn't even tell me if they had it and then the conversation was done or at least I assume it was due to the dial tone I heard. Extremally unprofessional. I purchased an S10 chevy pickup from the location on 11th street in tulsa, They lojack all of their vehicles, because of this and poor mechanical work the truck never rain right or charged the battery correctly. So I asked them to fix the vehicle. The tried on a couple of occasions to do this finally after the third time I just told them to keep the vehicle. The did which made it a voluntary repossession. Not very Happy at all :( I bought my BMW x5 from them that same day I drove it off the check engine light comes on, I call them they told me to bring it back they cleared the code and the light came back on as I was traveling, The car went back 6 times same thing check engine light i was assured they would take care of it. I took the car to auto zone to see what the errors were same thing P0015. I went back every time with the same code was tols they replaced the part. The last few times i was told they changed the solenoids to correct the problem, but the problems continues so I took my car to the BMW dealership to find out that the solenoids had never been touched and needed to be replaced there was recalls (air bag replace and pcv valve heater)on my vehicle that had never been addressed to which cars have been caughting on fire because not being replaced and the coils were bad causing me to misfire and a bad housing Gaset so I just feel very misinformed on the condition of the vehicle. Now I say all this because buyer needs to beware he says he has mechanics but they never did anything to my car and instead of being honest with me he lied and that is where I had a problem. I walked in and told them i traveled a lot and i needed a dependable vehicle and I feel I was lied too more than once. My repairs are close to 6000.00 dollars and I am very upset for the dishonesty this dealership gave me. Not including there was a discrepancy in the purchase price and what was sent to the bank for financing . I should have known then it was going to be a problem. I bought a BMW Z 3 that shredded its new tires 3000 miles after purchasing car from Best Choice Motors. I came to find out that the newly purchased car couldn't be aligned because the vehicle had been in a major accident and had unfixed frame and other undercar damage. Despite numerous calls to the management/owners (Maazz and Mike) to see what options were available, they refused to take my calls or return them.
