I asked for a trim so I knew it was dead but I expected at most about 2 inches off. She could've told me how much she was going to cut off before she just started cutting all my hair off! 2. My haircut wasn't even! This is what upset me the most. I straightened my hair the day after my haircut and one side was longer than the other. Had to come back in a few days later so she could make it even but I unfortunately had an uneven haircut for the wedding I attended.
