I had a great time here, and I received a great cut. Rocky talked about what he was doing as he helped me select adjustments to find the right cut for me. This place has a barbershop vibe with a new age twist. I especially dig the Rosie the Riveter sort of tough girl painting on the wall. The guys went to the Barber today. Noah and Rocky hit it off. After some chatter between them, he decides he's going to divert from the planned repeat Johnny Bravo cut which has been staple. I hear him say to Rocky "I want the one on the top middle" as he's pointing to a display poster. Full on Mohawk with shaved sides. Im thinking, Im down that. Literally the *only* place in the area on a sunday afternoon that my boyfriend could get his hair cut. Everywhere else, not including super cuts, was either closed, or over his "I just want a $10 barber shop cut." But $15 isn't bad. I'm spoiled. I get my hair done all the time, and I've been getting it done by the same person for 10 years. I've heard good things about this place, and given my boyfriend just moved to the area, I thought this would be a good go-to for him from now on. Someone he could get his hair cut from all the time. He wants to be a "regular". I think we may have found it. Minus one star for having to wait so long, there was only one girl working and it was sunday afterall, and she didn't sweep under the chair between clients. Legit, there was hair all over the floor EVERYWHERE. Even under the chairs the people waiting to get their hair cut were sitting in. I had to make note of it because I had to hold my bag the whole time. No free chairs, no magazine tables, and there was absolutely NO WAY I was putting anything on the floor besides the bottoms of my shoes. But other than that, and a small snippet of hair behind his ear that he had to trim when he got home, I walked out of there with a happy camper. read more

I've been going to Rocky for about 15 years now. Rocky is always professional, his cutting station is always clean and he is keen on conversation! His prices are reasonable and I always leave a satisfied customer. Rocky has built a reputation as a stylist, able to satisfy the most picky of hair style requests. I really hate to share this because he can get busy at certain times of the year but he's so good that I feel compelled give a shout out! Go see Rocky, you won't be disappointed. read more

I'm back in town after nearly 20 years and decided to try this place. The prices are more than fair and the location was good for me. First of all Gena was great. She cut my husband's and my hair and did a wonderful job. I would have liked a shampoo though or at least a thorough soak at the sink. Just spraying my hair with water meant a few pieces weren't cut evenly at the ends and I had to clean them up later. My biggest complaint, however, is that I prefer my salon/barber experience without a side of politics. The owner started discussing Trump with his appointment and it took everything for me to not walk out in the middle of my hair cut. My husband DID walk out. Even if they had been discussing my particular political philosophies I would be uncomfortable because who knows what the other patrons' views are. Salons/barbershops should be politics and religion free zones! I'll find another place to go. read more

Worst haircut I've had in a while. I took a chance on a new place because they were open Sunday and I wouldn't have time to see my regular barber. Simple fade into a slight faux hawk, almost ended up with a hard part on one side other side is liveable... I added a star because the barber was very nice and was on time for our appointment. read more

Haircuts are ok here, the guy is not talkative at all but the lady is chatty and nice enough to talk to but the last time I think the talking distracted her and she gave me some haircut that was no where near what I asked for but I wanted to give them one more chance before looking elsewhere. I walked in today and didn't even get 1 foot through the door before the guy said no more customers. So be aware: their hours say open till 6 but they don't take any customers after 5. read more

Definitely a must try! I was a little skeptical at first because I thought it was more of a barber shop and specialized in men's cuts. I was wrong!! I went in looking for a trim and to get a new style. Grant was so friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I told him what I was looking for and he went right to work. Took my son here for a haircut. He is 17 and very into his hair. We usually have to find a salon rather than a barber and that tends to lean towards the girly side. I booked an appt with Rocky. My hair is curly and long past my waist. I asked for a layered cut to get rid of a few inches of blond on my hair as I am growing out to it's natural color. I couldn't believe the hack job I got. It is uneven. One side longer than the other. He cut straight across the back of my hair. He cut it dry. Didn't shampoo. It is the worst cut I have ever gotten. When I got home the moment I walked in my sister -n- law & husband noticed how uneven it was right away. Horrible experience Don't go there if you want a good cut. Going to another salon to get it fixed. I have always had good experiences with salons this is the first time I have had such a bad cut. read more
