I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. She is not helpful and has the worst manners possible. She is always negative, talks in a very mad manner to customers and puts down people with the way she talks to people. Other clients try to avoid her by not going anymore or just show up when she is not around; including myself. The other two ladies are very nice and helpful, but Mary is just rude and unrespectful. There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.

This place is small, the carts to load your stuff doesn't come out of the place (for obvious reasons cause it's a sketchy area) & it's a sketchy area! Some lady was screaming in the middle of the st on cahuenga for a good 20-35 mins... And I'm sure there's some guy waiting for his drug dealer to come drop some stuff of to him outside. My apt washer was out of order so I went to this place twice. I found the place was very clean , well lit, the machines were new and luxurious. As a bonus this laundromat offers free internet and that's a big plus. I also found the manager was very helpful and professional. My whole laundry experience was great. I felt safe and Would definitely come back and do my laundry here regularly, even though I had to take a bus . read more

I went here once, and I will not go back. This place was Dirty (the floors, the machines, everything!) It was more expensive than the place I normally go. There was sign free wi-fi, but there was no. Also people who it's working dear not responsible. Thank u. Never meet this place again! read more

The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.

First impression: very clean. The attendant on duty was friendly and helpful. The problems started with payment. The digital/card system was down, so it was quarters only. There's no on-site ATM, so I ran across the street to the liquor store, paid a $3 ATM fee, and came back. Later, when I needed more quarters, the change machine was empty or malfunctioning. The attendant improvised with a vending machine to get me $5 in quarters--above and beyond, but customers shouldn't need workarounds. Comfort and layout are issues, too. There's no indoor seating, and the outdoor metal benches sit in direct sun, so waiting outside is rough; I ended up sitting in my car with the AC on between cycles. Aisles throughout are tight, so moving a cart creates bottlenecks and lots of "excuse me" just to pass. The restroom costs 50¢--I get the deterrence angle, but a customer code would be fairer. Easy fixes: restore digital payment and keep the changer stocked; add an ATM. Comfort upgrades: provide shaded or indoor seating; offer a restroom code for paying customers. Laundry Love is clean and staffed by good people--but payment reliability and basic comfort matter. I'd gladly return if those are addressed; otherwise I'll choose another laundromat next time.

The only downside is the restroom wasn't accessible but luckily I was able to use the one at El Pollo Loco.
