Bathroom very large also and well appointed. Exceptional lighting. 2. Kitchen access upstairs for ice, free soda, coffee, tea or water, homemade cookies bt elevator or stairs. Honor system for alcohol (we didnt try any). 3. Accommodating pleasant staff. 4. Old historic house and small but pretty grounds you can walk around. The magnolias are ancient and spectacular. Wish we could have seen them in bloom. 5. Can order nicely prepared meals to room or eat in library lounge - breakfast or dinner. Def an old southern feel to the place. Cons: 1. Parking was tight and hard to to manuever but they did have a cart available for rooms that are further away - partially broken. 2. In downtown area, kind of dingy and run down - but somewhat charming w many old craftsman homes around. 3. Could have used some hanging baskets and annuals for more color and charm - would help brighten the mood of the run down area of town - 4. And wish theyd answer the phones. We left messages almost everytime we called (they were good about calling back). This leaves one feeling disconnected from a warm hospitable experience.

They have a big lazy river outside and lots of areas to walk around. The property is lush and green! Inside, they have lots of seating areas which made post conference gatherings easy to happen naturally near the bar in one of the little seating nooks. They do have a lounge for members with status as well as a great rooftop bar! Second, the rooms were nice! My stay was comfortable and there were no issues there. Overall, another great Marriott win!

I'm not a golfer but I'm guessing this is the place to be if you are. :) They have such a beautiful golf course and it made me want to take up some golf clubs and learn. We ate at Rebecca's (hotel restaurant) two times and enjoyed dinner much more than breakfast. Breakfast was a bit overpriced, fruit wasn't super fresh, toast and pastries a big stale. There were a ton of options for the brekky buffet though. On the contrary, dinner seemed fairly priced and the portions were huge. Food tasted delicious, made to order. Kids fries, alfredo and grilled cheese for the littles. Crostinis app for us (highly recommend). Hubby got a burger which he said was delicious (super sized) and I had the seafood penne and ate it all! Loved the flavor and spice. We had an incredible stay here and we would def come again. They even had a kid room for our 5, 4, and 1 year old to enjoy - it had large blocks, coloring table, big love sac chairs. Thanks for having us Sheraton and for the incredible service we received!

The hotel is…read moreclean, well maintained, and the staff (Front Desk, Bar, Restaurant, Valet) are still EXCEPTIONAL!!! Interacted with 5 different ladies at the Front Desk and 3 different guys on the Valet Team; each were DELIGHTFUL and enhanced my guest experience. Enjoyed a drink at the bar with fast and friendly service and my to-go meal (Shrimp Alfredo and a Side Caesar) was DELICIOUS!

I love the Hilton brand, and arrived to this location after having left a Hilton in NYC (Time…read moreSquare). I'm attached to this chain, but let's say that this one in Jackson should lose its Hilton branding. It's a beautiful lobby, very ornate and stately. I was surprised at how nice it was when I walked in. I had high hopes, but it went down hill from the time I checked-in: #1 Key system was down upon check-in (after arranging for pre-check and digital key before I arrived) -- and had to be escorted to my room on the 7th floor for about 24 hours. I never got access to the digital key despite 2 different front desk people telling me that it should be working. #2 I was so happy to see a fridge and microwave in the room, but with that comes pests, and I was assaulted by fruit flies during my 4-night stay. This was the worst part of the stay. Really gross, as they were flying in my eyes, and face, and jumping into my drink cups. They were all In the bathrooms, desk, curtains, nightstands, etc. #3 By day 2, their app-based valet car retrieval service was down, and it didn't come back online until a day before my check-out. What was supposed to be convenient ended up being a delay. Kudos to the valets for hustling as fast as they could during the inconvenience. #4 Arrived at the bar/grill one night because the literature said they close at 10, and by 9:10 -- they were like the Kitchen is closed. Okay. Thought closing hours (ON A FRIDAY) were 10. #5 The literature in the bathroom says that they clean your room every other day. I was there 4 days before anyone serviced my room, and then they didn't leave any towels. I didn't noticed that I had no towels (I returned to my room late in the evening) until I got up to head to the airport the next morning. #6 Forget trying to close the closet door in my room -- it was almost falling off the hinges. The only reason that I don't give this 1-star is because it has the potential to be better. Convenient location. Modern/online amenities like check-in and valet apps. And the lobby space is beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. I appreciated the 24-hour valet and being able to get or drop off my car whenever I want. The upkeep needs to be better to ensure that all systems are operating at the level that we expect of a Hilton brand hotel.

We got in really late and all of the other hotels were at compacity so we had to stay here. They 1st room they gave us smelled as if it was molded and it had a huge hole on side of the bed in the wall so the lady at the front desk gave us another room. The room was horrible! The bed sheets were so dingy till it was almost yellow. The towels were also dingy. I mistakenly knocked my wedding ring under the bed and as we pulled the bed out to get it i was outraged by what was underneath. (Pictures below dont show no justice) it was sooo nasty!! It was big blunts that had been half smoked, broken fingernails, used condom wrappers, water bottles, etc... under the bed. The microwave was soo nasty!! Even had hair in there. This was the worst econo lodge that i have ever stayed in! They need to teach their cleaning crew the proper way to clean a room. That was the worst $85 that i have ever spent on a hotel room. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. And i posted 8 pics why are they being removed

Good location. Nice walking path around a lake to jog or take a walk. Safe, well lit. Lots of restaurants near. Easy highway access. Upscale shopping area super close. Small kitchen was nice with all I needed. Only cons are I couldn't find Ice machine on third floor. Had to go down to the first floor to get ice. (The ice cube tray in the refrigerator was useless.
