At 7 am, I was told he would be there that day at 4:30 to do a simple area rug I needed to get done before going out of town. I quit looking for other companies because I was told it would be fine that day. At 2pm, he texted to tell me the job he was working on was going to take longer and he wouldn't make it. I reminded him i needed it done & canceling this late was unprofessional; he said he would be there by 7pm. At 6:45 I got another text; he wasn't going to make it. I recently purchased my first home and needed the carpet for my previous rental home professionally cleaned. I requested quotes July 1st via the project option on Yelp. I received multiple quotes, however, Best Decision had the best price and the soonest availability to meet the limited time frame I had to get the service completed. Scheduling was convenient as I was able to do so within Yelp messaging. My appointment arrival window provided was July 3rd between 10am and 12pm. Arrival was a few minutes after 12pm, however work was started promptly after I did a quick walkthrough. I was out with family friends and could not make it back in time for when the service was complete, however, I had a friend do the final walkthrough and was able to pay via Venmo. When I did come back later to do my own walkthrough, I was satisfied with the work.
