Don't believe they're 149.00 deal, Jeff employee of Easy Clean Carpet just came and quoted me now 400.00 upon arrival. Super pushy, aggressive and really bad customer service! Here is the images of my living room and master bedroom so you can see the size that needed to be shampooed! Crazy to me! Also I only asked for one part of the sectional to be cleaned. I'll find another vendor. The part where the owner says "people running to social media to benefit" what's the benefit? I didn't ask for a discount I stated the price was not what I was told. 2 rooms, hallway or sofa. But because it a a sectional Jeff freaked out. No. I tried to explain to him what areas to. When I said then I won't move forward he said call my boss which I did and in the middle of trying to talk you hung up on me or let me guess the call got disconnected. I have no hallway-as shown in the pictures my sofa I clearly stated on the photo to you two pieces are newer and only one couch needed cleaned as shown even in the photo. Don't worry there are many carpet cleaning companies even carpet cleaners. For 200.00 I can even get one from target/ Home Depot, Lowe's. I started off my search for carpet cleaning last week, I put request in on yelp and this company had offered a good deal! So I decided to give them a try. Today I had Jeff come out and clean my carpets including my stairs , 2 rooms and small hall. He was a real friendly and knowledgeable guy. He wanted to make sure I got good customer service. My carpet is white and had a lot of stains. He did the best he could, which I appreciated! However, I wasn't pleased all the way because I think in my head I thought the carpet could be cleaner in some areas. So I reached out to the owner about my concerns. He was pretty nice and said we could get it taken care of today. He sent Jeff back out to my house, and redo the stairs. Arrived around 7:30 the guy came in with additional hard haggling charged additional for deordorizing claims that preserves something, $200. All windows open it took 3 days to dry due to excessive water. The owner when I reported this took zero responsibility, he said something was wrong on my part like maybe a leak. Amazing service. I called and Scott the owner scheduled me for the following morning. Jeff came out to clean my sofa and was magically able to not only get rid of cat urine smell out of my couch but cleaned my carpets while he was at it.
