He came and steam cleaned the carpets at our new rental home that was gross and stink -(horrible wet dog odor). Stains gone and no more lingering odors. We hired this company based on their reviews, but our experience fell far short of that. Jeremy, the owner, did scrub some areas of the carpet, but not all. Several spots that clearly needed mechanical agitation were skipped, and he didn't apply stain-treatment chemicals the way he was supposed to. Corners and edges were also missed completely. Even though I told him I do not care about the fee, but I want perfect results. We specifically pointed out washable marker marks in the office and a coffee stain. Jeremy said he would bring a special chemical for the coffee stain, but he never applied it until we reminded him at the very end--after he had already packed up. On top of the inconsistent work, his attitude was uncomfortable. He came across as aggressive and didn't take questions well. Anytime we asked about missed areas or the process, he seemed irritated rather than willing to explain or correct anything. We expected a much more thorough job and far better professionalism.
