Great carpet cleaning service. They came out on time and cleaned the carpet. We have cats so there's a bit of a smell and the sanitizer is a bit pricey, but they were able to give us a good deal. Ed and Ken helped us out. Good service and quality. Prices are pretty fair but once you start adding on it adds up real quick. Mike did it again! In the past, he has removed jello stains, green and black paint, dog urine, mud stains and skunk stench brought in by my dogs. Today, no joke, he removed dark chocolate stains from a box of protein shakes my dogs got in to, a dog blood stain, and blackish cloudy boot stains made of mud, motor oil and car grease. Mike takes his time and really puts the effort in to getting everything as clean as possible. He moves furniture and doesn't let anything get by him. While it costs more when you have dirt like ours to get out, trust me when I say it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! He always warns me about some stains not being removable, and I know deep stains can re-appear over time, but so far that hasn't ever happened when my carpet had been cleaned by Valley Carpet Care. One more thing...They are always ready to come in short notice, even around the holiday. Once my dog got skunked 6 hours after they had cleaned my carpet, and she proceeded to wipe her body and face all over the room (since it was open and had no furniture in it). Despite them being fully booked, they sent someone BACK out for a small fee and used a skunk solution to remove the thiols ... SAVED THE DAY. Eli did a very thorough job throughout my entire house. We have a 2 story home that is on the larger side and he didn't miss a beat. We also have a large couch that needed cleaning and he had a co-worker come and assist which was appreciated the job was more involved and they appreciated that. My couch is almost white and I have 3 cats! They got it super bright and clean for me. I was able to bring in a cushion that I had to put in the garage that was previously treated for cat urine and I got most of it out it was no longer visible but I'm very sensitive to order. He got it super clean and sanitized for me. I did pay more for a deep cleaning with sanitizer throughout my house but with three cats and not being ready to drop $$$$ on new carpet or flooring it was so worth it! Eli and Chris did an amazing job. The 2 of them spent most of the day here. They cleaned all our carpets upstairs and got everything out that we assumed they would. Few stains didn't come up but those were my wife's makeup and we knew they likely wouldn't but they honestly tried for us. They also cleaned all 900 sq ft of tile floors downstairs and let me tell you after 6 yrs the grout looks like the day I installed it. Valley carpet has true professionals that do a great job and take their time with the stubborn areas where dogs have urinated. Its like brand new carpet again.
