What a wonderful experience we had having our carpets cleaned by Mat and Ed... who were awesome! My name is Jenny and I live in the Folsom area. We have used VCC several times and have always been very pleased with the service we have had with them. We have also responded, at times, to "special savings" or "extras" advertised by other Carpet Cleaning Companies in the area and they were usually alright. However, VCC were always able to meet "MY" time line to have my carpets cleaned and with very reasonable prices. So, I chose VCC as my 1st choice to have carpets cleaned before guests arrived for Thanksgiving. I did not want to take a chance with another company...VCC has always come out on top! Mat and Ed not only meet my expectations...but exceeded them! Mat was wonderful...and I will say he is probably younger than most of the people I have had come in to take care of my carpet cleaning needs. People who are older and have been in the business longer I have appreciated. Mat was just exceptional, he was such a hard worker and dedicated to doing his absolute best to meet my expectations. For example, I told him he did not have to work so hard on some "high traffic" areas...because I had been told that in "those" areas, the other company said they really could not get them looking much better. Well, Mat said let him give it a go and see what he could do. What he did was put... 'what I was told'... to shame! It looked and still looks great for the first time in a long time...even after having 23 people here at Thanksgiving! I was more than pleased, I was amazed! He put a lot of hard work and dedication into the entire job he was here to do! He NEVER gave the impression that it was just a job to do by rushing it. Watching him work and using whatever "he thought" it took to do the best job, not only was to my satisfaction (and I am very picky) but also met his standard of excellence! Mat and Ed worked as a team so organized and efficient through out the process. I also enjoyed the delightful chit-chat exchanges we had while they were in my home. They were also very tidy and careful with their equipment around my walls and furniture and took great care of it all. I appreciated them as workers in my home, but their professionalism and also their individual enjoyable personalities made me feel like they were also my guest! They represented themselves and VCC more than 5 Star employees. It was refreshing and my pleasure to have them here. VCC is a great, reputable Company with the excellent services they provide. With employees like Mat & Ed I can only expect that VCC will continue to receive OUTSTANDING reviews because they represent themselves, and Valley Carpet Care, with pride, integrity and dedication to their clients. Exceeded all expectations, despite a semi-rocky start. Our initial service for upstairs had wonderful results, but the technician smoke so heavily that we had to intentionally air-out the house for a day; something we've never previously been sensitive to. The carpets were pristine, but we were quite hesitant to re-hire them because of the smoke issue. We wanted to at least give them the chance of getting us a non-smoking technician, because the results truly were great. And here we are, beyond amazed with our most recent result. Joshua gets full stars, full recommendation, full gratitude from us. We moved into a VERY dirty, neglected home, which needed a lot of cleaning. Not only did Joshua take out the multitude of years-old stains, but he even managed to get rid of ground-in Pop Tart that my toddlers added to the collective. In short, we never want anyone besides this company, especially Joshua, doing our carpets. He turned grunge into like-new carpets and we are now forever loyal. As a side note, we have never been met with a voicemail when trying to contact them. They are prompt in answering the phone, and the woman I spoke with was always kind and courteous. I get my carpets cleaned every year and have never had such great service and a job done better than my expectations! Valley Carpet Care was great from the moment I called to get a price quote, to the moment Joseph left my house. Ken gave me a quote I couldn't pass up! At first I thought it was too good to be true. Joseph arrived during the scheduled time with a 15min call before hand. He was extremely professional and really know his stuff. He took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me some great advice regarding my cat issues. He cleaned the carpets better than any of the prior cleaners I had in the past. Just had 3 rooms and stairs cleaned by Joseph and Jacob and am thrilled. My carpets are a year old and at six months had a cleaning by another vendor who made unremovable circles in my brand new carpet. They explained to me what had been done, what should not have been done, and made a great effort to remove that circle pattern. Though that was not something they could restore, they were able to do what they could, gracefully told me my options without demeaning the other, and how I may want to follow through with having the Teflon coating restored. No pressure, just information. And both included me in the entire process! Finally, due to a cancellation I was able to get them here within an hour of my call.I appreciate the professionalism, both in attitude and presentation. We've used Valley Carpet Care twice -- both times for steam cleaning, and last time to also do a significant carpet repair, which turned out fantastic (other carpet companies said that repair was impossible...not so!). Today, Mike was our technician. He called when on the way, arrived according to schedule, did a complete walk-through to review the job, and finalized the pricing in writing -- prior to starting work. The estimate I received by phone before hiring Valley Carpet Care was reasonable (be sure to ask for coupons when booking and write down the price you are quoted). Our cream microfiber chair looks like new again, and the light beige carpets are bright and fresh. Mike also explained Valley Carpet Care's cleaning process in advance, which allowed me the opportunity to request no fragrance. So it was a pure steam clean with some natural enzymatic pre-spray. Thank you Valley Carpet Care! Greg came to my home and was amazing. He did the restoration (big scrubber machine) on my 9 year old carpet! I love it. It looks brand new. I did not ever use Valley Carpet Care in the past and I found them in the Penny Saver. They are affordable and do excellent work. The most important part to me was that I was able to trust the young man in my home. He was polite, well mannered, and clean cut. The only thing was that I paid a travel fee of a few bucks, which I realized after I paid. No big deal because I got the best deal out there with the PennySaver coupon. So it didn't matter how he itemized everything to me. That is just a side note. Did I mention he cleaned my Denali XL? I have two little ones who spill everything. That looks like dynamite again!! I needed my carpet cleaned and was tempted to call my old standby Stanley Steamer although I wasn't 100% pleased with their last visit. I decided to try a new company and after reading reviews on YELP and on a Folsom Facebook group Valley Carpet Care got my call. The person who answered the phone and took my information was very pleasant and was able to get me an appt the very next day. Kyle and Christian arrived well within the allotted time period (with an advance call to tell me they were on their way). I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They loved my dog and I loved that they were able to remove the dog throw-up stains from my carpet! Not only did they do a great job, they didn't try to sell me any extra services or cleaners to clean up spots! I was looking for a Carpet Cleaner in my area and found Valley Carpet Care. I read the reviews and was impressed by all the good service they said they received. So I called and set up a time for them to come out. I have 4 small dogs and knew it was going to be a job to get all the spots up not to mention the high traffic areas. Bob showed up on time & went to work explaining all he was going to do. He answered all my questions without hurrying through them. He was the Politest young man I have met in this area in along time. My carpet is like new & what is great is our little dogs are not leaving spots on it anymore. I had my carpets cleaned when I first bought my house and thought I was just going to have to have new carpet installed because they still looked really bad. Someone at work told me to try Valley Carpet Cleaners. I called and made the appointment and they called that morning to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they took a look at the carpet (it was really bad) let me know it was no problem they could clean it big stains and all. I have to say it was amazing. I still expected the big stains to come back up after a few weeks but no they are completely gone. They also did the tile in both bathrooms and an upholstered chair that was really bad. I wish I had taken before picture because they did a spectacular job. I will definitely be telling anyone who asks that they should only call Valley Carpet Cleaners. read more

I recently had Valley carpet out to my home specifically Jake and Bobby. Now I don't remember which one was Jake and which was Bobby. I'll start off by saying the carpet looks awesome! Let me tell you worth every penny. Now if I was rating valley solely on the way the carpet looked it would be six stars, however I must rate my full experience. The boys were friendly , honest and got straight to work as soon as I signed the paperwork. The cleaning like I said was great and very thorough. The only suggestion or issue I had was one of the boys was on his phone the entire time while the other cleaned. I am in no way unhappy with the service I just wanted to express my frustration about the cell phone situation. I will defiantly be having Valley back out when I'm in need of a good shampooing. I called yesterday and spoke with ken. Not only did I receive an immediate return call, ken provided courteous, professional and prompt service and set an appointment for the next morning. My appointment was scheduled for 9am today. I received a courtesy call from Nick at 8:40 to inform me he was 10 minutes from arriving at my home. Nick was an extension of the service I experienced with Ken. Nick was great! He explained the services available to me and the process to clean the carpets. My floors and carpet look awesome. Nick did a great job. He was careful around my furniture while treating and cleaning the carpet and did not drag the hoses along the baseboards, corners or walls. Valley Carpet Care and their employee Q are the absolute real deal! We booked them to clean the carpets in our three bedrooms plus our living room sectional, and Q showed up ready to work. He was by himself the whole time, super friendly and professional from the second he arrived, and jumped right in with zero downtime. Q spent over five hours meticulously detailing every room and the entire sofa sectional. He didn't rush a single thing. It takes a lot for me to write a review but I am feeling very motivated to do so. Brent and Jake from the time they arrived were professional and courteous. I can be a handful with servicemen but no matter what I said they always had a great and pleasant demeanor. They did a fantastic job of explaining their process, recommending different services, showed expert knowledge on the chemicals and tools they were using. Had my carpets professionally cleaned for the first time ever today in the 7 years I have owned my home. Bryce was our serviceman and he was incredible! I cannot say enough nice things about him, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a return customer after this! I didn't think my carpets were too dirty besides a few traffic areas/spots and a water damage line, but it was amazing to see him literally pulling years of dirt out of the carpet. Mike and Nick showed up on time and even called ahead to let let me know they were on their way. Having just moved into an older home, the 600 sq. feet of tile floors were in great need of deep cleaning. They scrubbed the grout lines and machine cleaned the tiles. The floor looks much brighter and so clean. The grout lines are all the same color now! They were in and out in less than 2 hours, efficient and very pleasant. The cleaning solvent is safe for my grandchild and dog. That was a big concern. PLUS their price was much less than a well known national competitor. I highly recommend Valley Carpet. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and two Valley representatives (T-Rex and Mac) arrived Thursday morning about 8 AM. They reviewed our needs for carpet cleaning (approximately 2400 square feet) and gave us the estimate within 10 minutes which was great for us. They explained what they were going to do to clean our carpets including a sanitizer application at the end. Both went promptly to work and by 10:30 they were done. T-Rex and Mac were a great team on the job, and enjoyable individuals to have cleaning our carpets.
