If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I have never had a more disgustingly awful experience in a place that is created to help you get better. 3 weeks ago I had my wisdom teeth removed here (after driving in from austin, as this is my dentist). It was a fine experience, and I was given ibuprofen 800 to deal with. After the ibuprofen went out, i called to request another refill on my medication (8 days after surgery) as i was still in pain. The front desk and "office manager" who should be fired, informed me I had to make the drive in to receive another ibuprofen 800 prescription because "there must be seriously something wrong" I thought this was insane, but alas, did what was required. When I got there, I was told I shouldn't have had to come, things were healing normal, the pain level was understood and given another prescription (again, JUST FOR IBUPROFEN). I left. Fast forward, I cracked my tooth and needed to get it fixed as I was in a bit of pain. I called at 10 AM. To let them know/make an appointment and told them I was allergic to local anesthesia (I had also told them when I got my wisdom teeth removed). They said that was fine, they would accommodate. I get there at 1 PM. and remind the front desk staff. They said they understood and continued to give me my X-rays. After an hour and 10 minutes sitting alone in the back room, they came in to inform me that they were ready to numb me. I informed them, for the fourth time, that this wasn't applicable and I needed another route. Their office manager, again, who should be fired, came in to tell me I was lying and I never informed them of these barriers I had. I then requested my mothers presence as she was there both times this conversation happened. I let them know I needed to calm down and meet my mother outside and discussed my fear/reservations. The awful office manager then came outside where I was sitting with my mom to let me know they would not be seeing me and I needed to go elsewhere and collect my belongings from inside. My mother did so, and spoke to both dentists inside when grabbing my things and saying she was sorry that they wouldn't help me. They both said that wasn't true, they would, I just needed to calm down and come back inside to go over treatment plan. After 20 minutes my mom went back inside to let them know we were ready, and they then turned us away because they didn't have time for the procedure. Long story short: "our staff did not communicate properly to meet your needs, our office manager yelled at you, called you a liar and lied to your face. But nonetheless, this isn't our fault, we can see you Monday!" I will never recommend this dentist to another living being. If you want to spend thousands of dollars for less than subpar medical care and laughable customer service, by all means! Otherwise, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. A word of advice to the company: get a new office manager and train your staff to give decent customer service. This was an incredibly awful, time consuming and painful experience. EDIT: I left this review at 3:30 P.M. on Friday. At 4:20 and 4:34 P.M. Friday, the doctor of this established called not me, but my MOTHER to complain about this review. Dr Jasmine and her team are top notch. I discovered this office a few years ago when I needed my wisdom teeth removed and they had a deal going on (). Fast forward to present day, Dr Jasmine was the first thought that came to mind when it was time to change my crown. Her knowledge and expertise helped me understand what needed to be done as well as the precautions that were necessary to ensure the crown would remain exemplary for the next decade. The assistant and Doctors there are AMAZING! My first experience in a while where I had top care. They saved my tooth which another dentist wanted to prep for a root canal! They extracted my tooth that I knew for sure needed a root canal but I have had bad experience with a root canal and I had no pain. Dr. Jasmine and her brother were super fast and did a great job explaining the procedure making sure I was comfortable. And let me just say the prices are super affordable especially if you don't have insurance like myself. I was told by another facility I had severe gum disease and wanted to charge $1200 for a deep cleaning. Came here and was told I have early gingivitis but no bone loss! Paid $174 for cleaning and no pain whatsoever. I definitely recommend this place and will now continue to come back thank you so much for your care! read more

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. From the moment you walk in, the place is beautifully decorated, clean and fresh. After a traumatic experience with another dentist, Dr. Sonny Naderi made the wisdom tooth removal process a breeze. He was really nice and personable too. In a matter of seconds my wisdom tooth was out, without having the doctor rest his elbow on my chest and put great pressure on my cheek while trying to remove my tooth (that was my previous experience). I didnt know what to expect. I just needed my wisdom tooth out, fast. The facility and staff were great. When you see the price, you might think youre going into a sub-standard place. Not true at all. The dentist was better/more painless with the needles than other dentists. He has my "complicated" extraction done in literally 3 minutes. My original dentist charged me a bunch of money to refer me to a surgeon who charged me a bunch of money to tell me it would cost another $1000 to pull it. I got it out in 3 minutes for $250. am shocked and confused as to how this establishment has high star ratings. Please DO NOT go here. I have had the worst experience I have EVER had at any medical type facility. I will say the dentist seems like a good person, but I would never refer anyone here. 1. LACK OF COMMUNICATION: * It all started with an email I sent 5/7 (morning) with several questions. I sent a follow up email 5/10 (afternoon) to add to my 5/7 email. I had to call on 5/11 to see if my emails where going through. The dentist finally responded with one word "Absolutely!" I had at least 5 questions and I'm not sure what her response meant. It appeared that there was no time taken to read my email that I took time to write. I send a reply (same day) asking if she had read my questions and had no response. On 5/14 I had sent a new email and called to make sure my email was read. * Another email was sent on 6/23 indicating that the digital images they sent where old images and not new images. I never got a response. * Now that I finally do have my veneers, I've sent 3 emails stating I'm unhappy and they have not responded. 2. MISLEADING INFORMATION (LIES): * My fiancé went before I did and he was not happy with the color of his temporary placements. He indicated he asked for the whitest possible. When I went I asked to see the colors.. the dentist indicated to my that my fiancé saw all the colors and chose the color for his temporary placements. This was a lie. He was never shown the whiter colors. * When we finally got the color situation figured out, we told her we wanted to change out colors for the permanent veneers. She reassured us that she changed the color. When the permanent came in, it was not the new color we asked for. * I had major issues with the temporary placements. They kept cracking and I was left with exposed little teeth for several days. It ruined my food tasting for our wedding, our engagement photo session, and my bridal brunch. She did attempt to fix it before our pictures, however it cracked the next day. The last time they where fixed, it was the yellow color. I told her it was the wrong color and I had my bridal brunch, she said it was yellow because of the medicine she put on it and it's shining through the plastic; however, before hand she told us that plastic doesn't shine through. She said it would go back to white. Well, it didn't. I called to go in a change the color and she assured me that her brother would fix them before my bridal brunch on a Saturday. This was a lie, the office was closed for the weekend. * When my fiancé wrong color permanent placements arrived, she said she would ask for another set due to to shape (even though we knew the color was also off). We waited for the new digital images so that we could see how the shape would change. I called every other day to ask for the images. I finally got ahold of the dentist and she said she would send them "right now", but I didn't get them until days later and they were the old images.. not the new ones! 3. NOT ON TOP OF THINGS * I had to follow up with MULTIPLE phone calls to get my questions answered. I would have to call 1-3 times daily to get any responses. I wanted to know when my permanent placements would arrive so I can schedule an appointment, but they never knew when they'd arrive. They said, "we have to call the labs" every time. Finally I asked for the lab number so I could call directly (which they didn't want to give me at first). I called the lab and it took less than 5 minutes to get a date. I told them how much pain I had been in and they even offered to ship it sooner! Why couldn't the Best Dental office do this from the beginning?! 4. POOR QUALITY: * I am extremely unhappy with quality of veneers aesthetically. They have waves in the tooth. * After getting veneers I have had pain on one of my tooths * I already feel the back of veneer cracking read more

First off the staff is the absolute best! The office is about 45 mins from my house but I'll definitely be coming back! I had an infected wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Saw two other dentist before coming here. one couldn't pull my tooth for two more weeks.. the other couldn't give me a price for like three hours so I got fed up and left. I called best dental because I had an appointment for this Tuesday but the pain was so bad they got me in for today at six. I was very nervous cause I've never had a tooth pulled. They let my husband come back with me and they reassured me it'd be fast and painless, which it was also the office was very nice and clean. Loved the coffee bar and the way it was decorated . Highly dissatisfied with the staff and the doctor. The doctor and the staff are passive-aggressive and unprofessional. Accepted a treatment plan and it has changed multiple times in less than a year along with price increases. Never get to see the doctor I prefer. I am scheduled for multiple appointments in the same week when the services could be completed on the same day. During a procedure, the physician damaged nerves in my CHIN, LIP, and JAW. I notified them immediately when the numbness never went away and 7 months later I still do not have any feeling. The doctors and staff pretend that I have not brought this to their attention at each visit. They allow unsupervised Student training during visits and without patient authorization. They have allowed interns to service me and make mistakes without my Permission. The day before my appointment, I got a text saying since I had failed to respond to a text asking me to confirm my appointment, it had been canceled. But, lucky me, they could reschedule me for the day after I'm supposed to return to Canada.
