I'll give them a three stars because this place is a really nice location. I spoke with one of the associates there and he informed me that by this time next year they'll have a full kitchen, several different areas for extraction on site, even their own grow op in their warehouse on site. Hermetically sealed. Pretty serious stuff. All that being said, I fully expected the quality of the store to be reflected in their supply. Boy was I wrong. I picked up two eighths of their house buds. G6, and The Great Ha' Tuh. Both full to the brim of popcorn nugs that were so old and dry, they fell apart the second I touched them. These things were basically dust. More stem than flower, and lost the strong "weed" smell they probably once had. Harvest date was 2/13/22....it's May 5th at the time of writing...need I say more? Anyway, the staff is awesome, the shop itself is stunning. But the Best Dispensary branded flower? Dogshit in every way. I took a tolerance break of 5 days before I picked these up today, and I gotta say, even as crummy as these buds are I still expected to get SORTA stoned //: kind of a bummer. I have a very sweet but very old Min Pin who's 18 and has COPD for dogs she's been on codeine for the last two years and hasn't really been working anymore so I've had a lot of people talk to me about the benefits of CBD for dogs naturally I thought it was going to make he stoned or something so I'd been putting it off but this last week it's been nearly impossible to sleep so we decided it was time to try something different and we gave in to trying her on CBD after making phone calls to different dispensaries we came in and purchased a bag I'm so glad we did because we have seen a positive change and she seems to love the beef flavor so I think we'll be repeat customers. Went in because it's close to work. It's a very nice place but a lil over the top with their dress code and demeanor. The biggest disappointment was that they never have specials.... Almost every competitor runs specials. I left and went down the road and got twice the amount of cartridges at a lower price. I can't speak for all their products but they have basically the same brand vape cartridges as most others. As a consumer with the inflation we are seeing, it makes no sense for me to return here when I would be wasting money. Put on some T-shirt's and stop pretending like your selling jewels. This dispensary has more of a high end vibe, which is fine, but frankly many of the products they sell are... mid to low quality. And let me tell you, they do not have mid prices. Everything I buy here is so dry I'm pretty sure you can pound it into dust just by staring at it hard enough. Note to the business owners: it was extremely lame to make a big deal out of your 4/20 event and not include hours for when the food/event would end. Would've also been nice to know that the deals were first come first served and that the "party" ended at certain time so I knew to come earlier in the day. I chose Best Dispensary because it was one of two dispensaries in the valley that didn't have abysmal reviews and I'm so glad I chose them!! I walked into the large lobby immediately impressed by how nice the facility is. I told the man at the front desk it was my first time there and he kindly got me in their system and set up with Brandon to help. He was AMAZING. I told him what I thought I wanted and he helped me figure out exactly how to go about it. It was such a great experience that I wondered what the catch was gonna be, haha. No catch though. I was in a hurry so I told the associate I was familiar w the product and didn't need consultation. BIG F---ING MISTAKE. This Gen XY or Zero took offense told me to stop speaking to her and I said - why did u say that? Totally downhill from there. Then next day I got a call from the owner stating I was banned from future purchases. Problem was, when I left I stated me and a bunch of my friends would not be returning. I just attempted to go to this location for the first time. I live right up the street and will not ever be going here. The reason is I had an interaction with the security guard that for lack of better words was terribly insulting and out of line. I was smoking a cigarette in my car and when I got out I finished smoking what little I had left on the sidewalk, flicked it out in the parking lot and was heading in. The security guard came out from the inside of the shop to yell at me saying I saw the signs that said no smoking. He put out such a negative vibe for what seemed like no logical reason whatsoever. We asked for the percentages prior to purchase, but had to wait till the end and got the whole laboratory data printout.
