My favorites: 1) Tricia, visiting nurse, was very pleasant. She was on PTO for the second week I used them, so different nurses showed up the next week. 2) Stacy, the physical therapist, was outstanding. She visited three times, paying attention to every detail of how I moved through the house (bending improperly can undo the delicate surgery and mandate revision surgery). She made numerous helpful suggestions, so that I heal properly. She even suggested that we insert lifters under our couch, so my joint would heal at the optimal angle. Good eye! I had to make several scheduling changes due to my mother's changing care needs and the care coordinators were able to accommodate. There was one time that they could not find a caregiver and did provide phone. I would say that the majority of the caregivers that they sent out were competent and my mom really liked them. The rest did not interact with my mom and just sat in the chair, saying nothing. One caregiver watched TV the entire night she stayed with my mom. I let the agency know and I asked them not to send those caregivers again. I was glad that we had access to caregivers but I think I may try to use another caregiver company if the need arises.

Called numerous times to find out when they would come and they just showed up at the facility where my parent lives without telling me. even after I had asked to please call my number. still came 2 more times without notifying me. Different nurse/PT/OT came each time. No consistency or follow up call with me after visits so no idea how visits went. Tried their advice nurse line because my loved one was having urgent issues. No answer, or call back. Left message but no one called. Stayed on hold and after 15 minute wait talked to advice nurse who said they would call the primary doctor and follow up with me. No follow up with me after 2 days. Seems doctor was never reached then it became the weekend. Had to call urgent care Person who answers main phone number is not skilled and cannot answer any questions. No point in having home health with no follow through about progress or addressing issues.

Every single caregiver was on time, friendly, and helpful in every possible way. We felt safe, cared for and supported in healing. The overnight caregivers allowed me to sleep and helped my husband with medications, bathroom needs and making sure he was safely in bed whenever he got up, or moved around.
