My partner has eczema, his technician didn't really acknowledge it. So we moved on. The rooms have curtains that don't fully close, so if you're shy, maybe bring a blanket. Or some good vibes. For the facial, I had on a bit of mascara (not waterproof) and it survived the apocalypse! Just kept getting rubbed around my face. Now the hair: I'm Black, I have curly hair, and I was not prepared for the tugging and pulling during the detangling. At one point a loose hair just stuck to my face and stayed there. We bonded. Then the nail scratching started. As a healthcare worker, I was internally screaming. But I stayed strong. They asked my partner (straight hair) if he wanted styling. Me? They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? I felt relaxed until that blow dryer came out. Then I was just overwhelmed with a side of big fluff. They were extremely sweet though! Might come back. Might not. 3/5 would recommend if you're brave, have straight hair, maybe some low hair expectations, and don't mind a little curtain peek-a-boo!

My daughter was in need of a massage and I recommended she go to Kneadz Work. I had read reviews…read moreand asked her to make the appointment. She went last night and had her first appointment with Jeremiah. She has chronic pain due to depression, anxiety, and a variety of other health concerns. Jeremiah set the tone by asking what her goals were for her massage, and allowing her to completely feel whatever she needed to feel while he worked on her pain through out her body. She spoke highly of the facility, the staff, and the care that was taken on her visit. I want to thank the staff and Jeremiah for having my daughter in such good hands and care. The trust this establishment cultivated with her was enough for me to know they care. Truly care. I'll be making an appointment for myself in the near future as I myself have fibromyalgia and deal with a great deal of pain myself.

Lily is the complete opposite of that. She doesn't just massage you. She studies your body while she's working and somehow finds the actual source of the pain, tension, or imbalance instead of just rubbing where it hurts. There have been so many times I walked in with neck pain or lower back tightness, and she traced it back to completely different areas that were causing everything to flare up. That's what separates her from everyone else I've been to. Nothing feels scripted or routine. She tailors every session to exactly what your body needs that day. You can tell she genuinely understands muscle tension and body mechanics on a deeper level than a typical massage place. I see her once a month now and it's become something I genuinely look forward to because I know I'm going to walk out feeling like my body got reset. Not just relaxed for an hour...actually better. This is real therapeutic body work. The kind that makes you realize how much pain and tension you've been carrying around without noticing.

They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

The price was very reasonable -- $110 total for both of us, which came out to about $55 per person for an hour. I deal with a lot of upper back and neck tension, so I was really looking forward to this. Kevin was my massage therapist and he was fantastic -- he really worked through my knots and checked in at the beginning to make sure the pressure was right. I asked for deep pressure and he delivered. My husband had a different therapist who was just as attentive and also made sure he was comfortable throughout the session. We both felt great afterward -- completely relaxed and basically like Jell-O. I was a little sore the next day, but that was expected considering how much tension I had built up. It honestly felt like real work was done. 10/10 experience and definitely recommend, especially for the price. We tipped $40 total because they truly earned it. We'll absolutely be coming back, probably at least once a month.

I hope today was just a blunder. I will give it 1-2 more chances but idk when For now It's been good but this is goodbye
