This is a BUYER BEWARE warning, as my issues with this location have to do with the raising of…read morerates, and not the service or staff. I moved in last December(2024) and acquired a 5'x10' unit, which wasn't the best price, but this location is within 5 minutes from my current home. When I was moving in I ran in to a nice guy in the elevator who was moving out and warned me that day, how this location will raise rates without much warning. He was moving out as he refused to pay the higher rates, as he had just recently moved in, and they had already raised his rates. I was moving in that day, and well, not much I could have done either way, but in due time, my rates did in fact go up with a 1 month warning, due to higher cost the facility had to now pay was the excuse given. I rent a small space, that I didn't enter or touch in almost 6 months, so not really sure what cost there was that justified $20 more per month(when there were tons of deals offered for new units online), but there it was. I planned to move out sooner, but had an emergency home repair that delayed it a few months, but I have now moved out. I had a unit ages ago at another storage place, and I was there several years with maybe one $5 increase, maybe? And let me say, the staff here was great, always friendly, other people who had units were always pleasant(helped out, held doors, elevator, etc.), the building was always clean, overall a nice place. But when you raise rates knowing most people have few other options in the moment, I find that disgusting. I was very fortunate in that I'm going through a divorce, and my wife moved out abruptly, so that gave me storage space in my garage I didn't have before. For many people in between homes, cities, or even jobs may not have an option of moving elsewhere, or the money to even do so. Giving a 1 month notice on raising rates, when you haven't been there a year, is just taking advantage of people in possible bad life situations. I don't know if places offer contracts that they won't raise rates for a specific period, but if they exist, I would suggest a place like that over this Storage One. What was to stop them from raising my rates again in 3 months, or 6 months? Nothing, as it is left to the powers that be, and if they want and need more money because they can there isn't much you can do. Sadly, this is the world we now live in, and really the only thing I can do as an individual is to warn others. So, consider yourselves warned, and I hope this helps someone not get in to a situation, that they can't easily get out of.

This storage facility has a SEVERE feral cat infestation which was never disclosed. After only 6 months in storage, both of our vessels have SEVERE damage due to the cats. Scratches all over, 3 covers & carpet completely ruined from cat urine, and even dead cats on our boat. Over $2,000 in damage. I wouldn't recommend storing anything here.

Although we did the online option, when we arrived, we couldn't find our truck and were told that they've modified/limited that option during Coronavirus. So we were checked in/out by staff (no extra charges), but that may limit their "24/7" availability. Truck was clean, ran about as well as expected, we booked for the full day even though we only needed it for about 5hrs to avoid extra "late return" charges. NOTE: The parking lot is extremely small here. We're talking like six spaces for rental vehicles, customer parking, and those going in to use the storage units. It's a tight fit. If you're using/needing a large truck, this may not be the best location.

Knowing we were on a tight schedule, they expected us to wait up to 5 days. When I said we would look else where, the "Manager" Marissa said she felt bad and would find a mover for me, but we would still retain our deal and pay SuperStar. Sounded odd to me, but I was over a barrel so I agreed. Two days later she still hadn't found anyone, but I honestly don't believe she was looking, as when I gave up and did it myself I found local movers inside 15 minutes. Marissa put on an interesting act with a whole I am trying to help you inspite of her evil bosses that don't want her to. But if you disagree or sound even the least bit annoyed with her, it turns into a guilt trip in an attempt to make you feel bad and do what she wants. When I tried to give them a shot at fixing it, and finishing the move by taking the stuff from storage and bringing it to our new residence, they would only take a couple hundred off instead of discounting the price of the movers I had to hire when their truck broke down. They got upset when I said no deal and wanted a refund. I finally did get my deposit refunded quite some time and many calls later. I would not recommend this company, they don't take care of their vehicles, will give you the run around for days acting like they are trying to fix the problem, while getting nothing done, and will guilt trip you like crazy if you decide to look elsewhere. The second star is purely due to the fact that they did eventually refund our money.

I called and spoke to several places regarding quotes and availability. Quick and Easy Movers truly did make this as quick and easy as possible for me! I did get a lot of quotes, and it was kind of wild how much the range can vary. After some back and forth via text messages with Quick and Easy, I was able to get what I consider a very reasonable rate. I booked a few weeks out, so whenever I had any questions or concerns, I was able to communicate with them through text, and they were very responsive! This was ultra convenient. Outstanding communication! The movers themselves were great! They actually were there almost 30 minutes early! (Which was awesome for me because I was just sitting there waiting for the time window to start at that point anyways). They were total professionals when it came time for the move. They went slowly, were very careful with my items and also very careful not to tag the walls either. I really appreciate that they took their time to be careful. Also, you don't HAVE to get the truck through them. They have a rate where, if you provide your own truck, you can save a bit of money. Personally, I figured I had enough to be concerned with on moving day, so I paid for them to provide it. Again, very reasonable rates IMO. After unloading the last of items, I was able to pay using Zelle. They worked for 3 hours and 15-20 minutes but rounded down to 3 hours flat when it came time to charge. This was so incredibly appreciated! :) I am very, very happy with my experience with Quick N Easy Movers and would absolutely recommend them! If I end up moving in the next few years, they will be the first place I call! 5 stars.
