Our roof was in a bad state and had started to leak damaging the wood underneath. Alpha roofing took care of everything. They replaced all the old wood with new one and got it approved by an inspector. They used quality materials every step of the way and took care of the outside of the house by cleaning up after every day. Replacing a roof is a big expense, but Andy (the owner) took care of us by offering us a great value for the cost and even offered an installment plan. They only took pay after each segment of the project was complete. It's the best feeling not to have to worry about the roof. However, Modern Roofing had been in the attic before providing the quote, and made no mention of needed attic repairs until the roof was stripped to the rafters over a weekend and rain in the forecast within a week. At that point, really, what's to be done but agree to the price increase.
