Following my original review, Prime America Roofing contacted me and took responsibility for addressing the issues I had raised regarding my $25,000+ silicone roof-coating project. I believe it is only fair to update my review to reflect that the company ultimately responded to my concerns and resolved the outstanding matters to my satisfaction. My original concerns were legitimate and accurately reflected my experience at the time. They included silicone overspray and splatter, components on the roof not being properly repositioned, an improperly routed AC condensate line that caused an operational problem, silicone residue left in an outdoor sink, and--most importantly at the time--a lack of follow-up after I initially reported these matters. Since then, however, Prime America Roofing has worked with me to address these concerns, and the issues have now been resolved. I appreciate a company that is willing to return, listen to a customer's concerns, and make things right. While I wish the project had been completed to this standard from the outset and that the initial follow-up had been more responsive, I also believe a contractor should receive appropriate credit when it ultimately stands behind its work.
