This place is consistently price gouging and the prices change every time. Then when they change the price, they blame it on the customer for not noticing. I was extremely disappointed when I went in tonight for a pedicure and spent almost $75 when the last time it was $50. The nail technicians purposely open the menu to a higher priced page and lead you believe that what you asked for is what you're getting until you go to check out. The owner made no adjustment to the price after I explained to him that there was a language barrier and I was deceived. I will not be returning and I do not recommend going here. read more

Jessica did my nails. 3 nails broke/chipped in less than 24 hours. I went back the next day to get them fixed, someone else "fixed" them, but really did not, next day another nail chipped/broke and the next day another 2. I will NEVER go back. I was in desperate need of a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon and this place did not disappoint. Firstly, everyone was extremely friendly. Although I wish I could have soaked my feet while I waited for a nail tech to be available, I can't deny that they were working hard to make sure I had a great experience. I decided to get an upgraded pedicure but I felt the prices were fair given the time they spent on me. We were in town with our tweens for a dance competition, and had a break in our schedule. So, we made appts to have our nails done, and we were happy that we did. This place did an amazing job. The decor is beautifully done by the owner depending on the season. They have an extensive color selection, and will bring you a coffee or wine! Three of our group had pedicures. They definitely took a while to get done, but the overall Takeaway was that it was one of the best pedicures they've ever had in their life. I had a full set of acrylics put on, and I was not disappointed. They did a very high quality job, my nails looked great, and you can't beat the price. Start off the place is very nice. The ladies were very nice ! lady that did my nails , did an excellent job , lady that did my toes did not and she kept pushing stuff on me - to ask me you want you want only this by the time I was done with half the stuff she was saying cause I couldn't really understand and then she just doing stuff and then was like oh just extra and I'm like I didn't want it !You don't want it. I like not really well OK, You pay OK and I was up to $200 which is ridiculous for a toes and nails so I would not recommend this place ever again.!!!!! read more

I had a gel manicure at this shop. The gel started peeling off 3 days later. When I returned to the shop to tell the manager. She quickly told me I didn't get the manicure from their shop. I told her yes I did and the money was charged to my bank account. I asked her how much would they charge to fix the manicure. She said 45.00. The original manicure was 30.00. Instead of apologizing she actually tried to charge me more money. Then she told me they'd manicurist that did my manicure was on vacation. Horrible experience. Bad customer service. We once again found ourselves searching for a last minute spot for a manicure/pedicure before our vacation. After we visited family and friends, we found ourselves in a pickle. I did a quick internet search and came across Best Nail Salon near me in Altamonte Springs. I called to ask if they could accommodate us, and I was told yes, as long as we come before 9. It was 8 PM when we arrived. We were greeted and asked to take a seat. I was given the color wheels to choose my colors. My husband and I both had manicures and pedicures a month prior. They had a collagen pedicure for $89, but due to time constraints, that was not an option. We opted for refresh pedicures at $45 each. Gel polish is an additional $20. Regular manicure is $28. And, the SNS dip with tips was $55. In total (tip included) we spent $231.60. My husband received top notch service. He had his toe nails (discoloration) polished and shined. He was complemented on his nice looking nails. He was treated like a rock star. My pedicure and SNS dip felt underwhelmed. I will need to get both services redone. Because my husband was so happy with his service and his nails and treatment were done so well, I will give it a four star. read more
