I really want to give this place more stars but the owner is a complete asshole. And I say that from the bottom of my heart. My mother and I both went to get our nails done. There is a sticker that says to tip in cash if you can - I only carry my card on me but happened to have some cash in my car. I left my mother in the salon while I went to collect cash as tip for my nail tech and the owner abruptly yelled at my mom for me leaving and stating she NEEDED to pay the bill while my mother wasn't even half way done with her services. I came back inside and my mother stated how uncomfortable she felt so I went up to the owner and stated how I was just collecting cash from my car while my mom was still finishing her services. He started being stern with me saying "well you just left" and I asked him if he can apologize to my mom for making her uncomfortable in the middle of her services and he walked away and started raising his voice at my mom stating she shouldn't have taken it the wrong way. I've never been so disrespected and given horrible hospitality in my life. And on top of that her nail tech wasn't that great. And neither was mine. read more

Wonderful day spa run by sweet people. Good prices and good selection of nail colors. I needed a pedicure before leaving town and I was able to walk in (late afternoon/evening) and get it done. As I sat in a fantastic massage chair that reclined, the lady that gave me the pedicure took time to massage the bottoms of my feet. Little did I realize how much I needed that! This is my second time here and although it's about 20 more minutes from my usual place, I really like the service. They understood exactly what I wanted and charged me accordingly. I always get a moon shape on my big toe and some other places charge me for a French when it's not a French manicure. This used to be me and my boyfriends favorite nail spa. We loved the family environment and the family who ran it were such lovely people. Since they have been bought out we went and our nails done by someone different. Denny did a great job on my nails but when it was time to pay, the owner not only charged us 30$ for the gel, rather than 25$ like they used to, but she said that the 20% off 40$+ did not apply to us, because we were paying together. We didn't get to tip as much as usual because we were paying so much. Will never come here again. Very disappointed in the new owner. I am sad to go but I can go somewhere else and pay 25$ for a good gel service. read more

Update: August 19, 2016 HOLY COW! What a difference great management makes. Recently the new owner of the establishment, Austin wrote me a message about my experience and asked if I wanted to give them another chance. He was so polite and assured me this time would be better than the last, I was in need of a pedi, so I said "what the heck?" and went. Just walking in the door you immediately feel a happier vibe. I was greeted by two gentlemen outside and as soon as I walked in Austin greeted me as well. The salon was bright and clean and the nail polish selection was so impressive. On the right wall are tradition polishes in any shade you can imagine. The left was lol is filled with a large assortment of gel polishes, and a few different brands. I asked for a pedicure and a polish change. I picked a really cute pink and we got started. The pedicure was so relaxing and the massage chairs are top notch. Phillip (who I will see again soon) almost put me to sleep with my leg massage. When my pedicure was finished we started my polish change, which is pretty standard but Phillip noticed that some of my nails were not the same shape and he quickly reshaped them. I love that attention to detail bc I'm very picky about my nails and I didn't even mention that to him. I also want to note that it got very busy very quickly, and rather than have people waiting endlessly, the new manager Austin jumped in helping with pedicures, removing gel from a customer and checking on me and other customers that were drying. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I will be back soon! Thanks guys! This place is awful. I came here a second time after being pretty disappointed the first time I came. It's close to my house and the prices aren't bad so unwanted to give it another try, the first time I went for a fill and didn't like the shape of my nails, I didn't want to hold that against them. This time however was the worst nightmare. I work A Lot and I never have time for nails so I planned to get my nails and brows done. I got a technician and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she understood. Immediately she made me nervous when she applied the nails and began to cut the shape, so I informed her that I didn't want the nails to be a pointed ova shape, just natural. She asked me if I wanted my acrylic thick or thin.. What does that even mean? I just wanted a nice natural looking set of oval nails. So about 35 minutes into the ordeal I have at this point informed the tech that I don't like the shape of the nails for maybe the 5th time. I kept trying to gently point out that my nails were uneven and one hand was completely different shape than the other. By the time she was done "repairing" the file job, the nails were SO SHORT! She asks me to go wash my hands and I did, and I decided to end the appointment there. The nail tech tells me that since I didn't love my nails that I could pay $20, a full set is only $22! Not only did I hate my nails, the service was rude. The manager was there and never attempted to help and seemed upset that I was unhappy with the service. I was so annoyed by all of it I left without even getting my eyebrows done. It was a waste of a day. read more

Walking in the atmosphere is different than most salons, it's very clean and it has a round room which feels nice. This was the worst nail experience ever!! My first time here. I called and made an appointment for a full set/acrylic and a manicure pedicure for my husband. I showed Jason the picture of what I want it, which was coffin, shape, natural color. He said he could do it. As he was working them, I did let him know that they were too short, very wide on the top, and he was filing too much on the sides which caused him to look skinny. He assured me he was not done, and they would look just as I wanted them. I let him get to the end, as this is what he wanted me to do, and I asked him if he thought it look like the picture. He then cut everything off and I had to send soak for 30 minutes. Never again!! They also charged an additional five dollars to buff my husband's toenails, they used the same buffer to buff his nails and also charged an additional five dollars. This was a complete disaster and additional charges that were added. I would not recommend this place anyone!! read more

I've never had a nail tech just up and quit midway through the job, but the woman here who started convinced me to try dip powder for my nails, proceeded to give me the wrong color, all while talking on her phone, and half way through asked if the wrong color was ok and told me someone else would fix it as she walked out the door. The woman who took over tried her best to fix the mistake while also finishing with her own client, but removing the half finished dip left nail polish dried messily over my fingertips that she tried to take off with the emery board but eventually said it would come off eventually in the shower. Amazing place! In town for one day, and went to another salon first, they denied us service because they were busy (4:30pm) told us to come back tomorrow; bummer we won't be here. Called Odyssey to check if they would take us (me and hubby pedicures+my fullset) told us to come on by. Soon as we walked in, we were treated like clients instead of paying customers. They waited for seats next to one another(2 min wait). Once we sat, they turned massage chairs on, the water was perfect temperature.
