Upon my checkin completion I to was escorted into the Tranquility Lounge and given instructions on the layout of the space. The woman was still on her phone. Eventually I left the lounge and asked the ME employee at the front desk if I was truly in the Tranquility Lounge and reported that the woman was still having a phone conversation. I was told to tell the woman to get off the phone. I said, "no, you should". I was ignored. When a 2nd guest went out to the front desk to complain. The ME employee I had spoken with came in and asked the woman (who was still on her phone) to go out into the lobby. In summary, ME employee escorts woman talking on phone into Tranquility Lounge. Second ME employee escorts me into Tranquility Lounge and doesn't ask the woman to exit into lobby for phone conversation. Third ME employee ignores my report but responds to second report. I won't be back.
