This is a lovely environment and they are very knowledgeable. My husband is a runner and they knew not to remove his callouses because they are protecting his foot when he runs. We did a walk-in on vacation and they were easy to get into and we had a great experience. We both got the basic spa pedicure. read more

I went here this past saturday for a manicure and pedicure. I didnt have to wait for too long which was refreshing. I got a wonderful pedicure from Sam. The manicure was average and what I was expecting. Sam was friendly and stayed later than anyone else to tend to me with no rushing to get off. I started going here because it was close to my job and loved the great prices and service. I moved to a new job across town and tried another salon only to be disappointed in the quality 3 times in a row with my gels chipping and peeling within days. I recently went back to Best, even though it's a little further of a drive, and I confirmed that it's totally worth it. My latest visit, I was super pleased with all the brand new colors - they literally have everything, and the service (you even get a shoulder massage) was exceptional! I walked in this place thinking it would be crowded and I would have to wait forever to get my nails done, but I got right in. The manicurist I had was very detailed oriented with my manicure. I do not think i've ever had that much detail go into a manicure. As another bonus, the staff were very friendly and nice. The atmosphere was so relaxing and decorated to look like a tropical paradise. And the bonus: my manicure was only $12! Which is the BEST price I have ever seen for such good quality! This nail salon was very disappointing. The cleanliness lacked, they had me using a lotion bottle as hand rest while I was getting my manicure. The garbage was over flowing with paper towels on to the floor.They told me they had time for me but felt rushed during the entire manicure. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. And I do not take that lightly. Getting​ my nails done for years, the Yelp review for this location is obv from regulars who get the full red carpet treatment. I called and made an appointment. Upon arrival there was no one being seen with Nail techs lounging everywhere. As soon as they got busy my manicure was rushed and the gel paint was everywhere. I mentioned this so she cut my cuticals and made a failed attempted at fixing. After slapping enough cream on my arm for my entire body she rushes me out of the chair not cleaning my nails off so they weren't covered in cream. She gets up and runs over to attend to 3 you girls waiting (obv regulars). When I went to wash at least some of the cream off my hands I noticed that she didn't paint half my nails and when I showed her she sat me down and started filing my nails and pulling more cuticals that must have grown within 30 seconds... When she started filing my nails almost up to the cuticals i noticed she was trying to not have to repaint them... Waste of time and money i'll never go back. read more

I live very close to this salon and have given it a chance many times, however, I have found that I have had to re-do my eyebrows after an eyebrow wax because they don't know how to shape brows (I've had this happen on several occasions). Also, I paid $60 to get "halloween" pedicures for my daughter and myself. they made a cute design in my daughter's, but it came off about 3 hours later- had to bring her in to have it fixed and they only fixed part of the design. Also, I asked for a specific design (spiderweb) - didn't get it. When I went back to have my daughter's fixed, I told them my design wasn't what I wanted either. They handed me the polish to fix it myself. I wound up taking the colors home and am re-doing it myself. read more

I went yesterday at 2pm for a manicure and Casy treat me bad! I have been a customer for almost a year and is the first time some of the staff treated me bad! She did my manicure very fast and didn't let me explain how I want it and answered me that she is in a hurry because has another customer and also told me that she already spent 25 minutes with me!!! I answered her that Iam paying too and I deserve a good service too! She charged me $40 for a French manicure! Ken knows me from the Gym Crunch and probably I will never come back!
