The plumbing supply store was closed on Friday, the day before July 4th so that day was not wasted because Fernando did a thorough inspection. The team arrived exactly on time. They quietly finished exactly on time so I did not have to rearrange my schedule. They patiently explained all the workings and gadgets before they thoroughly cleaned everything up and left. Within an hour of calling, Marvin came to take care of the problem. He was very professional and called me within 25 minutes of arrival time so I could be ready. He worked efficiently, and when the problem was fixed, I felt relieved. Something that I especially appreciated about Marvin was that he was able to explain the pros and cons to a metal part that came with the replacement valves, recommending us an alternative plastic version of the part so that it wouldn't cause electrolysis over time and damage the copper pipes. I felt like he was watching out for us by explaining possible scenarios or deterioration and sharing his specialist knowledge. I thought that the cost was very reasonable, considering that this had been a last-minute call, so I would recommend them to anyone in the Montebello area who is dealing with a plumbing emergency.

Some scheduling conflicts happened and they weren't able to get anyone out to my place as quickly but mark did eventually return, just much later same day. He then indicated he had to go get a part and wouldn't be able to do that until the next morning at least. Next morning he came and spent some more time and was able to maybe fix it so the leak was less but still present. Told me that was the best he could do. My usual plumber was available the following day. He came, fixed it in about 45 mins and for a fraction of the price. In the end my usual plumber said that this guy used a wrong size part and left a screw loose (potentially why it was still leaking). So overall not really happy with this company and the technician they sent out.
