I highly recommend Alberto and Just Rooter and Plumbing. We had a problem with our kitchen sink. Water would not go down at all. Called Alberto and him and his brother came earlier than I expected. He inspected my pipes and showed me that part of the pipe was broken from water being backed up in it and had to be replaced. He quickly went to the hardware store, got the new part and replaced it. He also snaked my line clear. He knew that I had low income and took care of my Mom so he charged me the least amount that he could. He didn't charge me for labor. I was very greatful. He explained that the entire pipe and garbage disposal were very old and worn and would eventually need to be replaced and he suggested how to get it done for the least amount. Alberto literally showed up at my house within one hour of me calling and asking for quotes. I am not as concerned with Covid precautions as most but for those that are he came with a partner and both wore masks and also shoe coverings each and every time they entered the house. You won't go wrong if you hire Alberto and his crew. i called him to come out when my laundry drain caused a connected shower drain to hugely overflow onto my kitchen floor...yuck! He arrived within the hour and snaked the drain, but it didn't completely unclog. Using a camera in the drain, he determined the cause of the blockage. He returned the next morning and replaced the original 55 year old clogged galvanized drain pipes. Alberto and his crew wore masks, and put on booties when they came indoors. They cleaned up everything and took away all the old corroded pipes. They were so professional and competent that I asked them to come a few days later to replace my old tankless water heater. I had recently purchased an oven range from Best Buy and paid for their installation as well. When the appliance guy delivered the oven, he removed our old oven and told us that he wouldn't be able to install the new oven with the gas valve that we had and that it would be illegal for him to change anything with the way it was installed. He told us we needed a plumber to change the valve and then call him back within 30 days to install it after it was changed. I was left with no working gas range to use. I found Just Rooter and Plumbing on yelp and gave a call around 7:30 PM that night. I spoke with Alberto on the phone and told him I needed to change the gas shut off in order to install a new gas range oven. He was able to come in the next morning at 7-8 AM. When he came to inspect the gas valve, he told me that it was fine and I didn't need to pay to change the valve. I just needed an adapter to attach to the new oven which I already had and the Best Buy technician removed it from the old oven...... Alberto attached the adapter to the gas valve and finished helping me install the oven, and checked to make sure there was no gas leaking. I paid for the service which is much cheaper than replacing the gas valve. I would definitely recommend Alberto's services to anyone and will be reaching out to him again for any plumbing needs in the future. He practically diagnosed the problem over the phone as tree roots. He already had two jobs, but said he would get to my house about 2pm and he was spot-on.
