I believe Best Pizza is now under new management. We placed our order today (4-23-2023) to be delivered to 17 T.O. Rd. I was totally impressed! Sandwich was great and an antipasto salad I ordered was a very generous portion, enough for 2 meals with every ingredient was super fresh! They are still working to put their new menu together and printed and the website really needs to be worked on. That's the only negative part of this. For now I would call them directly. They were very friendly on the phone and the delivery guy was fast and very polite. If it seems like I'm overly pouring on the compliments, I'm just telling every detail of my experience because they deserve it! I read previous reviews and I don't think any of them apply to the current owners. I've never met or spoke to these folks before placing today's order. If things stay this good I'll be a loyal customer. read more

I have ordered here a few times. Pizza was always good. Tonight I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. Chicken didn't taste good and barely tasted any barbecue sauce They get a 5 for delivery time. After much aggravation discussing this QUALITY sandwich, he reluctantly gave me $5.99 and telling me never to come back again and kicked me out of the restaurant!! I don't know why I have waited so long to review. The past 2 months I have had them deliver to me at least 2 times a week. My favorite combo is the steak tips medium rare with onion rings. The steak tips are wonderful cooked with peppers and onions. And the onion rings are the best!!! The fries are fabulous but once you have the onion ring you will want every time. My significant other gets chicken Parmesan on spaghetti. He loves it. The side salad is always fresh that comes with the steak tip dinner. The delivery is almost always quicker than the time they quote. The delivery drivers are always pleasant. Thursday and Friday seem to be the busiest so expect a little bit longer wait but it is worth it. read more

I was reluctant to try this place for a while now just because of the superrr basic restaurant name alone...it didn't seem very enticing, lol but as they say you can't judge a book by its cover. So I walked in and ordered two sandwiches; a chicken salad & a chicken Ranch wrap with pickles, as well as a small order of fries. The fries were Actually really good. The lady taking the order at the front Register was very kind, professional, and polite. That is why I gave it 2 stars. However the sandwiches were subpar. And they also messed up the order. My wrap did not have pickles on it, which I was really looking forward too and they gave me a tuna fish sandwich instead. made it all the way home before realizing and didn't want to drive back. I was pretty disappointed. I do not think I will be returning to this establishment again. I guess in this particular instance i should have listened to my gut intuition. read more

This place definitively lives up to its name! Excellent quality pizza that is perfectly cooked and made in a timely manner. I ordered 3 large pizza and some appetizers on a busy Sunday afternoon during football season and they were still incredibly fast in completing the order. Its such a shame this place cannot get orders correct. The food is pretty good but Customer Service, Order Accuracy does not exist. I have had 3 orders from them and 2 were incorrect. I placed a simple order today Large Steak and Cheese with Extra Mayo and Lettuce. I got home and no lettuce so I decided to call the store since the last order was messed up also and I was not able to eat since we needed enough cheese pizza for the kids. Well a gentleman got on the phone and said I made you order and I know there was lettuce on your sub. I respectfully said no there is no lettuce and he said yes there was. Basically he was calling me a liar so I said even tho is a 15 mins drive I would being it back so he could see I was not a lair and he said you do that. When I arrived I unwrapped the sub and asked to see the person who I spoke with on the phone at the same time showing the counter person there was no lettuce. We've ordered from Best Pizza quite a bit. My daughter is a big fan of their cheese pizza. My son prefers the calzones. The place can be hit or miss. We've had some really good pizza and calzones and we've had some meh. We've never had problems ordering and even ordered online a few times. read more

I got the chicken Alfredo pasta a while back for delivery. The smell alone should have told me enough. The pasta was covered in a glue mass of cheap cheese and gross. The Alfredo itself, fucking awful. The broccoli was undercooked and nothing about it tasted edible. It was thick congealed and tasted like licking a shoe. So I place an order for delivery at 7:08pm. And they said 40 minutes wait time. At 7:18 I called back and said I would pick it up instead, the girl said it's out for delivery already. At 7:49 I called back and asked where it was and she said it's ready to go out for delivery now. I said I called a half hour ago and you said it was out for delivery. She put me on hold and said it's going out now it's in the car. I live 5 minutes away. At 8:20 the driver was at my house. One hour and tens minutes later. My house is apparently too far.. 8.0 miles if you take the high way. 6.6 miles if you take the back roads. At 12 minute drive max. I'm all set with this place. read more

Looked up the hours online and it said closes at 9:30. We walk in at 8:45 and the door was wide open. We walk up to the counter to order (picked out what we wanted before going there) and they tell us they are closed. You don't close for at least another 15 minutes or some days 45. Very inconsiderate to customers to close early. read more

This is probably the worst restaurant I've ever ordered from, these people are incredibly rude, and their food is honestly not that good, the delivery guy copped an attitude and even decided to shout when i refused to tip him for an order that was already passing 24+ dollars.
