Not sure what happened here. Over a few years, I've had a good history with Greg the owner/this plumbing company. This, even after their last plumbing fix for me wasn't done right and water flooded out into the street all night from their fix turned bad shortly after they left, only to be discovered in the morning when I woke up. Tons of water down the street into a drain pipe. They fixed the issue that next day. Having been in the mix of home construction for decades, I get stuff happens. When the water bill came, I even just covered the excessive charge on it due to that major flooding at the site of their "repair." This to just keep it easy on everyone, to not have to deal with claims to their insurance or parts vendor etc. So, when I had a water main leak and contacted the owner a few days ago by text and phone, he told me on the phone he'd get back to me the next morning for a time when they could stop by. Mid day that next day, no call, no text about it from Greg. I sent a follow up text to him, with a pic of where the issue was as I dug out all around it while waiting. Never heard a word back. They came and serviced a gas line for a tiki torch at my home. While their initial estimate was reasonable. When they came, they handled the job adequately, it seemed. However, they never tested their work to see if the gas line actually provided sufficient gas to run the tiki torch. When I went to use it, it did not work. A little update to this review of Best Price Plumbers . Had a little issue in my house with a pipe leak. Upon having professional plumbers come and assess the issue.....it appears that when Best Price Plumbers installed my water heater that they did not install an expansion chamber that is necessary to keep pressure from building up and putting stress on your water heater and plumbing system. That doesn't necessarily mean that this caused the problem with my slab leak....but it most likely helped it happen sooner. My understanding also is that the water heater that was installed ...Bradford White....will void the warranty if it does not have an expansion chamber installed along with the new water heater. I will definitely do so much more homework next time ...and will not take someone's word about their experience and knowledge bla bla bla. read more

Best Price Plumbers recently completed installing new waterlines at our condominium complex. We were having some water issues in our unit due to very high water pressure and some other things so we ask Gregg for a quote to connect our unit to the new waterlines as well as install a water softener. His quote was very reasonable compared to other bids we had received. He was able to start the work a couple weeks later which is exactly when we wanted him to start. He did it while we were away to minimize our disruption. He had a great engineering solution with minimal wall damage. I had a leak from my garbage disposal. I scheduled an appointment and all went well until afterward. I take some of the responsibility for not doing my homework thus the 3 stars instead of one. The garbage disposal was replaced in less than an hour and cost $385.00. The bill did not separate out the item from the labor which somewhat bothered me. I had to ask for the paperwork regarding the replacement disposal and when I googled it I could not find one good review. All reviews said it is terrible and not worth the money. Let me start by saying that I did not pay for these services. These guys were contracted by the apartment complex management to re-do the pipes in all the units (not a small task mind you) but I couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of communication, management, and quality of the work. Communication (or lack therof) -They Set-up appointments that they don't intend to keep. "We'll be there in 30" but don't actually show. - Greg forgets that he's a professional and answers the phone "WHAT? What do you want?" before realizing that he's speaking to a client. - Major disconnect between the field operators and scheduler. What is the point of making the schedule if you aren't going to convey it to your team? Management - Greg is very quick to throw his team "under the bus" from "Yeah, that Mexican dude is very unreliable we need to do something about it, my bad. I'll fix it" all the way to "Hey can you call the drywaller to fix the huge hole in your wall?" It should not fall on the client to pick up the pieces or worry about the people working on the job. Quality of work - I get it this was a tremendous task but had an ACTUAL leader and coach stepped in to guide the workers through this instead of berrating and barking orders, then maybe the workers wouldn't be so stressed out and on edge. Mistakes happen that way. - Two square holes in the drywall were left and when Greg said he'd contact the drywaller to come by, that never happened. Instead he gave US the number to call. flash forward to today and there are two really nice holes in our kitchen wall. In conclusion, This has been the biggest waste of time and money on a job that I didn't ask for or spent any money on. Greg, be a leader and your workers will take care of your business. read more
