I used Apple J Plumbing in an emergency situation at my short term rental property. We had guests in there that indicated the garbage disposal was not working, even after walking them through steps to unjam it. The guests indicated the reset button didn't work. I reached out to Apple J on Yelp, and they got back to me within 5 minutes and had a technician out there within the hour. They troubleshooted and indicated that the motor was burned out and needed replaced. They provided me pricing options for replacement models, after I selected, they quickly replaced and installed the new unit. They provided timely service during a time where I couldn't physically address the issue, and at a reasonable price. Amazing on all levels. Had a leaking hot water heater and reached out to the company. Owner responded right away and said he could send a tech out that day. Almost unheard of here in the desert during peak season. Anyways, King James came by and said he could put in a new one the same day and quoted a very reasonable price. Even a few associates came by to help haul away the old water heater. James was super professional, and just a caring, great dude. I don't see this kind of customer service even in healthcare. James explained everything and was so kind and patient to answer all our questions and concerns. Everyone in this company across the board is so genuinely friendly and professional.
