ordered a cheese steak with other items, after eating 3/4 of it I bit into something sharp, I knew immediately what it was. it was a fingernail. I called and the manager, for whatever reason he thought I would want another cheese steak.....no not really wanting to eat anything after experiencing that. no refund. after the delivery of the replacement cheese steak that went into the trash, the manager called and accused me of lying. must admit that my expectation level for this place was pretty low after reading reviews. I only ordered from here after a co worker spoke highly about them. I gave them a try blindly. But I confess the food is pretty good. I ordered 2 pizzaz(beef pepperoni and broccoli and olives) i also ordered 20 buffalo wings. And everything was good. I cant say too many bad things. If i have to give the cons it would be the price and advertisements not aligning. Also the buffalo sauce was thin compared to what I expected. But overall the food was good. Hopefully its consistent. Used their QR code via their menu to place an order - said card not working try another card... I do that and it charged me for food on the second card twice after giving me the same error. $42 bill became $84 and so I call and they have no record of my order... "it's a pre authorization charge you will get your money back" - a pre auth is usually .99 to $2.00 not the entire bill. Either way I am now arguing with my credit card company because these .... a..... did not send me my food. I had ordered multiple times previously no issue but the owner/manager did not understand what was happening and now I am out 84 $ and never got my food. My Wife and i loved all there was to like about BEST QUALITY: the food, the people and the service. Over the years, all that has changed. The last straw was this week. Delivery People confused over our address, again, Ordered Pizza without cheese and a Chicken Wrap without lettuce, everything else the wrap was to have ok.........what we got was a dry, sauceless pizza and plain chicken, no sauce, no tomato, just dry chicken, It was not the first time goofed order. This place used to be quite good. The last couple of times I've been disappointed. My second to last purchase was a cheesesteak pizza with mushroom, not many mushrooms and didn't taste as good as they had in past orders. This time I ordered a fried chicken platter, now this in the past has been a favorite and although it was still tasty this time I think the chicken was a Cornish Game Hen. The drumstick was literally smaller than the drumette of a chicken wing. the other pieces were proportionally as small as the drumstick. Also they used to give you an entire buttered roll with the platter, now it a sliver of the roll about an inch and a half wide, no butter. Guess I'm going to have to find a new go to place when I don't feel like cooking at home. read more

Very salty pizza. We had to call for a refund and the owner or manager asked was it the sauce or cheese?! In my mind no pizza should be so salty that your getting dehydrated. I have ordered from this place for years. For the past 5 months they have constantly messed up my order. It is not the women who answer the phone and take the order. The print out of the order is correct. It's the people who cook and assemble the order. Tonight alone I had to send three items back. I asked for ranch dressing I got blue cheese. I asked for a cheese steak with ketchup, pickles and hot peppers and received a chicken cheese steak. I called and told them I have the wrong steak drove back up there and received a cheese steak with hot peppers. So I was still missing ketchup and pickles. I ordered steak cut fries that are not cook all the way. The are cooking in my oven at home because they were not done. That is just what happened tonight. If you order from here check your order before you leave or before the delivery guy leaves. This makes no sense that they can't read the order slip correctly. I think I'm going to have to find a new spot. They have messed up my orders too many times now. I don't know what changed this year as far as employees but something changed big time. read more

My family and I order patronize Best Quality at least once a month. The food is delicious but I think your customers would appreciate a little lower prices especially on items like french fries. Best Qualities price for an order or fries is higher than most other places in the area. Their chicken cheese steaks are out of this world as the strombolli's. Staff is average. his is the absolute worst pizza place in the world. The customer service and commitment to loyalty of longtime customers is disgusting and atrocious. After being a longtime customer of this place for over 14 years, through living at 3 separate addresses, 3 different towns, I had a couple of occasions on which I had issues. Once, I had a grilled chicken salad and it had so much gristle and fat on it, that it was so unbearable to eat. Due to the fact that I ordered multiple items and didn't get around to eating it the next day, the manager denied me credit or a refund and was petty and argued me down bitterly. Despite this, I continued to give them my business as I did like their food and had been a long time customer. On another occasion, a manager promised me a certain amount of dollar credit for points for my online account that I didn't use because I never got the email notification that they were about to expire. When I called to place an order to redeem the points and mentioned the manager's promise to me for the credit for the points, they denied me the points and didn't honor their promise for the credit. This is how they treat a customer of 15 years! You don't lie and not fulfill obligations and promises to customers. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Will never do business with them again and advise any of you not to either! They are HORRIBLE! read more
