We were charged $7.50 for a 4 layer cake, but what we got was a small chuck of cake. Shen we called them, we were told they couldn't do anything about that. This was our last order from them. This business completely lied to me promising me my delivery on 5/5/2026. Made an order exactly at 847pm and call 40 minutes later. The rhe host said that they only had one driver and the food will be delayed. I called back at 1037 pm and the women Host said the driver just left and I should be receiving my order soon. This is my family's new go to for wings. I tried them out for the Super Bowl- and I am blown away all around. First, the pricing: affordable and reasonable. Second: the quality of the food I ordered is top notch. Third: the customer service- I ordered like 50 wings and I wanted three different flavors. Keystone is my go-to pizzeria for delivery in the area. It's a no frills joint, but they get it. The pizza has a good crust and plenty of topping options. Salads here are HUGE and fresh. I also really love their fries. (Crispy outside and soft inside, iykyk.) I've ordered cheesesteaks in the past, and they're pretty good butttt the bread is a little too soft for all the filling so it usually falls apart. I prefer to pick up my food because I've always had bad experiences, like my food being super cold and I have to reheat my food in the microwave and everybody knows, once you reheat food in the microwave, it just takes the freshness away or the business messing my order up or missed items etc. This time around was different. My car was down and I conviced myself to get food delivered. So glad I made the decision to order from Keystone Pizza. My delivery service came on time, it took like 40 minutes. I ordered a small cheese pizza and buffalo wings. My pizza was hot as well as my buffalo wings, which was neatly package in this container. I opened my wings and smoke was coming out yass! lol My pizza was delicious and a nice size for me, I was hoping they didn't come to my house with a big ole box of pizza. My buffalo wings tasted like I cooked them myself, yes they tasted like they were home cooked. Overall I will be patronizing this business again whenever i decide to order delivery! read more

I ordered from Keystone and am glad I did. They had a free delivery deal, and the prices were pretty fair. The baked ziti had lots of cheese and was not bad. The salad had huge pieces of veggies and a lot of feta, which I liked a lot. And each item came with nice, soft bread. The delivery person was also very friendly. I've been eating here for the past 7 years since moving to the neighborhood. The food is pretty standard pizza shop stuff. Keystone fries are made pretty well, the pizza itself could use some work, but the cheesesteaks are good. Every time I get grilled chicken anything, the chicken is charred to the point of being inedible, so I've just pretty much wrote off all of that. My family hasn't really had an issue with service only until recently when our order never made it to our house even after 2 hours and even after calling several times to check on the food (and eventually cancel it) the person on the phone was pretty rude. I'll probably spend some time away from Keystone to let them situate themselves, and come back and see if anything has improved. read more

I use to love the Buffalo wings from this store. I would drive a hour away just to get Keystone buffalo wings at one point. I am not sure if they change management over the years. However there Bufflo wings and there wing dings are TERRIBLE!!!! They changed the recipe and I am Pissed off!! I waste my money, my stomach hurts and I waste my time. Keystone Pizza has one of the best Chicken Steak Stromboli's in Delaware County. Normally it's on point but this time it was lacking mozzarella cheese across the crust which was a disappointment. It had the crush we crave for so I looked past the cheese mishap. The Stromboli was stuffed with delicious chicken that was moist and succulent. I like the end of the Stromboli which wasn't stuffed like the middle. However over all I had give Keystone a 4 star based on service, flavor and the size which more than enough to share. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger club which says it comes with fries through door dash app. Order came a little late, but the driver let me know what happened and was super nice, So when I opened the order I found the hamburger club and no fries-- just a bag of chips. I looked at the enclosed menu and it actually says chips, not fries -- but it also was $3.50 cheaper. Even if their online menu was wrong, I actually wrote "well done fries" in the extras section, so if they looked maybe they would call me and ask if I wanted a side of fries? Sad to write this becauses the club was actually pretty good-- but the owners either incompetant in having the wrong info (and higher price) on the app, or someone who just wants to take my money :( read more

I have been coming to Keystone Pizza since I was in high school...that was awhile ago! I've never had a complaint about the food, other then to say that I had eaten it all and wanted more. The french fries never get soggy, they have to cook them in a magic potion, because I've been late picking up my food, and somehow, someway, they were still perfectly crispy! The steaks are extra large, the Stromboli extra chessy, and the salads extra fresh. For all those beer lovers out there, they have two large cases of a huge variety of beer to choose from!
