So I normally am not a fan of this place at night time. But that's just my personal opinion because it's very hard to park, the valet takes forever because it's such a small space and so many people it's kind of a nightmare to get in and out of. Also, it's so crowded that it's hard to get a drink and hard to sit anywhere even with the outside patio I felt crammed But with that said......... I absolutely loved it during the daytime!! I went there for a friend's birthday, and I was actually able to enjoy the ambience and really noticed that they have decorated it very nicely and Elegantly inside, I had a chance to actually eat there and the food was really really good. I came at 4pm on a Thursday for happy hour and had a great time. It was pretty quiet at that time of day, which is what I prefer, and the drinks were delicious. I had the matcha martini, the 12 hour jet lag (their version of lychee martini essentially), and the carajillo. All were amazing, were reasonably strong, and the happy hour deal was pretty good. The bar itself is also gorgeous. I did dock one star for the parking situation. They have a small lot but it's valet only, even at 4pm and no one was there, which I thought was ridiculous. I really enjoy Best Regards for a post dinner drink when in the area. It's usually our go-to spot after dinner at Coltivare. But a few weeks ago, we attempted a Sunday Funday there. Considering it's football season, it was empty, despite having a DJ and great patio weather. We still enjoyed ourselves and stuck around for a few rounds. They do have limited light bites: bruschetta boards, charcuterie boards, dips. Our charcuterie board was pretty terrible on this last visit--it lacked variety of offerings, sloppy presentation, and the marcona almonds tasted old. We informed our server about our dissatisfaction, and she told us they're revamping them soon. $10 valet $16 cocktails (mocktails and coffee bevs also available) ...Love that it's woman-owned. read more

Came here during the end of December/beginning of January so the Christmas decorations were still up and soo pretty! I came here with one of my friends for our monthly yap sessions and it was the perfect place to do so! We came around 7pm and the place wasn't crowded at all. Our server, Natalie was so nice and very attentive. My friend and I ordered the Tex Mex Board to share between the two of us and it was so good! A LOT of food for the both of us but with a 2-3 hour yap session it was the perfect snack/meal to get us through. Tried this out for a drink or two after a Valentines dinner. Wasn't too crowded, but a nice crowd for a Friday night. The place has a nice indoor outdoor space and better when they opened up the space by sliding open the window wall. They hd a DJ who was playing some good remixes made us stay for another drink bc we wanted to hear more. Had it not been for the DJ we may have left after one, the drinks were alright. The flavors were just meh or lacking, maybe try it again in case it was just an off night. The bartenders and staff were very friendly and attentive though so much appreciated. The only other downfall was the valet parking which was $30 for the lot they're in and $20 for I guess a backlot not right in front. When I showed up to the bar at 2pm, no one was there, looked like they had just opened but on their website it said they opened at noon? They only had 1 bartender present with some barbacks and she was taking 1 couple's drink and food order when I arrived. I asked her about setting up tables for my group of 10 people and she had some barbacks help with moving some tables together so that we could sit on the high top tables by the front door/bar. The place is small but quaint and they had couches for smaller groups available. I will say the food and drinks were very good. My friends loved the aesthetics of the drinks and enjoyed the boards that we did order to share. When we arrived, the cocktail menu stated that happy hour ends at 7 pm, our bartender confirmed that happy hour ends at 7 pm. This was a let down and false advertising. We ended up getting a round of drinks, I got the Low Hanging Fruit and my friend got the espresso martini. My drink was light and refreshing, and my friend's espresso martini was just bitter. For the price of the cocktails, they could've been better. We did get some cute pictures, it's a very cute photo op spot indoors and outdoors. I went to Best Regards with 3 friends on a Saturday afternoon and loved the aesthetics of the bar. We were excited to try the drinks and enjoy ourselves -- which we did at first. However, when the tab came, we noticed a 20% gratuity had already been added to an $18 drink. While the drinks were great and the bar itself was clean and inviting, the service was absolutely awful. On top of the automatic 20% gratuity, the bartenders also present a screen prompting an additional 5-10% tip. This feels like poor business practice -- at that point, it's no longer a gratuity, it's simply the price of the drink. I won't be going back. Best Regards is a really cute new concept bar. When you enter it has a nice chill vibe but we were confused as to the seating. We entered the bar and the bartender was super sweet. You can sit anywhere inside or out as long as it does not have a reserve sign. We sat outside because it was somewhat nice outside. Our waiter can to the table went over everything then gave us time to decide. We never felt rushed the entire time which is rare at many new places around the city. We ordered the Spanish board and it was super yummy. My favorite part was the jam. I wish they would jar the jam for purchase. The drinks where good but some are better than others. I had a drink with gin that was amazing but I was not the biggest fan of the one with the aperol spritz. My friend enjoyed her second drink but said the first was too sweet (wish I could remember the names). I will say the parking is terrible but this is the heights and where is parking not. Also do not come here if you think you are going to have a full meal. If you want a full meal you will need to eat before or order at least 2 or 3 boards. Best Regards is kind of the infusion of a bougie bar you'll see on Washington or Midtown with a more laid back Heights area vibe. It's an interesting concept...could a fancy place with fancy decor of flowers, fancy couches, and expensive craft drinks actually be welcoming and enjoyable without the snobbery? On the night I went (St. Patrick's day), everybody was pretty awesome. The door guy was polite and welcoming and the bartenders were great as well. Of course, a place like this has to have signature craft cocktails. One thing that I was impressed with is the variety of espresso drinks they make. On the night I was there they had Irish Coffee which I don't think is a regular item but they should consider having it around all the time because it was great! my friends seemed to like their Low Hanging Fruit and by looks alone that was a work of art and worth the price. Speaking of prices, they are on the higher ($16) end but that's expected and the norm for craft and they have happy hour specials and the night we were there, great St. Patrick's day specials. FYI, the prices they list don't include sales tax and it's added later. I had never seen that at a bar so just be forewarned. I was able to find parking because it was a Sunday night but I'm guessing on Saturdays that's more of a challenge and the whole vibe of the place may change as well. I have never heard of a Matcha martini until I Stepped foot in here. What I was not a fan of was that each server did not have their own tables. So multiple servers were coming up to us asking if we ordered anything or if we wanted to pay... very frustrating. It seemed somewhat unorganized. Throughout the night, I ordered three martini's and the next day I see I was charged over $100...how? Each martini is about an average of $16 so to see that happen to me, I was very frustrated.
