My motorhome steps stopped working and so I bought new motor to put in. It was more complicated that I thought so I reached out to a couple of mobile RV repair companies on Sunday night excepting to hear back on Monday. I was shocked that Diaz replied to my text at 9:00pm asking for more information. At 10 am the next morning Celso called me to ask a couple more questions and told me to text him my address and he'd be there in a couple hours. 12:52 pm he texted me that he was here. Celso introduced himself and started working on steps which took about 90 minutes to complete. After paying him for his work which was reasonable he told me about other things he could help me with. I asked about my refrigerator recall device that malfunctioned and I had bypassed. With much concern he said "you should not do that". He said he had a replacement and explained how important it is to have this device operational to prevent a fire. He looked at my unit to verify he had the correct part. As he removed the old unit he explained what the new device did and how to improve air flow around the unit. Celso was such a great help and truly cares about what he does. This guy supposedly has 23 years in the business. I had one ac replaced and he did not know how to do it. I had to stand on the roof of my rv and show him how to make it work. Then I had a second ac to be replaced, when it come in, he will not replace the ac. Tells me I need to find someone else. I wanted my roof resealed and he made appointments to do it and never showed. After about 4 weeks of his failing to appear, I hired someone else to do the sealing of the roof. Since he had already talked to my warranty department, I was going to let him finish the job he had started replacing the second ac. read more

Highly untrustworthy and dishonest. Diaz lies about going on vacation. He claims he is leaving for 2-3 weeks then admits to having work scheduled while on "vacation". He then tries to say you are lying when he clearly has lied about vacation attempting to turn something on the owner. He wanted to know when the part came in, we called and he gave a day then never showed. Upon calling him, he claims we pulled an AC unit that has not been touched nor was he by to look at it. Just stay away from this guy. He can't give times or appointments, he expects you to sit and wait then he no shows. I'm not even sure how he has business running it like this. I'm not even sure the compressor is bad at this point. He claims 20 years with AC. Don't be fooled. We had to call our manufacturer to get the info on the layout and main AC. Diaz couldn't tell which was the main. Then while he was trying to do something with the thermostat, it stopped working. We ordered a new one, said nothing and set up a day to get him out but no show. Enough is enough with this guy. read more

my first experience with Diaz RV was good, my refrigerator wouldn't work. He showed up same day installed a "loaner "part to get my refrigerator working . I paid for the new part and am still waiting for him to come install it. It has been over 10 months. I have called and texted a few times. Once he said he had been sick for 2 weeks and the most recent call acted as if it is my fault for not inquiring About the part I paid for . i feel that he knows he was supposed to install the part once he got it in , and should have been contacting me to set up an appointment but he already got paid . I placed a call to him yesterday to confirm the appointment for today, left a voicemail message that included my call back number. I left another voicemail message including my call back number for him at 7:00 a.m., as I still had not heard anything from him, and the appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. today. He was a no show at 10:00 a.m., so I once again placed a call to him. He answered and informed me that he had attempted to call me several times over the last two days.
