The only drawback is that, although the presentation is out of this world insta-worthy, it kind of creates a mess when you actually try to consume these fantastic creations. They do have a redeeming factor for this, though...they have 'clean up sinks' made specifically to fix the sticky mess off your glass and off your hands before you get back into your car to head home. At that point, we ended up discussing what the menu meant while the line behind us kept growing. Rather than continue the debate, I ordered the flavor I wanted and moved on. I had the falooda and it was nothing like anything I have had previously - an explosion of flavors and textures in your mouth. I loved the firmness and crunchiness of the almond pistachio ice cream. The softness of the gelatin and translucent noodles (yes noodles!) were enjoyable to eat. The falooda also has basil seeds, which added a different texture. I didn't know basil seeds existed until today. It is great as a foodie when you experience something totally different and it is so enjoyable to eat. Harry, the owner, was super personable.
