I have no complaints at all. Mario was very responsive and helpful as we went through the quote process and his price was extremely competitive and fair. The limo was clean and well stocked and while it was a cozy fit we did seat 14 adults in the vehicle. (Luckily we like each other). Our driver Charles was personable, helpful and drove responsibly. He even made a last minute adjustment to our route home in order to avoid a long wait on Vasco due to an accident up ahead. Folded napkins inside the glassware, plenty of ice/sodas/bottle water. The sound system was decent sounding and I was able plug in my iPhone for the tunes. Our driver was gentle on the brakes, gas pedal and steering wheel which is how a limo is SUPPOSED to be driven. We needed a last minute affordable Limo for my best friends wedding and by far this was best quote I got. I specifically asked for Mario to be our driver (based on reviews) and thankfully was able to get him. He arrived on time and was very attentive. I will say that the AC was not working so we were dying on the way to the ceremony. No biggie, Mario got on top of it and was able to get us a replacement limo before we got out of the ceremony. Simply an amazing experience. My friends and I booked Best Time Limousine for our bachelorette party in Napa, and the entire experience wowed us from the start.
