This company was assigned by my insurance (State Farm) for a roadside assistance tow. At 1:30pm I…read morewas told that this company had been assigned to tow my car, and the ETA given was 30-60 minutes. As of 4:00pm, I had to have State Farm re-assign the job because the tow truck had still not arrived and I had heard nothing from the towing company themselves. I tried dialing the company directly before I reached out to roadside assistance. The number I used was the number provided by roadside assistance, which matches the number on this page. Nobody picked up my call, and I got a message that the voice mail box was full and unable to accept any new messages. The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.
