Not sure what's going on with this place. Used to come here all the time and liked it a lot.. Now anytime I call, literally nobody answers the phone..? And the last time I called it transferred me to some middle eastern person that was trying to get my information for $100 off at the shop....? I told them not interested and that I wanted to book an appointment and they hung up on me? Called back, same person, same deal, hung up on me. Did the same thing one more time, and was blocked from calling the shop..? So I really don't know what's going on with their phone number or why I can never get ahold of anybody to get an appointment. read more

I like this place, because I feel like I can trust them. Today they definitely proved this feeling to me. I came into the shop this morning a bit stressed because I imagined I would have to spend up to $600 for new breaks because my car was making a very loud screeching sound near my tires. The mechanic took my car for a test drive to confirm this. He then took my car apart and found a metal piece near by break pad that was causing all the raucous. He showed me the metal piece and then proceeded to tell me my cars breaks are fine. I was so relieved. I didn't have the money for new breaks. Their honesty will guarantee I will be bringing all my repairs to their shop for as long as I live in the area. If I would've taken this anywhere else they would've proceeded to charge me for new breaks and taken complete advantage of me. I highly recommend A+ Quality tired. A+ Quality Tires has been great. They were recommended to me from a co-worker. I took my car in because of a bad metal on metal sound and I was afraid I was in need of brakes. I was afraid that I had missed the initial warnings of needing brakes (it's a car that I don't drive everyday) and it would cost me extra for new rotors, etc. Some shops would just do the brakes when you take it in with symptoms like this, not A+! Edgar called me and said the dust shield on the back of the brakes got bent and was rubbing, no brake job needed. Charge? I asked, No Charge, Free Brake Inspection he said. I immediately had my son take his car in and picked up my car as his car did need brakes (we knew it did). They gave me a very fair price and were done that same day when promised. A few years ago I got my TL, nothing fancy, used, base model, nothing flashy. I decided to tint my windows, so while I was waiting I came upon this place. This place is a small humble establishment. I think it's family owned.. I have no idea, but the people here are wonderful. They're very down to earth, and as far as I can tell honest, hardworking, caring people, hard to find these days. I was browsing the few items they had out in their waiting area and found these wheels. I loved them. But I am frugal, so I asked the cost and went looking for a better price. Low and behold, everywhere I went, I couldn't find them ANYWHERE, I went to Seattle and back and nothing, I mean there were some nice wheels, but I had my mind set, so I came back. I bought the wheels. The price wasn't bad at all and the service was wonderful and consistent, the gentleman ordered my wheels and I came back a week later to have them installed. It didn't take long and he answered all my questions regarding alignment and brakes. Fast forward about 3 years. I went to Les Schwab to get some air out in my tires, as I am a lazy human, and although I can do it myself, I just don't. The man came back and said I need all four tires replaced as they were separating. I made an appt for Saturday and decided to pay a visit to A+. It was closing time, but the dude invited me in and remembered me, as he just spoke to my husband regarding my situation over the phone. We chatted for a bit, and he looked at my tires, he agreed with the dude from Les Schwab and told me it wasn't safe for me to drive on the freeway and he would get my tires ordered, he told me to come back Saturday and he would put on my tires. I had my husband cancel the Les Schwab appt. I went to work the next day. On my way home, my husband called and told me that the tire guy called, my tires are in and he wants me to come in that day. He told my husband he couldn't live with himself if something happened to me. I brought my car in and he got it switched it out in a half hour. He even put my car alarm back on my keychain, because I lost the doohickey that attaches it to my keys. It cost less here than It would have at LS for the same thing... All in all... A great experience, quality customer service and quality materials.. As it's been over a week and I have had no problems...This place just rocks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

The receptionist is a very kind and helpful young lady. I met Edgar and also a nice guy but I wont be taking in my car back. My dad goes to Edgar and decided to take my car there. Let's just say... I was quite upset with my dad for setting me up to pay oh so much and my car came out with new problems. So I get my car back... apparently my rims weren't bolted on right which caused them cling so bad while I was driving that once I realized that was what was making the noise I thought they would go flying off. Edgar was kind enough to help right away when I went back, because Discount Tire didn't have the size key to help. My rims were tighten and I hoped that I would be good... However, my car still didn't feel right. It started making a horrible screeching noise that definitely turned heads. I had my dad take it to a guy he knows (an auto electrician) that was able to help right away and found it out it was a part that had been put on so tight that it was messing with my brakes. OMG! He fixed it temporarily (charged me obviously) and advised to go back to Edgar and have them fix it. I was so hesitant to go back and I did prolong taking it back as the guy said I could drive my car meanwhile as it wasn't anything major or dangerous. So as this being my only car and being a single mother I continued driving my car, like a paranoid grandma. Two handles on the wheel, grip so tight my hands/wrist were hurting and I couldn't even hit 60mph on the freeway because my car would drift so bad. Had my dad take my car for a drive so that he could tell me if I was going crazy or if something was indeed still wrong with my car. Sure enough, he said we have to take it back to Edgar. OMG! The alignment had to be redone but after the fact that they screwed up the first time which caused my tires to require replacing. I will not take my car there again, I paid to much just to come out with another thing wrong. I've been going to PNF TUNE & LUBE INC in Kirkland they are great! FYI I wasn't going to write a review but I hope they double check their work before someone results hurt. My brother in law had the tire fly off on his way to work one day... Yep, my dad had taken it to A+. And the alignment was done so bad, that even the biggest car fool (like myself) could see it. Now those tires need replacing as well.
