JE WHEELS AND TIRES did such an amazing job for me in my hunt for perfection! I searched far and wide for my dream rims and tires getting bids from as far as Chicago. So you can imagine how excited I was to see a FORGIATO sign on this building! I wanted FORGIATO TWISTED MAGLIA's on my new HUMMER EV SUV 3X. This is a very tough project as the HUMMER is unlike anything else. It's about as close to the perfect 4x4 you can buy and very sports car like all at the same time. It's got huge power and built like a tank. So I needed rims and tires that can take the weight and grip the road. EDDIE was exceptional in checking and double checking these rims and tires would be perfect for this truck. He made sure they would fit perfect without any ribbing issues! He made sure he ordered everything EXACTLY how I wanted them. THIS PACKAGE IS AMAZING! They stick out just enough to give it that beefy tire look but they ride better than stock! I couldn't believe it. With all that wheel and tire in each wheel well I expected to have to deal with some rubbing but I've been rolling around on them for over a month now and busted multiple u-turns with no rubbing! The tires grip like a supercar and they fly over huge puddles of water on the highway! AND THEY LOOK AMAZING! I ordered black rims with white lettering to match the top of the white stainless seats in the HUMMER! EDDIE KILLED IT! I wanted the 4x4 rim with the floating "F" and the white lettering to circle around the floating "F" when in motion. EDDIE KILLED IT! I needed an exact size, shape, and colors and wasn't to sure what size would fit? EDDIE KILLED IT! I wanted the perfect tires to handle the unusual weight and power of the HUMMER. EDDIE KILLED IT! I wanted them at the best price so I didn't have to deal with ordering such a big ticket item from someone far away. EDDIE KILLED IT! I wanted them quick and perfect the 1st time without issues. EDDIE KILLED THAT TOO! And the crew in the shop was outstanding! They did such a perfect job installing my new rims and were super careful with my stock rims! I wouldn't trust bringing any higher end wheels here. I brought in a directional tire mounted to a Sparco Trofeo wheel to get flipped because the Ballard location put it on backwards. I take the tire/wheel out of the trunk and they roll it into the back to service while I wait in my vehicle. About 20 min later, a guy brings it out, and pops it into my trunk FACE DOWN. I didn't question anything at the time, said thanks and then left. I get home 5 minutes later and see that every single spoke was scuffed, scratched and marred, and was clearly SHARPIED over to try and cover up the damage. I immediately drive back and talk to the manager. He said the tech used the wrong machine causing this to happen. He refunded my money and offered to powder coat the wheel at no cost - I declined because I didn't want one wheel looking off. I also didn't trust them to paint match it correctly. He threw me $40 on top of my refund - which I appreciated and is why I'm not giving 1 star... but the fact that the tech tried to cover up his mistake just rubs me the wrong way. The manager at one point even went and talked to the tech and he straight up told me that the tech was playing dumb when he asked him about it... Oh and just for a little more salt on the wound, they didn't even give me back my silver valve stem cap, I realized when I got home that I returned with a different black cap. Ugh, maybe they provide better service to others... but 2 stars is more than fair for fudging up this badly on one simple job. read more

This shop is complete rip off better be careful. I went there to replace tire pressure sensors on my the owner Eddie told me I had to replace the sensors gave me quote on $160 + tax on 2 TPMs to be installed and programmed,but when they got replaced . I started driving my car the problem was still same never resolved. The next day I went t back to the shop met Eddie n told him about the issue that it didn't fix the issue , he in-fact started telling me that I need to pay more to reprogram the sensors saying it's lots of work n time is money . I was surprised . So I left n went to different shop and they diagnosed the issue n fixed I had to pay another $140 including tax but I got to know that the sensors were old which were never replaced .. so I had to call my card company and dispute the charges now Eddie the owner is calling me n cursing me . read more

Took my lexus is300 in after rebuilding the suspension for alignment, and i got the car back and not even a week later its completely off and pull the car to either side of lane, also causing me to get new tires, 2nd time back for a "warranty fix" Hoping to have the car fixed, right? Wrong. who ever worked on the car was on something because the lock nut on my upper control arm's were not even tight nor was in the right place to where its needs to lock the spindle from not moving around and not cause damage, but im currently not able drive this car safely because the upper control arms have to get replaced. My family is pretty low maintenance when it comes to cars. We all have used cars that have been paid for outright. With that being said, we try to take good care of them. We called on a Sunday and asked if they have what we are looking for. The sir on the phone was very nice and said just check by and if you find a tire you like we have time to put them on today. When we arrived the owner greeted us and asked if we called earlier and spoke to his employee. We told him yes and he said he came in just for us. He was so patient and not bs'ing about anything. We have the same car and I was unsure if I should go with 22 or 24. My husband was with me so obviously I made the decision with him (mechanic) but I can honestly say I would have made the same decision just from taking to the owner. He explained into detail what I need to look out for and what the pro and cons of a 22 is and 24 is. I think this is a great local business. Their name says "Tires," but I've had them do alot of other work, including oil changes, brakes, and even swapping out a windshield. These guys always have the best prices, and their staff is always super polite, professional, communicative, and honest (at least in my experience). They have ususally been able to get me right in - but even if there's a wait for a few days, I'll still stay with them because of the high quality of their workmanship and their straightforward manner of business. It was all fine and dandy for 1.5 weeks until a valve stem started leaking profusely, then I found out that they didn't put in new valve stems, literally a $1 part (100 for $22.99 on Amazon), when they replaced all four tires, shocking! Fine, it's a used tire shop, it was my fault for not asking in the first place since most chain stores would just automatically charge you for them. Then I was quoted $20 at the front door, then $15 by another person looking it up in the computer, then finally $25 at the registrar. "Oh sorry, price went up recently and I didn't include the mounting of the tires, blah blah blah, you're actually saving $10!". (Eyes rolled, you were thinking about charging me $35 to replace 1 valve stem!?) I've worked on cars my whole life and I'm all about mom and pop shops, but no thanks, not coming back. Lastly, they didn't even put on a cap on the brand spanking new valve stem. I want my old one back! I do give it to them that they are very nice and super fast, but the whole experience just kinda sucked. This is why going ghetto will always end up costing more in the long run. read more

If you are looking for tire replacements call these guys first. I needed a set of tires for my 2013 Nissan Juke. One of my back tires blew out and I needed it replaced within a few days. I first went to Sam's Club thinking that they would be able to help...No such luck. They told me that my tires would take 2 weeks just to get delivered to the store. That just simply can't happen. Luckily for me JE Tires was up the block and were able to get my tires to me the next day. Well, a few hiccups and days later, my tires arrived. I quickly called to make sure of their appearance and I was at the location waiting for my replacements. Overall the whole process took about 30-45 minutes. If I am in need of tires I'm definitely calling these guys first. read more

I attempted to sell some take off tires to this place so as not to have to recycle them (they were in perfect condition with fewer than 5,000 miles on them), but got a really bad vibe based on the staff and the clientele. DO NOT GO HERE! My experience at JB Tires & Associates should be enough to keep you away. New Years Eve day I had a flat tire. Luckily (or so I thought), it happened across the street from JB Tires. The sign said "used tires," so I thought I would get a cheap set of new-to-me tires. I didn't see one used tire in the place. Eddie sold me on a new set that they would balance and guarantee. I didn't even make it home before I had a flat on my BRAND NEW TIRES! I took the tire back to the shop. Eddie explained that the old valve stem never was replaced. He showed it to me. It was shredded. This oversight was dismissed with a "sorry, bro." They replaced the valve stem, and I took the wheel home. On my next commute to work (the first time I drove on the freeway with my new tires), there was an undeniable shimmy in the steering wheel once I got above 60mph, and the car pulled to the left. I took my car to a Les Schwab. The guy there said my wheels had not been balanced, and the front left tire was five pounds low, which explained the pulling to the left. He said whoever put on the new tires neglected to put on any wheel weights. He said, "Those wheels were in pretty bad shape." Don't just take my word for it. There is another review where JE Tires did not balance the wheels. Their tire jockeys are poorly trained. This place IS shady. read more

Worst tire shop! They are crooks. We bought 2 used tires from them and one of the tires they put on had a hole in it. We didn't notice it until we got home. When we went back right away to get a new one the guy said final sale and wouldn't replace the faulty tire that he put on our car. also You are not welcome if you are not Mexican. They over charge us every time when we go there but i see other pay less price. He also broke my tire sensor when taking the tire off and wouldn't pay for fixing that. It's a $160 part.
