Chris and Crew Gave an AMAZING deal on a new set of tires and wheels. They did not have the exact tires we wanted, with the longer nationwide warrantee, Chris easily ordered it and CRUSHED Costco's price for the exact same set of tires. We actually received (4) New Tires & (4) New Custom Wheels for very close to what Costco wanted just for the 4 tires! TOS also VERY generously loaned us a spare tire and wheel, on the fly, to rescue one of our vehicles that blew out the tire and permanently damaged the Stock Rim. Way south down from our house. Our towing only covered 10 miles, so we had it towed to the nearest Les Schwab at midnight. wow!! these guys have really come a long way in all the years they've been here. i came in from time to time throughout the years and they didn't mess with 26's too much. i came in today and the place was filled with super sic rims n tires! its wheel and tire disneyland!! they have forgiato's all over the showroom!! that's as good as it gets!! oh and about that issue where none of the tire shops wanna touch anything over a 22, they serviced my 26's no problem at all!! in fact, they had 32's in the showroom and they make my 26's look tiny. check out the pics!! awesome tire spot with professional people who do and excellent job! these guys put the others to shame! i'm really happy i stopped in!! read more

I purchased a set of tires from TOS about four years ago. Covid-19 was in high gear and I wanted to support local businesses. TOS agreed to match Costco's price so I went with them. That process seemed to go well. Fast forward to today. I had a nail in my tire so we took the tire to TOS for repair. I looked at the invoice from the original purchase and realized that the Road Hazard warranty noted was only for 3 years, even though the paperwork said it was supposed to be for 4 years. Obviously, this was a way they could save themselves some money. That is where the fun begins. My wife took the tire in to have it repaired. They said that they would have to charge for the repair. She also requested that they rotate the tires. They said that the tires should also be rebalanced because the tires on the rear of the truck are "heavier". Really? They also said that the tires were in immediate need of replacement. Really? So, I guess they see a woman in the store and they think they can just sell her any unnecessary service they can dream up! I asked my wife to only have them balance the tire that they patched as I could not be sure they would reinstall the tire correctly on the rim. They did rotate the tires. What they did not do, was check the pressure in the other tires (they were all low) and they did not bother to reinstall the spare tire back where it belongs. They just threw it in the back of the pickup bed. I called to ask them why, and the technician said it was because they were too busy. Too busy? Really? My wife came in when they first opened and they had no other customers! The manager later called my wife (he was not brave enough to call me) to state that they could not reinstall the spare tire where it belonged because one that they had reinstalled came off once and they were sued. Well, that is reassuring! The bottom line is these guys are just out for your money. ZERO customer service. I would recommend that you go with larger, more established tire companies that have some pride in their work and appreciate their customers better. read more

I was so impressed with this independent tire shop. Yesterday, I took my car in to them (first time ever) because a routine inspection by the dealorship discovered that my left, front tire (a radial with lots of good tread left) had run over a nail. They offered to repair the tire, of course, but I refused because I was sure it would cost a LOT less if the repair were done somewhere other than at a dealership. I found the TOS (Tires On Sale) outfit from a Web search (tire repairs nearby), and noticed a lot of very positive YELP reviews. I called to ask if I would need to make an appointment for a tire repair. The person on the phone call encouraged me to come right over, because they would fit me in whenever I arrive. When I arrived, one young man stepped outside to locate the nail, then he supportively assured me that because of where the nail puncture was located, he would be able to save the tire. When I asked what it would cost, he said he could offer me two repair options. I chose the less costly option that he described, because he said it is almost as reliable as the traditional option (remove the tire, glue a patch over the inside of the puncture hole, replace the tire, rebalance the wheel and reinstall it onto the car). I was out of there in about 5 minutes! Throughout my time with the TOS staff, I never felt 'pressured' to accept their service, nor to pay a lot for their urgently needed repair service -- because I had little choice. They were courteous, patient, informative and reasonable. I will definitely return to TOS when it comes time to purchase new tires, and in the meantime I do not hesitate to recommend this outfit to anyone else who happens upon this YELP Review. read more

Wife got ripped off, a place that sizes up the customer and charges one different than another, based on what they filter as customer ignorance; thought that was out in the 1990s. I coached my wife but she wilted under a few of their industry questions. Instead of protecting her, they ripped her. Two bald tires were sold at brand new price, for a car we only planned to keep another 12 months (so were in used market). After bouncing and skidding for a month, go to our regular tire guy and he said the tires were dangerous and no one should sell such. He installed brand new, SAME PRICE . The used tires were sold with a 50K warranty typed on the invoice, just to add comedic insult. They are laughing at the customer. Some of us guys are busy and try to engage our wives to help run auto repair errands.....not here! read more

This is the place to go. 100% would recommend. Alan and the rest of the crew made me feel like I had been a customer for years. I had bought my own wheels and tires and needed them mounted and balanced and they gave me a great deal and took extra care to make them look beautiful from the box to my car. Although I took my own measurements they checked fitment prior to install just to make sure I wasn't going to waste money. Even asked me if it was OK to apply tire shine (which I think is very respectful as I know some of my friends that would throw a fit of it were applied to their tires) and it really shined up nicely. They were able to take me in on the same day as a walk in though I did ask if I should make an appointment. Very quick and efficient crew they have here and I will definitely be back if I need anything else done. The balance was on par and I had zero vibrations getting on the freeway afterwards from 0-80MPH which, believe it or not, doesn't always happen with a fresh balance. I went in to this place and the whole staff and team was very polite and helpful. Waited around for about 10 minutes because it was busy at the time and was talked to by multiple staff saying we'll be with you shorty which was very nice. Once It was my turn the main guy I believe helped me out and choose some wheels for my car I only wanted to change the front two so my staggered car would have two different colors and types of wheels and we walked out to my car and he checked them out and got the sizes and fitting and everything. Went ahead and chose some and ordered them, put down a deposit for them( I didn't have to but it only made sense since I was ordering from a cite and having them shipped to the store) estimated time was like 1-3 weeks which seems fairly normal. A month and half went by and I decided to call and check up since there was no communication on what was happening and it was way past the estimated time. Just to find out that the wheels were shipped to one of their other shops in the area and of course they weren't meant to go there so the staff there just sent them back instead of calling their other shops and seeing if this set was anyones. Had to re ship them which he then said would take 1-2 weeks and that he would order and ship them out right after we hung up since it was in time for their last shipment. It has been another month and a half and no communication on what's going and still not received the rims and I cannot get in contact with them called multiples times and it either just rings or immediately sends to voicemail with no clear indication that it's TOS wheels I'm calling. Beginning stage of this process was amazing 5 stars but after that it just went all downhill. 2 stars for these guys, great interaction and then after that you kinda just gotta stand there with ya di ck in your hands and hope they call you read more

I had purchased a set of four nice looking tires here a few days ago. At first they seemed to be out of balance or something, so they rebalanced them. No change, one tire was deemed to be bad as the plies were separating as per another tire shop. Tos would not stand behind their tires, I wound up spending a bunch more money for some quality tires. Money spent at Tos was a complete loss. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. read more

They also switched out our Crome valve caps for the generic black plastic ones. The tires are garbage, don't know what we are going to do now. I'll start with the good. The guy that was doing the work on my car was friendly. Now for everything else: The shop doesn't have a lift to work on their cars, in fact they use rolling jacks to lift all sides of the car up, not even jack stands. At one point when my car was up in the air on 4 jacks they took out one of the jacks from the rear of my car to use on another customers car... my car was now up on 3 rolling jacks... They were going to charge me $10 to remove a nail from the tread and plug it. Literally everywhere else will do that for free. I chose to keep the nail in. And for the big reason: *Summarized version of the below story* The shop dismounted our tires from our old wheels before checking the fitment of our new wheels. Charged us to put the tires back on our old wheels. *Long version* Me and a friend came here with our cars, I was buying his wheels and going to have my tires mounted on them, and he brought some new wheels and was going to have his tires mounted on those. They checked the fitment of the wheels on my car, but forgot to check the fitment of his wheels. They dismounted and swapped tires over, then went to put his wheels on, to find they don't clear his brake calipers, so we had to reverse everything that was done, and put our old tires back onto our old wheels. However they charged us $60 each to do so, even though this would have never happened if they would have checked the fit beforehand. I tried to talk to the owner about this but the best I could get was a discount. read more
