Horrifying experience! I booked here on short notice. Arriving very early in the morning in a sketchy location- the place is not easy to find- not good lighting and signage. When I pulled in the driveway no one came out - I had to go to the building and "WAKE UP" the attendant. Upon checking me in he advised me that they could not drop me off at the terminal because some contract had not been renewed. That is NOT my problem and I feel this is entrapment because had I known I wouldn't be dropped off at the terminal I NEVER would have booked this joke of a so called parking business. I feel for handicapped, elderly or other individuals who can't walk long distances easily. There should be full disclosure to the consumer regarding EXACTLY what service is being provided. I am most certain that if consumers were well informed instead of being duped into booking, this company would quickly go out of business. read more

It's always nice to come back from vacation and see your car sitting on the lot UNLOCKED! Idiots... this place is in a fight with the airport management who wants them out for their location (or that's what the employees said). So they no longer drop off at the airport but they drop you and your 49.3 lbs worth of checked luggage from the connector bridge which seems to go on for miles! I booked this airport parking last minute due to an out of town emergency. I prepaid on airportparkinginc.com. $4.50/day- you can't beat it! The actual place was a bit hard to find as there really isn't appropriate signage. I would have thought the place was a bit sketchy- but another family was dropping off their car at the same time and said that they used this place all the time and they are the best. The gentleman came out, helped us put our bags in the back of the van and told us it was heated and to just grab a seat inside. Within a minute or two we were on our way to the sky bridge. Now the last time I flew out out of TF Green this had not been built yet. We were dropped off at the door, took an elevator up and were pleasantly surprised that there were moving sidewalks across the entire bridge- there were also several signs that stated if you needed assistance you can call the airport and they will send one of those golf carts- so the people that complained about heavy bags and long walks really have no excuse - sorry guys stop being lazy! When we landed on the way home we called the number listed on the card the guy originally gave us and we had a van waiting for us at the end of the sky bridge. Have used this service a few times now.I recommend you print and bring a copy of your on line reservation. Checking in at 4:00am the lot attendant is not always the friendliest although sometimes they are delightful. This is a one person operation at this early hour so if the office is empty he is probably dropping passengers at the airport. If you are looking for ambiance this is not the place. If you are looking for convenience and value this is the place. Curbside service is convenient and quick. On the return trip pick up your bag and call for your ride. In addition to that, they insisted that I could park there if I paid cash. I didn't have cash and they refused to take my car. No checks,. The men were extremely rude, called Ng me an asshole. Bad experience, on a Friday morning @ 4am my Google gave me the direction to this lot. I arrived the place was dark i saw nobody, I even saw the entrance blocked with cars even though I had a reservation. I did spot a car parking next to the lot on the side of the road. I thought that's where excess cars park when the lot was full. I park and got out and walked to the airport. I was anxious and nervous about leaving my car there but I had a plane to catch. Later that day when i landed I called the company to inform them what happened if it was ok to leave me car on the side of the road I didn't want it to get towed. The guy told me it was fine and when I get back to call there number to get the shuttle back to the lot. Monday night comes I call the company this guy asked me do I have a ticket # on a blue slip, I proceed to tell him I never received a # and where I parked. He came to picked me up and told me where I park was just the public road on the back of the property, and he says it happens all the time. He didnt charge me cause I wasnt on there lot. I thought "what a NICE guy!" I'm thinking its over. The next day I get a call from best parking value telling me I owe money, there was a ticket open. and I told the person what happened and I never received a ticket # either. Then the guy proceed to tell me his manager said since I used the shuttle its there property and I still owe the whole amount. I told the guy I'll pay for the shuttle ride which was half a block ride from the airport, he said they can't separate it. So I'm arguing back in forth with this guy that I'm not paying for service I DID NOT get, but I will pay for the shuttle ride. So I he tells me the manager said fine I don't have to pay but they'll put me on there "DO NOT PARK LIST" . I got even more pissed, and told them there a shitty company and VERY unprofessional! I will tell all my friends, family, and you yelpers out there. Do not use them ,if they tried to charge me for using public property and a half a block shuttle ride, they'll try to scam you out of anything. read more

This experience was a bit scary. The quality of the place is meh - wood panel walls and mitch match used office furniture with old Van/SUV seating rows for guests.. but that's not my issue. My issue is I arrived there around 7:30AM and they had only one person working the whole show. Checking people in and driving them in the van. Making people wait long periods of time, and then other guests would show up and he would stop to check them in..again and again. Meanwhile we are all on limited time. Was afraid I was going to miss my flight. Was becoming uncomfortable. You could wait here 5 minutes or 45 minutes, there is no telling. If you aren't in a rush to catch a flight, than it may be worth it, but there are people who have walked to the airport with all their luggage from this place because the shuttle never leaves. Cheap cost, but next time I'm going to park in a more reputable establishment down the street. read more

This place is really sketchy. I purchased a Groupon for a 6 day parking rate. When I pulled in, I immediately got the instinct that I would have a bad experience with them. It's a small one room shack with outdoor parking. Sliding door with a sign that read' slide door to come in". 2 guys worked there. I gave them my keys and they took out my bags and placed in the van. They accepted my Groupon with ease and said to call them when I land and they will be right over and my car will be pulled out, warmed up and ready for me to take off. One man brought us over in their beat up van with a sticker peeling off with their logo. He was very nice and made conversation with us and had us to the airport in no time! Maybe I was wrong about this place?? The return trip was DIFFERENT! Landed and called them at 4:15pm, they told me 15 minutes tops. 45 minutes later we are still waiting outside in the freezing cold. When they picked us up, he continued to make up excuses for why they were late. (shift switch, people needed to be checked in, phone had water damage). I have no problem waiting 45 minutes if you are busy, but tell me that so I am not out waiting in the cold so I don't miss the shuttle! Got back to the lot, my car was still parked and NOT warmed up. Had to wait for him to go in move other cars, get my car out, and remove my luggage. How lovely. I guess what they advertise is not true. BEWARE of this place. Terrible customer service. Their website didn't indicate they were not allowed to actually drive me to the airport but would be dropping me off a block away to walk over the skybridge. Add to that the fact that when I checked in, there was only one person working so he was checking people in AND driving the shuttle. I couldn't wait for him to finish processing everyone so I grabbed my bag and ran across Post Road and walked up to the airport, as did two other people, because his "I'll be done in 10 minutes" was now creeping up to 20 minutes of waiting. The shuttle van is filthy. The trash that was on the floor when I sat in the van before getting out to walk was still in the van today when I was picked up, four days later. They don't have a permit to drop you off at the departure gate so they let you off at the car rental area instead. It's a long walk, allow extra time. And lugging suitcases all that way is tiring. We also had a problem with booking. Our reservation was through Airport Parking, a 3rd party agent. Because of that, the attendant didn't enter us into their computer write us out a claim check. I have parked my car here for years but no more. During my recent vacation, my car was used by someone racking up 73.9 miles. I thought something was up when all of my dashboard settings were changed and my seats were is crazy positions. they tried to cover their tracks but they couldn't completely. When calling, I got not satisfaction just someone telling me that I was wrong and making things up, also stating that all their employees have their own cars so they don't need to use ours. I will be calling the police department because I have no idea if my car was used in the commission of a crime or accident. I will pay the extra money to park somewhere safer from now on. there is a reason why they don't charge a lot for their service. read more

We have used this parking lot for years, but they have obviously changed how they pick up and drop off. Now they make you use the skybridge which makes you have to walk about a half mile with your bags each way. You use their shuttle for about a tenth of a mile. Also, at 2 AM, we were forced to have to clean our car of ice and snow, windshield and all. I had called the guy about 15 minutes beforehand when we got our bags, so he could have done this. I was sorry that I had tipped him. Never again. It is worth paying a few dollars more to go to the lot next door. At least they will drop you at the terminal and pick you up there!! The only good thing about "Best Value Parking" is the price but the savings are not worth it. My return flight to Green came in at 10:30 PM. After calling and notifying BV of my arrival, I dutifully traversed the length of the airport to meet the shuttle on a side street. Waited for twenty five minutes on a dark side street for the van to arrive. (It's a one minute drive away!) Driver said that he was "busy" at the office signing customers out. One employee on hand to do it all. You may save a couple of bucks but it's MUCH SAFER and LESS AGGRAVATING to pay the extra couple of bucks and park in Green's Long Term Express Lot E. With the coupon available on their site, it's $12/day. It's well lit and secure with a shuttle picking up at many locations every five minutes. Tack on a small tip for the van driver to BV's $7.99 a day rate and the cost differential is minimal. Just one more caveat - the credit card I used to pay for my BV reservation (and that I had to show to pay my vehicle) was compromised shortly after my trip. Didn't use it anywhere else. Someone bought a bunch of tunes at Amazon and went on a binge at Taco Bell in New York on my dollar! (I was credited by the credit card company for these charges.) read more

Was lied to by the staff -- they insisted that NO parking service would provide drop-off/pickup service at the airport. They even mentioned other services by name. Also stated "Cash Only" which was a real red flag. According to other valet parking services in the area, Best Value is banned from entering airport grounds due to tax issues with the city of warwick. Finally their confirmation email was a garbled mess. When I called to talk to a person, that's when I found out about them not providing valet parking. Their website states "We are a Full Service Valet Parking Facility offering low rates, Free Shuttle" -- so even their website is misleading. Needless to say I found this dishonest business practice to be a reason to avoid them. read more

I had a great experience parking here last week. I arrived the day after a snow storm and it snowed while I was away. Check in was quick and easy at 6:30am on tuesday morning even though they were still sorting out the mess from the previous snow and ice storm. When I returned friday evening I called from baggage claim and they picked me up where they said they would. My car was all cleaned off and running when I got there a few minutes later. I was sure I would find it covered in snow, but it was completely clean even though we had 10" of new snow wednesday. I got in the car and drove off. It could not be easier and it is impossible to get this kind of service at this kind of price. I hope they do well here. I will ALWAYS use them! read more

And the company does not have the permit to take you to the airport he drops you off at the end of the walkover. They are very slow picking you up. Signed up for parking for an upcoming trip. The process was professional and clear on way.com. I then read the comments on yelp. Yikes!! So I emailed way.com asking them for the cancellation policy. I stated, IF I were to cancel. They ignored my question and immediately cancelled my reservation without my request. I had a VERY BAD experience with this location. I purchased my parking ticket online and when I arrived at the location, I was charged an additional rate. When I emailed Jim the owner or supervisor, he never responded back to my email. I've made several attempts to get the funds refunded, and Jim the owner has made no attempt to contact me or to correct the problem. I'm reporting this location. You can not continue to do dishonest business, you are stealing from customers. And you are ignoring their concerns. This is unacceptable and bad business. I will never recommend this location to anyone. To potential customers, DO NOT park here. They have a dishonest operation and they are not honoring the discounted rates that are available online. I bought a 4 day voucher through Groupon and this company would not accept it. Similar to other's experiences, this company wanted to know what I paid for the voucher and then proceeded to tell me that they are not accepting these until after January 1st. I had already registered online for the parking however they made me a new reservation since the original one was tied to the voucher. If you do not register online for a reservation you have to pay more. This company should be reported to the better business bureau as they are not ethical. The attendant said that you have to take up the issue with the owner who was not there. He also thanked my son for not yelling at him as most people do once he tells them that they cannot use their online voucher that they already paid for. Don't use this company. read more

You get what you pay for. Yes, this is the cheapest option but it is also by far the worst. We showed up around 5:15. Had a 6:15 flight. Didn't leave the lot for about 35 minutes because they had one (completely incompetent) employee trying to handle a morning rush. Almost missed our flight, there was no sense of urgency either. I understand if it's busy and you've got to take numerous people to the terminal. But at least act like you care. I would have forgotten this after a good vacation. But when I came home, I found my car unlocked. They had left my car sitting there unlocked for the entire weekend. When I called the employee out... his response was literally... I have used this service several times with no issues. However, on our most recent trip in January we were informed their contract with the airport had changed. They no longer pick up and drop off at the airport. Instead they drive you half a block from their location and drop you off at the sky bridge where you have to haul your own luggage up stairs up the elevator and walk at lease a mile to the entrance of the airport. I will no longer be using this service. There are many other parking lots to choose from. read more

Great Experience! I made my reservation online. I dropped off my car and after 5 minutes I was already at the check in. I called them when I landed and after 5 minutes the shuttle was there to pick me up. It was 10 degrees outside so the guy started my car and put my luggage in the trunk for me. They neglected to say in their ad that they no longer drop you at departures. So lugging suitcases and golf clubs was not fun. They drop you at the Skywalk, 2 seconds from Best Value. Was a one man operation, guy checks you in, puts note on door be back in 10 min. and shuttles you around the corner. Would of rather paid the extra for convenience.
