This airport always seems like it is under construction recently. Bring back more bathrooms and more small businesses to get food and beverages at. Definitely a lot going on with new dining and stores since I was here last year. I think they should put back some of the seating areas though. There's not enough and people are all over the floor or standing. Not great if you struggle walking or standing. Narragansett Brewery was a good option to stop and eat. My sons's belt broke and unfortunately getting one at the terminal store was $60. At least his pants are on.... read more

This isn't about the airport itself, but about the cell phone lot. It is horrendous. I have picked up people (friends and family) at least 6 times in the last 2 months and you can't get in or out of the cell phone parking lot. It's a hot mess- the last 2 times the airport police were there because they were telling the uber and lyft drivers to move since they were blocking the exit out. The amount of uber and lyft drivers that sit there, tailgate, and then block the exit is unsafe and ridiculous. They need a new place to safely wait that is not with everyone else that is waiting to pick up loved ones. Either that or the cell phone lot needs to be expanded like now. I couldn't even pull in last friday at almost midnight, it was ridiculous. read more

The entire airport inside security is under construction! Poorly executed project planning leaves very few bathrooms, very crowded gate areas, loud construction noise, and a general mess. This construction seems to be never ending and has an only gotten worse over the past year. I would recommend BDL or BOS as better options now. read more

I am a frequent flyer and travel guru for work and always at dozens of airports each year. T.F. Green Airport is always so easy to get in and out of. It only took me 5 mins to get through security to my gate! It is a small airport but the tsa/security lines go very quickly. This is one of the cleanest airports around. There is parking right across from the airport and a quick Uber ride from anywhere in RI. Gates are very easy to find with clear signage scattered all throughout the property. There are dozens of restaurants like Dunkin Donuts and Wolfgang Puck on premise. There is also a new illy coffee kiosk if you are in a rush and don't want to wait in line! read more

You can't beat this airport! I am fortunate enough to live in RI so this is my home airport. Security is a breeze and it's just one terminal so you never have to worry about rushing. The food options are lacking a bit for dinner options, but they have a Whaler's bar which has beer from a local brewery and is easily my favorite part. If you have the choice between T.F. Green and Boston T.F. Green is definitely worth the swap! read more

I've never had an issue here. I choose providence every time if I have the choice. The staff are so kind and well-organised. TF Green is my favourite. Going through security is a breeze and the airport is so clean. There is always a man playing the piano when you arrive on a Red eye, which is lovely. read more

There is no reason to trudge all the way to a larger airport - I promise. TF Green is the cutest, cleanest, most efficient airport. For my most recent flight out of TF Green, it took me 6 minutes to get from the drop-off zone to my gate. I'm not exaggerating for dramatic effect. We have to talk about the bathrooms. Always spotless & glowing. Marble floors & great lighting. Nice airport bathrooms is somewhat of a paradox - but not in this case. I always feel a little bit glamorous in the TF Green bathrooms. Also, bearable TSA - which is another paradox that TF Green has. Lots of outlets available while you wait to board, cute little shops & restaurants... I guess I'm just a fanboy for TF Green. If you can find a flight available here, even if it's a bit more expensive than Boston or New York, get it. It's worth it. read more

lol. It never dawned on me to rate an airport- but TF green is one of my favorite things about living in Providence. A short 12minutes away, never any lines in security. And during busy conference times the TSA folks will even remember you -"weren't you just here?" Extremely clean bathrooms, the convenience of a small airport with the luxuries of a bigger one- they even have a small airport lounge that I'll pop in if I'm ever early. But usually I'm door of my house to door of the plane in 30min with no time to sit in the lounge. (My only qualm about this place is American Airlines-just as a whole --if they have the opportunity to ruin your day-they will take it). They're the worse but that's not the airports fault. Unfortunately for me American has the most flights in and out- but I'll fly delta and southwest when I can. read more

Our last experience at TF Green was great. We had my mother in law going through TSA in a wheelchair and it was smooth, a bit slow, but smooth. The signs are well lit and the information screens are located right as you come out of TSA, so it's easy to find what gate you are departing from. Pushing a wheelchair makes you realize how ADA has helped the people who need ramps and accessible infrastructure. It was really easy to get her through every area of the airport without having to deal with steps or difficult sections. The people at TSA were friendly and helpful. We were flying JetBlue, so there was a family restroom right across from gate 12 which was also accessible. It was a very easy experience. We had a smooth experience from the curbside all the way to boarding the plane. read more

Wow, all these years I've been a slogger to Logan Airport! Parking at TF Green is 50% lower in price, and there is plenty of it. Very clean facility. Great restrooms. Some restaurants are not open yet, but there are several healthy options here, as well as the bars for the folks who like to drink. We had a family trip. 4 adults, 2 children under 8 and an infant. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly shuttle driver who helped us load and store 5 suitcases, 4 carry on and a folded stroller. Upon our return we were waiting for pickup and the shuttle pulled up. The driver asked if we were all together and we said yes. He said he would bring one of us to retrieve our car and the rest could wait (in the cold, btw). I said we paid for parking and shuttle service and insisted he allow us to board with our luggage. He refused and told me he was calling the police on us. I encouraged him to do so and asked for his name, which he refused to give. He then again said he was going to call the police which upset one of the children who has autism. He then picked out people from the line standing behind us and began boarding them with their luggage. 4 couples, 8 people with luggage and carry on. I pointed out he allowed more people to board than we had in our party and he took out his phone and took a photo of our group so he could "show it to the police". At this time a RI State Trooper walked up and asked what was the problem. We told him we were refused service and that the driver loaded more people than were in our party. After brief discussion the trooper told the driver to leave and he (trooper) called for a new shuttle which arrived quickly. We boarded the shuttle along with 6 or 7 other people (all with luggage) and the driver brought us to our cars. I did snap a photo of the driver when he stepped out to take a picture of us and I sent it to the customer service address. They told me they would look into it. The man was very rude and needs to be trained in customer service. Kudos to the RI State Police Trooper who went out of his way to calm the youngster who was upset because of the confrontation. And two of the three drivers were nice and professional but the whole experience with the one guy ended our trip on a very sour note. Not sure I will use them again, I think I'll go back to using the hotels that provide parking and shuttle service. Never had a bad experience with any of them. read more

Availability of wheelchair assistance at TF Green is very limited. There was no one at Departures to help, and the officer said I had to run in , grab a wheelchair , put my passenger in it and leave them on the sidewalk while I parked and ran back. No one at American Airlines offered assistance and I had to stay with her until her delayed plane flight left several hours later. There is no excuse for this at our tiny "international" airport. read more

Do you have green airport is a great airport to get in and out of, TSA does a great job, and there are many connecting flights out of this airport for all around the world access, they have great restaurants, a super gift shop with all of Rhode Island favorites, and they just added the saugy hotdog House. This is obviously for the parking garage. Anything to avoid Logan is what I look for. I have to fly out of Logan for my international departures, but I prefer to fly out of Green for any domestic flight as it's close to my house and much less unpalatable than Boston. Parking here is simple and easy. Parking here is an easy, smooth process. Any attendant I've dealt with has been helpful. Prices are reasonable, navigating in and out of the garage is a breeze. I do driver new model German sports cars and I feel very comfortable and safe leaving them here when I must travel. I will be continuing to park here on my future travels. read more

Coming from Rhode Island originall, I have flown in and out of this airport in the last 25 years!! I just love this airport. It is small with an almost homey feel. Check in is easy and going through security is a breeze compared to others. Everything was very clean. The restrooms were spotless and large. Since it is such a small place choices for food is limited. They have a couple of stores for goodies for your flight and of course Rhode Island memorabilia. And remember you are landing in Warwick, not Providence!!! read more

I travel all the time. I haven't flown out of Green in many years. The workers at Green are probably the nicest and most helpful of any airline I've flown from. Imagine a place where they don't scream at you at baggage claim; where they give you a second to get your passport out at the window. I wish the NY airports and LAX would take notice. Thank you? We had a super early flight. Arrived at Lot E just before 4 a.m. and easy shuttle pickup. Courteous driver. When we returned a few days later, the shuttle to our car was again fast and courteous. I had obtained a discount coupon for the lot but on the day we left the QR code for the coupon wouldn't load. I wrote to LAZ. They responded the same day, apologized for the inconvenience and just asked that I provide some verifying info so they could refund the difference. Which I did. The email verifying my refund arrived almost simultaneously with the notice to be on the lookout for the refund. I was very pleased! read more

Living in Central Southern Connecticut, TF Green is a great alternative to Bradley near Hartford. There is a wide variety of flights that come out of here and the ones I have been able to book (or chosen to book) have been very reasonable. The facility is pretty clean, but small. It is comparable in size to Bradley, but the options there for dining, refreshments, etc. I have found to be a bit better. I have been at both for long periods of time a few occasions and found it more bearable here. My only complaint is the lack of parking services/shuttles in the nearby area. I guess there is no real demand for it. I cannot really complain about the shuttle they had. It was reliable and fine, but with only one option available to you, the price was a bit more than I am used to paying at my favorite place near Bradley. read more

I made a reservation 6/16 from 6/17 to 6/21 at TF Green airport - Garage B RI003. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled on 6/17 and we didn't use the parking, the same day I called LAZ parking and requested cancelation. The Lady on the phone was nice but couldn't cancel the reservation and refund. She gave me an email address to write to. I sent an email the same day but haven't received any response yet. Their policy is no refund 24 hour prior to start date but they should be refunding if a flight is canceled by airline as this is not customers fault. Very disappointing. read more

Good airport. 10/10. TSA checkpoint was quick. HOWEVER: The crapper will flush before you're done. Squeezing out a big one and leaning forward? Flush. Grabbin some toilet paper? Flush. Any movement? Flush. You will be sprinkled with water in a way not unlike a bidet. Other than that, 10/10 read more
