After reading all the horror stories here on Yelp, I was quite reluctant to park here, but I had a decent experience and felt I should try to balance out those horror stories. I purchased a reservation the day before departure online, printed the bar code as requested, and arrived at 4 am. No problems using the printed code to get in. Arrival was at 1 am and I left the printed bar code in my checked bag. I was able to use the QR code on my phone from my confirmation email to get out. So basically both ways worked without an issue. Perhaps I got lucky. Of note, I never saw any humans working the garage, probably because of the times I was in it. Not sure what would have happened if there was an issue but I'm guessing there would be remote service via a box on the gate. Pricing is somewhat misleading as there are taxes and fees that add up during check out; including an inexplicable 17% tax on top of RI 7% sales tax. I left on a Monday at 4 am and returned on Saturday at 1 am but that is 6 days to them as their clock runs by the calendar day and not by the hour. 6 days @ $22/day ended up costing $167. Garage B is $28/day but with taxes/fees included so it's basically the same price, closer to the terminal, recommended by the airport and managed by LAZ. There weren't any spots available online for garage B and when we got there it was full so I'm glad we went with C to guarantee a spot. In the future I will try to not wait until the last minute and book in garage B. But if I can't, I would use garage C again. read more

Great experience parking at Red Beam Garage C at Providence's TF Green Airport. Traveling a lot, the ease of getting into and out of Red Beam Garage is a breeze and the pricing can't be beat. Though I might be accustomed to Boston parking prices, being able to park so close to the terminal at a reasonable rate certainly will have me parking at Red Beam Garage whenever flying out of Providence. The rewards program here is certainly worth signing up for so you can earn a free day of parking as you build up days parked at Red Beam Garage. The online reservation process is very easy to navigate and allows you to pre-pay your parking in advance of arrival. Highly recommend! read more

The price point is good. Much cheaper than Garage A, B and other offsite options. The walk to the terminal isn't too bad. If it were pouring rain or bitterly cold I might consider another option. There was some construction going on. The entrance from Airport Road was closed and som of the lower level parking spaces were not accessible. We got a spot on the lowest level regardless. I have parked at this location for years. A couple of times the QR code on the prepaid voucher did not work. A call to the number on the gate resolved the issue. On July 18th, I received an email parking receipt for $0. I found this to be suspicious since I have not parked at Red Beam since February 2026. I checked my credit card account to find a charge of $108.88 from Red Beam on 7/21. I contacted Red Beam via email, their preferred communication as stated on their automated voicemail message. No response. I then received an email to review my most recent stay at Red Beam. (the one I didn't make!) Only when I gave a 0-star review did someone contact me. To make a long story short (too late!), three days and 2 phone calls later I was accused of letting someone else use my account and told the "back office" is looking into it. They did not apologize nor take accountability for the fraudulent activity. Credit card companies ask you to attempt to resolve the issue with the vendor prior to contacting them. Red Beam/Propark left me no option but to report them to my credit card company. read more

They add 17% taxes and fees on to your bill as well as the 7% RI sales tax. They don't call this out explicitly before you park there. Also right now the whole place is under construction and there isn't a lot of signage telling you which way to go to get out. There was a lot of people going the wrong way and trying to go out the entrance. It was a nightmare! Park somewhere else if your smart or take an Uber. read more

The garage charges a 17% tax and fee amount along with the 7% RI Sales tax. The city of Warwick charges a 5% surcharge. So what's the other 12% for? I am already paying a fee per day to park. I will never park there again. Go to Lot E and take the shuttle over. It takes just as long to walk to Garage C as to getting the shuttle. read more

I've used this garage on two occasions and would use it again. Booking online comes with the benefit of coupon codes for specials they may be promoting as well as being able to establish an account to accrue points for your days parked that can lead to a free day of parking. This is one of the closest garages to the terminal and you can walk in the covered or sidewalk (uncovered) area as you transit. Booking online allows you to know in advance what it will cost to park. The system does a quote and if you're cool with it, you can use your credit card and pay in advance with your reservation. Payment can be made upon exit inside the terminal or at the exit area. It's highly recommended that you pay before exiting so you're not that person holding up the line as cars line up behind you. This is one of the busier garages. It fills up fast and sometimes they'll place a sign out front that says "Reservations only or Uber drivers only". This is to account for the number of spaces vs the demand. I had a reservation and it was a busy time and I ended up parking on the top level (6th floor). There was inclement weather and I would have preferred that my vehicle was in a covered area but all the spots were filled and there were limited spaces on the top level. Elevators or stairs are available to get you to the lower levels to go to the terminal. Areas are clean and are well lit for safety. I would recommend that if you're flying and leaving your ride, allow enough time upon return to get your baggage and walk to the garage so that you don't stay beyond your reserved time and have to pay extra. Other garages charge more even with coupon codes. This garage is closer and more convenient and I'd use it again for my long-term parking needs. If you think you'll park here more than once, it's worth it to sign up for their parking points program. read more

They have false advertising all over the internet for 9.95 and 12.95, but they actually charge more than Garage B now, which is $16/day everyday with the free coupon and it's closer to the terminal. They have lost me as a customer, there is no good reason to park here anymore. read more

Terrible customer service and unsafe! I had a very scary experience at this garage. I had trouble leaving an exit at 1:00am. After several attempts, pushing the correct buttons, the gate would not open. I pushed assistance button. No human. I looked for security staff. No one. Called the phone number. No one. I am a 62 year old woman in a dark garage at what is now 1:30am. I was extremely frightened and chose this garage because they advertise how safe they are. I finally tried the other exit and had to pay additional lost ticket fee of $151.52 because the first machine took my ticket but I was desperate and frankly scared to death and just wanted to get out. I have called and emailed and explained the situation and asked to waive the fee considering the circumstances, and technically I did not loose the ticket. I have had no response. Paid in advance as required. Never received an email with the QR code. Called the day before we were leaving on vacation and the person in the office didn't know how to email the QR code. We were assured that the manager would send it in the morning before 8 am. Arrived at the garage at 8:25, no code to get in so we had to take a ticket and park. Talked to red beam staff on our vacation and they apologized and they sent a QR code to get out of the garage on our return. Shockingly that QR code did not work. Took more than 15 minutes to get out of the garage. First person didn't speak English well enough to talk through the speaker. Second person had a hard time finding our reservation. Finally found it. We would rather pay more than go through this hassle again. Not that Red beam cares but they lost a customer. read more

HORRIBLE! Pre paid, they gave me a bar code to scan. It did not work. There were several cars in front of me that had the same issue. Cars started to back up causing a major traffic safety issue as cars were backing into oncoming traffic. Finally got in after 30 minutes and having to contact someone by phone. Had the exact same issue when I left the garage 6 days later. Will never park there again!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! We parked our car during a long trip via a pre-purchased online ticket. When we went to enter the garage prior to departure our QR code wouldn't work (it didn't work for a bunch of cars before and after us too). Wasn't a problem at the time because we used the help button at the gate - a lady accepted our confirmation number and raised the bar. Different story when we returned to pick up our car. Plane got delayed and we were a couple of hours late so it was past midnight. Went to leave the garage and the machine again would not read our QR code. But this time the help button on the exit did not work. We tried calling on other machines and could reach a person, but were told that the only way to get out was to press the button on the gate we needed to get out of (there are 2 side-by-side exits but one was blocked with tape and a golf cart). We spoke to 2 customer service reps. The first would not believe us and eventually cut us off. The second listened to our explanation but told us there was nothing he could do as that was the only exit. He tried calling a manager, but no response. We tell him we will call the police and he says, ok. We go back to the airport and find the police - though they tried their best, apparently Red Beam is privately owned and out of their jurisdiction. They suggested we call Warwick police, which we do. In the meantime another guy pulls up and has the same problem and same result. It is now 2:00 am. We are all exhausted and just want to go home. Police officer turns up and asks if we tried the other exit. What other exit - the customer service guy told us this was the only. We find the other exit and the QR code still doesn't work, but the help button does. There are now 4 of us waiting to see if the damn confirmation number will work. Thank the heavens it does. It is 2:30 am when we finally leave. What we found out from the airport and Warwick police - this is a problem garage. It is not patrolled by airport police. It frequently has "issues". We are not the first to have problems. Needless to say, it is not worth it. A, B and long term parking are safer and more reliable. Red Bean does not care a damn. read more

There's no denying that plenty of people park at Garage C. The garage is often filled close to capacity. That said, I won't be parking there again. Faulty payment machines that don't provide receipts when requested and non-existent help when needed. Also, try walking through that garage at night after your flight has landed. No security anywhere. No thanks. read more

The jury is back and unanimously vote - we love the Red Beam Garage! Low cost, easy access, convenient walk to the Terminals, covered parking ...what more could you ask for? (I suppose a car wash while you're gone, valet service, a tune up...but those would eliminate the first of the many bennies of the RBG) We'll see you there soon read more

Parking at TF Green is already cheap, based on Logan standards. How did Red Beam come in and offer a walkable garage for less than half the cost of the two neighboring parking options? A (closest) is $28/day. B (next to A) is $23/day. C, aka Red Beam (next to B - see the pattern?) is $10/day. It's a 7 min walk along almost entirely covered path from the airport terminal. You'll save almost $100 for six days of parking by walking an extra 4 minutes. More exercise, save money. No brainer. read more

4 times..... I purchased Parking from BESTPARKING.com..... 4 Times I could not exit the garage without PAYING ADDTIONAL FEES !!! BEST PARKING.com is a scam, They take your money, with the expectation that you just paid for long term parking- WAIT until you try to get out of the GARAGE. We were charged a extra $25.12 to exit the garage with 21 hour LEFT on our reservation. read more

The sign on the side of the building DECEPTIVELY said "park for $9.95 a day". It was not... it ended up being more than $15 a day when they charged their REAL fee, which also (for some reason) had a 17% tax and more fees, on top of their parking fee. Seriously..... I paid $146.89 for 9 days. This garage is not owned by the airport. The others, which are a few steps closer are, and I dont remember being deceptively charged by them. Their price was expected, when I paid, and it was only $1 a day more than garage C's actual price. read more

I park here when I use TF Green airport. Parking rates are not too bad for a covered garage. The garage does fill fast it seems. I usually have to park on a higher level. Occasional I may luck out on get a lower level spot. I recommend this over the other 2 garages at the airport. read more

Great people at the Red Beam! I lost my ticket and they were very helpful! Great price and a great staff. $10 a day cant be beat!
