I picked up the car, drove 5 miles up the street and went into a store for a hot coffee, when i returned to the car, it wouldn't start, when i called the shop yet again, i was greeted with a very frustrated manager on the phone "that part was brand new, i dont know why it broke", still under warranty i asked them to repair it, this time upon recieving my car, i drove it straight home due to being very ill, i got in the car 4 days later to go to my doctor's appointment and the car refused to start once again. at this point i asked to speak with the owner or get a full refund for the faulty/poor work they did on my car and im still waiting for a response. i've called every single day and i'm told the owner Christopher Remillard was notified of the problem and would be calling me back soon. It has been a full week and on going i have heard nothing, meanwhile the manager "Mike" wants to hook my car up for more testes and parts, thus milk me for yet more money to repair my car, and has refused to offer to repair the broken part.or give me a refund on the faulty/poor repair job, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP, and i will report them to the BBB if this problem/refund is not taken care of properly, DONT BE A VICTIM!!
