I found laundry Lukes's to be the best possible scenario. Lots of machines and dryers available. The floor could use a mop but the equipment was high quality and in perfect condition. Multiple choices for washer and dryer sizes. I love that there are options for how to pay so I didn't have to drag in cash out quarters. I was able to download the "speed queen" app and do everything through Apple Pay. So convenient! It even sends alerts when a load is complete. Plus I earned rewards to apply to my laundry to help save money. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the fellow patrons were polite and quiet. It is really convenient that there is a 7-11 two doors down in the same strip mall. Overall a great experience. I got so much laundry done in very little time.

Enjoy the capabilities of using an app to pay for the washers and dryer but can still use quarters to pay for getting my laundry. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.

The first thing I noticed is that the counter attendant was very frantic. Also, there was 3 or 4 year old child in the dry cleaning area where they store the garments that have already been cleaned. The next thing, I hear is a profanity-laced rant coming from a Tiktok video that was playing in the background. I told the counter attendant that type of language was very inappropriate in a professional environment. Her response was she has no control over what is playing on Tiktok. Instead of her saying, I will turn off the cellphone, she continued to allow this young child to hear all of this profanity including the customers in the store. She had no RESPECT for the store or herself. I hope the owner of this American Cleaners reads this review and takes action. Hiring nonprofessional people is a reflection of his establishment. I picked my clothes up from the counter and left. I never encounter this level of disrespect and ghetto behavior.
