Check-in was super easy and quick, even with a trainee helping at the front desk. The room exceeded my expectations for a Best Western--everything was very clean, and all of the appliances worked perfectly. We stayed here while maintenance was being done on our home's HVAC system, and it was such a comfortable relief during these 100-degree summer days. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, and the gate lock worked properly, which made it feel secure for evening swims. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the dining area was clean with plenty of seating available. The only minor downside was that I didn't see any elevators, so carrying luggage and a car seat up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. That said, it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Favorites were the self made pancake machine, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage and apple juice. Staff were great. Loved how the bathroom had a heated lamp fan. So nice taking showers warm. I'd say this is the best hotel to stay in if you need to be close to/in lemoore for something. Rooms are clean and more updated than other locations hotels, unfortunately at night there were bugs that appeared, probably from the drain so I recommend keeping them closed/covered. Free breakfast is included in your stay but for those staying for multiple days it can get redundant that they don't switch up the breakfast options (ex potatoes, different serials, bacon instead of sausage, etc). The cost to stay in such a small town is also higher than normal but I guess if you want to stay somewhere clean and central in town you'll have to pay more than you should. Not my first choice of hotels to stay in but this one did not disappoint. The rooms were actually pretty decent. My expectations were not that high considering last experience but I'm really happy this one was a good one. It looked like it was newly renovated with a nice countertop and flooring. The bed was nice and comfortable, it wasn't too soft or too firm. Just right for me. The room is a suite, so there was a small couch ( a pull out bed). I think the room can accommodate at least three people at most. Which is lovely. There was a small microwave and refrigerator which is a bonus. Not all hotels got them. The shower pressure was awesome, it want too soft that the water would come out slow and the pressure wasn't too much that it would hurt you. Just saying some water pressure are just ridiculously too much. I'd give them a five start except, but I am not a fan of hotels where when you walk out of your room you're outside. Additionally, we were in the ground floor so you can really hear a lot of noise. But overall experience not bad at all! read more

The stay was great. Front desk was amazing, quick and friendly even with multiple people trying to check in. Place is quiet and peaceful. Clean accommodations and kid friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Didn't have to worry about toiletries. Pool is well kept and they have fresh clean pool towels available at front desk. Food is within walking distance. Not to mention a fabulous Mexican grill across the street. This was a second stay for us and this continue to be a go to. read more

But the room were clean, my room service came in and changed my towels and made the bed my 3 nights I was here. My ONLY complaint was the water in the showers smell like the same water they might use for the crops, a very "earth like" smell to the water but aside from that, was fine. Solid 3.5 stars. We stayed here for a night following a family reunion. Booking online was quick and simple. I suggest shopping around different websites for the best prices. The day of check in had arrived. I had requested an early check in when I had booked the room online. They allowed me to check in 2 hours prior to their normal check in time, which is 3 pm. However, we were too busy with family stuff that we didn't get to check in until almost 11 pm. The front desk employee was friendly and welcoming, even late at night. The lobby was clean and very well lit. As for the room, it was pretty standard. 2 queen beds, a flat screen, fridge, microwave, etc. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, which I'm totally fine with. The bathroom itself was a little small. The water pressure in the shower was good. The AC unit was a little loud, but we were able to sleep through the night. They do have free continental breakfast which runs from 6 am to 10 am I believe. It's your standard continental breakfast; powdered eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices, milk and coffee. We just opted for some toast and cereal since we were meeting up with family for brunch. Overall, we had a pretty decent stay. I wasn't expecting anything with glitz and glam, since this is Lemoore after all. I'd stay here again though. read more

Pretty solid option for a decent, remodeled hotel room. Stayed for work and was satisfied overall. The mattress was pretty worn out and stained under the pearly white linens. There was a weird black stain on the shower near the curtain rod and a few dirty areas of the floor (barefoot resulted in dark feet). The A/C worked very well, is a little noisy but since I was doing field work I slept well. The TV service is solid, the shower water is warm-hot and the shower heads are good. Room comes with a dated microwave and a pretty solid mini-fridge, suitable for storing a few days worth of groceries given that there is only a few options nearby for restaurant food. Complimentary coffee and small single-serve pot in the room. Front will offer complimentary toiletries upon request. Customer service was good, the front was courteous and willing to work with a request. The breakfast bar (complimentary) had all the standard fare, including pancakes (fresh-made on a machine), cereals, boxed egg, sausage, and an assortment of roles, breads, juices and, most importantly, hot coffee. Nothing to write home about but appreciated and serviceable for the day ahead. All in all a solid place that seems popular among contractors and other workers in the area. read more

Be aware of Best Western's deposit/cancellation terms. Particularly when booking online. I called to cancel two-weeks in advance of our stay (plenty of time) as my spouse is active-duty and unable to take time-off to attend a family function. I called the 800-number, was transferred to customer service who then informed me I needed to contact the hotel directly. They in turn denied the cancellation penalty waiver. The fact that this hotel is in Lemoore, a 'Navy town' that most likely hosts and profits from military families and gov. travel guests on orders; that they'd be flexible... Nope. Expensive lesson - Best Western doesn't except 'emergency' cancellations. You're charged whether you stay or not. I travel a lot for work and usually stay at Marriott hotels.. Cancellations even made day of for ANY reason has never cost me or my company. I believe the closest Marriott to Lemoore is in Visalia/Fresno... This is where I'll be staying, commuting to Lemoore the 30+ miles each way from now on. Marriott, please setup shop in Lemoore/Hanford. read more

Recently stayed at the Lemoore Best Western in early August. The room was nice, seemed very clean and the front desk staff friendly. However! There was a domestic violence incident in the room above me and all hell broke loose. It sounded like furniture being thrown, crying and then hysterical screaming. Then a shot ( or shots) fired. One of the party involved died. The Lemoore police were on the scene immediately and were very professional and concerned. They spent the night there securing the scene and interviewing guests. Needless to say after the adrenaline rush and the late statement made to the attending officer, it took a long time to get to sleep. I woke up to the sound of blood being scrubbed off the second floor balcony... It became very obvious over the next several hours that the motel and the manager Frances Perkins, were Not concerned about their guests. The management never called my room or checked on me in person. Accordingly, when I checked out in the morning there was no management on duty and the front desk knew nothing about it (Really?) The police car out front might be a clue... It became a point of decency to hold this management accountable for very poor customer service. Of course, there was never a manager available or a phone call returned until I threatened a bad review on Yelp. Guess how that phone call went. The indifference really left a poor impression of Best Western and the manager. I hope you will factor in this incident in choosing your Lemoore motel in the future. read more

This place is located right off of the freeway very easy to fine when you make your exit it'll be on your left-hand side the staff is very friendly upon entering the building very informative to the area and things to do we chose this area because it was a part of the state of play for the softball tournament the rooms are pretty nice they're all renovated we did find some ants in our room during our stay and they gave us a $15 discount the gym is pretty small but it has enough Equipment for you to work out with to get your blood flowing during your stay there is a couple many breakfast but make sure you check up on booking the room or is my dad came with our state a plate contract overall the remodel probably helped out this place a lot because it seem like an older hotel that's working on keeping its reputation up as a clean and family friendly place to stay read more

There was a hairball on one of the towels and the room had a urine/bleach smell. If I had I'd stay again, you can't beat the price. Not again people! This is the second time and I spent 1 hour and 10 minutes convincing the front desk their internet was down. They made me come to the lobby, walked me through each step even though I have done this at hotels all over the country, they made me call the 1-800 IT, whereby after forever on hold to tell the hotel their internet was down. This is the second visit where the first they gave me the "staff" pw to workaround it so clearly there is an issue. The front desk staff and the manager was kind but there is something wrong with the internet in your hotel - listen to your guests and don't make them do all the work when it is supposed to be you doing it. read more

My husband and myself stayed at this hotel last night 8/5/17. Making reservations was very easy. Check in was a breeze. The room we had was a non smoking room and it was immaculate. It had a microwave and mini fridge which were very clean. The AC was cold and the bed was so comfy and the pillows were very nice. Bathroom was spotless. The Carpet was spotless. It was very quiet. Parking right in front of our room. Overall, this hotel was better than Cesar's palace that we stayed at in Vegas. The manager of this Best Western should be very proud of his housekeeping staff. There's a nasty stinch in the rooms. Not sure if it's the carpets being stained.... The dirt and stains on the couch.... The nasty ass bathroom that has mold... Theres only so much cleaning I could do but the sent is still there WTH. This place is worse than last time. Too bad this is the last place to stay in the area that use to be somewhat okay. I've stayed in this BW many times and the staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean but dated. I returned to my room late (after checking in at 3 and heading to an event) to find I was sharing the room with little flying bugs that looked like nats. Not just a couple but a bunch of them. I killed a few and then tried to get a little sleep with these other guests buzzing around my ears. Took one to the front desk in the morning and they said they were sorry and would check but didn't offer any other goodwill. It's time to drive 7 miles east to Hanford and find a cleaner, newer hotel. read more

My gf and I have stayed here numerous times when visiting out of town. This is by far one of the Best Western hotels we've stayed in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The prices are affordable. The rooms are equipped with a huge LG flat screen TV. A desk, small fridge and microwave and are always nice and clean. Some rooms even have a nice couch or arm chair. Free WiFi, decent size pool and we love there breakfast. We enjoy there pancake making machine. Always freshly made by a push of a button. Great hotel experience overall. Stayed there one Saturday with my family. Since my brother and his wife were stating there too we requested adjoining rooms. They said they didn't have any ready to go but if some came available before we got there that they would hook us up. Sure enough by the time we got there they got us rooms with the doors to walk to the next one. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They brought us extra towels fast and didn't bother me when I was filling up my big ice chest from their ice machine. The free breakfast was ok- not great but still filled us up. My brother said they had stayed at the travel lodge across get street last time and it sucked. So give Best Western a try. read more

I had an amazing experience here. The room was very nice! We got two queens, a nice flat screen t.v, our bathroom was nice. Room had a fridge and a microwave, appliances seem updated! There is a gym, pool, and laundry machine on site! The staff was extremely kind! I needed a can opener for my soup and they had it!! The staff was very attentive and inviting! The breakfast was amazing!!! They had everything!!! Pancakes fresh from a machine, eggs ( scrambled, hard boiled), they had all kinds of breads( English muffins, croissants, white bread, cinnamon rolls, etc) muffins (blueberry, chocolate,reg), yogurt, FRESH FRUIT (bananas, oranges, apples), oatmeal, cereal, fresh water, milk, coffee, and juice ( Apple, cranberry, and orange) and so much more. It was like a big breakfast buffet! The staff that worked for the kitchen was extremely helpful and attentive!! They kept that place immaculate! I asked for a high chair seat ( the kind that straps to a chair) for my son and they even set it up for me! Everyone was so kind! Beds are uncomfortable, pillows hard as a rock. Make sure they don't put you next to the pool where people are having full on conversations at 6AM. The door to the room had a large gap at the bottom of the door and there are dents around the lock making it look like someone one day tried forcing entry into the room. Out of all the options in this town this one is the better option but be ready to keep tossing all night long. read more

What is that smell! I am not sure what they use to clean the rooms, but it leaves an awful smell. The room is nice enough. I feel sorry for the person in the room below me because I hear the floor squeak and creak each time I walk. Not sure I would stay here again. The Wi-Fi is good and fast.
