First time coming here. It was to work a comedy show for a third party venue YONDR. I parked in the back lot on the side of the hotel. I went through the side entrance to the casino floor amd found the event station set up outside. The casino floor is massive, with many games. Slots, table games and a high roller area. The floor was very clean. I didn't see any cups, water bottles or trash left around. Staff was consistently cleaning. Bathrooms were kept up I used two separate ones. One was closed for cleaning so I got to try the one down by the restaurant and hotel area. Never have I seen a toilet that self replaces the seat cover for you. I love this feature! I guess I need to start traveling more. There are different spots to order food. I saw pizza, sit down and sushi, there is a bar if that is what you want. Little shops here and there for shopping. Security were on point all night. There were two specific people i really remember. One was standing at the beginning of the line for people to be checked in for the comedy show. This individual was making sure nobody brought food , drinks or alcohol from the casino with them outside to the comedy venue. This person helped keep the line moving. The other individual I met when\nI started my shift. My job was to check patrons in for the comedy show. I gave them a designated seating tab that showed them where their seat was. As I was doing this , I let the guests know that that they won't let them take their food alcohol beverages outside or from outside in I was just trying to help get the line to go smoother , because as soon as they opened the doors , the patrons got to go in. At the end of the event, I helped unlock the bags so the patrons can get their phones, smartwatches or earbuds, earpods out and return the pouches/bags to the yondr collection bags. I thought it was a very well managed event with the mixture of the third party i was working for, and all of the staff that works for Tachi palace. The staff that I saw working the event , which included security, people in purple shirts that I think were like ushers, cleaning crew. There were managers or management type people they were wearing suits. I did not get to try any food there.Although I really wanted to it smelled very good when I passed by the different places. I looked at the Pizza.It looked well made, i probably would spend money on that. The hotel looks like , it can hold a lot of people. Thursday swimming pool area with a kid area. So families can come here, all ages and enjoy the food, the entertainment, the relaxation, just to get away. I definitely want to come back so I could eat at the different places. Ive been here multiple times and never had an issue. Tonight they absolutely refused to let me in because my id has a chew mark on it from my puppy. Up until tonight ive only had good things to say about this business, but this is absolutely ridiculous. They are inconsistent with their rules and have never told me my id is an issue in the past. This is a review for the Entertainment Venue: We came for the Tyler Henry event and nowhere, is there a map to where the actual event is at so I know where to park. So I made a map showing where to park. Basically the south end of the property. There is a giant metal shop space converted into an entertainment room with very cheap folding chairs as seats with battery powered light pucks to show you what row you are in. There are also no photos of the inside of venue. I found a video of one of the shows so I could get an idea of what I was in for. The Seats: Be warned if your body type spills out of a chair like this, you will be sitting in the lap of your neighbor. I am not kidding. The poor lady in front of me was so uncomfortable as she really needed 2 seats and had to be miserable. And more than half of the people there were too large for the seats. They really need to fix that. The Tickets: When you purchase your through Etix, you don't actually get them until 3 days before the event. Also, I was in a panic because I couldn't just look up on my email for the name of the event because the name is under ETix and not under Tyler Henry or Boy George. ALSO, I had purchased the Boy George Tickets for my friend for his birthday and on the email it says you must present the credit card that you purchased them with. So again, I was in another panic since I wasn't going to that event. Needless to say, my friend did not need the card. I had forwarded the tickets and he was able to get in. Such a pain in the ass the system is. Also, you are allowed to bring in an empty cup and fill it with water in case you didn't want to buy a bottle of water. Which was only $3 so at least they don't price gouge you. I also saw people with purses a few inches larger than what you were allowed that weren't clear so there's that. On Mother's Day we wanted to eat at the buffet. However, they only had seafood and meat options. We made it just after 2 o'clock and missed the breakfast. We did however, go upstairs and found the food court. We ordered sushi, burritos, eggrolls, and orange chicken rice and chow mein. We all agreed this was the best out of all the casinos in the area food court wise. The Thai tea was really good and I accidentally forgot it on the counter, but the staff was really nice about remaking it so that way it was ice cold and fresh. The Boba was perfectly cooked as well as for the games I had fun playing the older machines please don't ever take them out. read more

Overall, the hotel was amazing. Clean, and well kept. Friendly staff. Plenty of security, the kind that didn't take their job too seriously, if you know what I mean. The pool was amazing. Plenty of towels and lounge chairs available for the time of year. More of a kid friendly side to one end, and more of a laid back lounge area to the other. Nice layout. However, for the price for a one night stay, we would have appreciated an in-room coffee maker/microwave. With the many dining options that ARE available, a microwave would have been handy for a quick late night snack of leftovers. Now, I do also have to add the shower was HORRIBLE. Someone decided it would be a good idea to install the shower curtain rod a little too far into the shower enclosure, causing the thin curtain to fly around and stick to you while you're showering. Not fun! Very claustrophobia triggering. And sensory issue triggering. Last but not least, the slots! We had several technician difficulties on the few machines we decided on, among the sea of them. None of our time spent was lucky. Needless to say, we probably won't be returning. Not even to see Aaron Lewis in August. read more

If not call housekeeping. There are new signs in the room stating you will be charged for missing room items. My Last visit a couple weeks ago I asked for blow dryer and the housekeeping boss on the floor said there was one in my room. I invited her to check my luggage for it. My room was missing one and she said she saw it in there because she inspects all rooms. I even offered her to look in my purse and car. She was not happy and never did she smile. Sometimes bad days happen but always try to keep a smile. Fog made my drive home sketchy, so I played it safe and stayed at Tachi Palace. Overall, the experience was solid. From the start, the staff was very friendly--security helped point me in the right direction, and the front desk team was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the variety of pillows. That said, parts of the room felt a bit worn and could use some attention or minor repairs. There's a Starbucks in the lobby, but service there was extremely slow. The staff was friendly, but there wasn't much urgency--there was a lot of chatting with casino employees ordering instead of focusing on drink prep. On the plus side, my black tea was very good. Given the remote location, this is probably the nicest place to stay within a 20-30 minute radius. Because of how quiet and comfortable the room was, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed. read more

It's a little off the beaten path but once you get here, there is plenty of parking, actually a really good amount and variety of slot machines, a sports bar with lots of TVs, a movie theater, an arcade, a food court, a restaurant, a hotel...there's a lot to do here!!! Drinks are free (sodas, coffee, etc.) and they have the self service drink stations around the casino which is convenient so you don't have to wait around for the drink lady. We had a wonderful vacation here once again. We love all the restaurants. We love dancing to the sounds of DJ Cheatos and DJ Erb. We love all the tvs to watch sports. We especially love the swimming pool!! Its so relaxing. There isnt a place to order food, but you can grab food at the coffee shop inside and bring it to the pool. I visited my brother up in Fresno. I only went in the arcade and the restaurant inside the casino. It was a sports bar with a lot of TVs. The arcade is a medium sized arcade. You purchase a game card and you refill the amount. The kids enjoyed it. There was an issue sitting a party of 7. There was so many open seating but they couldn't just push two tables together, etc. The hostess was probably new and a little confused. Hey folks well had to try it the Red Bud Lounge at Tachi Palace Casino Resort. This establishment is located next to the Entertainment area next to the theater and arcade area. The sports type establishment caught our eye. The food service seemed to be an afterthought which is too bad. The food was good and portions were very good. Drinks were ok again a little mediocre. The vibe was more confusing than anything no specific theme for a sports bar just a place to sit down and get a drink. Maybe a difficult night for the staff. This review will be about the food i got as well as the esports area in the resort. The food was yummy!! We got brisket pho from pho-nominal eats as well as the chicken teriyaki bowl. I enjoyed the broth and the meat as well. Before eating, i spent an hour at their esport area & played various games on the PC. Super fun and got me really ??? Competitive LOL but also raging. We came for a large wedding and happened to stay here along with a lot of the wedding guests. At check in I was a little lost, parking isnt clear and the front desk wasnt really helpful when I asked how to get to the room, she just pointed to the left and said "head that way". Hotel rooms are very large and beds are comfortable, I personally loved the large mirror in the room, came in handy while getting ready. I arrived at Tachi at approximately 5 PM. The sun was still out. I waited until approximately 6:15pm for a charging stall. there was another man also waiting to charge. There was a white suv that was parked there, which was one of the vehicles we were waiting with Hope to move. according to my dash cam, the owners did not come out till nearly 10 PM. That's at least five hours. I captured it on video. FYI: Tesla's videotape so captured a videotape of these arrogant individuals who, after coming out to their vehicle, saw that their vehicle had gotten unplugged after being plugged in for 5hours and they had the nerve to act as if something bad happened to them as everyone's waiting to charge. Electric car, if it dies is a very serious matter to a Tesla. There isn't another supercharger for 20 miles. Security is not doing their job and maintaining the charging stations. It Is very important to the electric car vehicles. Imagine if there was only one gas station every 20 miles and you only could get 100 miles per file up. And to all you people with the gas cars that park in the Electric stalls shame on you.! when was the last time you saw a Tesla parked at a gas pump to go eat dinner, watch a movie, or gambling.... Well, first of all the bedbugs have to go away. Things need to be thrown away in the trash carpet needs to be removed and in the casino. It would be nice to have reimbursement for what people have had to throw away. Slot machines are "not" well maintained. Lots of slots machines available but no players. Hardly any more come out of the slots because not enough clients are playing. Do not count on your winnings because of this reason. I tried five times and lost all five times with $500 bank roll each time. Worse part: I lost all $500 on the slots so I decided to ask for "comp" food money at the Players Club. I was told there is No Comp at Tachi Palace. Table Mountain Casino provided the "best" comp. When I lost $500 they gave me $50 Comp for food or Gift shop. There will be no more Tachi Palace gaming for me and my husband. We contributed $1,000 each time and get "nothing" at the end. Another BAD Tachi experience. Very disappointed. Not only did I have to wait for an hour before giving up trying to get on an Ultimate Texas Hold Em table, the floor staff would not open a second table for at least another hour, even though numerous people came to play the same game, but they gave up as well waiting. There were dealers at numerous tables where no one was playing. At least one dealer could have been assigned to the UTHE table that was closed. But, I was told that they "probably wouldn't open it" for another 45 minutes or hour. I drove an hour just to play ultimate Texas hold em. I love the game, and didn't really wanna spend my money elsewhere. I'm not able to walk very far, without pain and a cane. So, wandering around the casino until they got around to opening the table was just not an option. The casino used to try to accommodate his guests. It's not like I haven't played there in the past, in fact, for years. When they remodeled and change things around, closed the poker room, shuffled buildings, etc., then reopened after Covid closed it for a while, I had hoped for a better reception. But no. Should be a negative rating but thats not allowed. Let me review this casino for you as a current and frequent player. 1 The new remodel from a few year ago was a disaster, very large space filled with old dated crap machines that usually dont work or wont take you card and pay nothing. 2 The hotel is crap, read the reviews, not only out dated and NO maintenance is ever done but they have bug and they have bed bugs, We go weekly and will NOT stay in this bug infested mess. The hotel staff do not care and if you have the slightest issue they will call security and have you removed. Staff is highly racist against any one who is white and will literately laugh at you, turn and make joke about you and laugh some some. Tachi management knows and does not care so dont bother complaining, what you get when you get to your room is all you will ever get... even if none of the lights dont work or tvs wont turn on or even if you have a floater in the toilet thats not yours! Not kidding, house keeping is the worse and if it was not on a reservation they would be shut down by the health department 3- bars, to long of a wait, an hour on busy days to get a beer but it is not the bar tenders, its the management understaffing. they can have three bars running and have four bartenders. The point is to make money regardless if the customer is happy and the staff is overworked. Most the time the bars are out of half the alcohol a normal bar always has... BUT they have 400 whiskeys that no one wants so thats a plus right? What a joke. 4- The slots are tight, way worse than Hard Rock, Eagle, Chukchansi, or table mountain BUT if you like your slots sticky and two or three beer bottles or old soda on them while you play then your in luck. Good luck getting any jackpot you win to, 30 minute minimum up to hours, yes hours if you it anything large. Most casinos can handle inspections in 45 minutes, Tachi... they take literally hours to pay you hoping they can find a reason not to pay you... which if you look online is not exactly an uncommon thing for them. 5 - THE WORSE OF THE WORSE - security, basically they have the worse security, mostly a bunch of losers they hire cheap and who all seem to have some issue with anyone who questions them, if your WHITE doesn't bother, you will be remove and the Sherrif will be called for even the slightest issue. Any other race you can do basically what ever you want and they smile and wave. Its bullshit. But truly not a casino for the light complected folk, you will not be welcome and the guess who mostly dont speak English and are rude and pushy. 6 Safety - the parking lots are not monitored well and security is lacking, they dont care either, they are sovereign and dont care, when you get attacked or mugged is not their issue and they will spend more to fight you than help you.. sad part is they actually enjoy it. Look it up - multiple shootings and stabbing every year Also do not leave anything valuable in the hotel, it will have a good chance of not being there when you get back. 6 Food - upstairs food suck, it really does, cheap and nasty and what you would expect at a carnival not a casino. Sports bar food was AWSOME but now is mediocre and sad, Fish and chips are good though and steak salad is edible. Who ever took away the old menu hopefully got fired. The one and only actual restaurant is OK, very hit an miss. they finally did away with thier backyard style seafood buffet which was not only a rip off but the food sucked... and sucked badly so grats on getting rid of it, They do have a new menu and new hour with the new GM on staff and since then ( last few weeks or so) it has gotten much better. Only thing really awesome thing is the old staff that has been there for year, they are awesome, new staff not so much. Tip them well though because they are way under paid and over worked while not appreciated by Tachi management at all... and everyone knows it. Not a good look. All in all this casino is a 3 out of 10, looks nice but smells like urine (preferred the smoke smell over urine but i guess the old people like the urine smell), Food is ok but nothing to crave, staff is mostly awesome except their security which is mostly people who could not find any other job because they were not hirable anywhere else, Hotel is a HUGE NO, not worth the free stay as the rooms suck and the staff are the absolute worse customer service people you will ever meet, Slots are tight ( Indian casinos dont have to publish their percent of pay out) so this casino takes advantage in every way AND do changed the payout on a whim (this is myth right? nope we now for a fact they have done it and when asked were threatened). Dont bother getting a host either, they all seem to suck, dont care and will never help you.
