I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. Our vehicle was left there for several months while we worked on paying for the repairs. When we finally picked it up, it was returned in far worse condition than when it was dropped off. The windshield was shattered, there were large scratches on the hood and trunk, the license plate was missing, and the shift knob was gone. We have photos showing the condition of the vehicle before it was left at the shop. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, we were told that they could have charged us storage fees, as if that somehow excuses the damage and missing property. Customers trust repair shops to take reasonable care of their vehicles while they are in their possession. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before leaving it here and thinking carefully before doing business with this shop. There's more damage we haven't gotten photographed because this just happened and we now need to go to the dmv to get a new plate and report it stolen read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I could write up an essay for all of the ways these guys screwed me over since I bought my car from them. The last straw, however, is the dealership taking THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING to submit my warranty cancellation since I put in my written request to cancel, and they have completely stopped responding to me as well. If I didn't work around them with GWC in the first 30 days to put my intent to cancel in writing, they would have successfully scammed me out of hundreds of dollars to protect their commission. My car before entering the shop was beautiful. They will leave your car outside next to the freeway. Where cars can throw rocks chip and damage ur car. It spent 3 months in shop and Issac kept trying to charge me for things warranty was willing to cover. Very shiesty shop i have different brand tires after as well which they have said they did not do. Very dishonest and misleading business. read more

I am a retired Veteran, grandfather and was searching for a car for my grandson so he could go to work after school. He found a Camaro at https://www.phxautocollection.com/ and called to check availability. Giovanni said it was available so we went to do a test drive. When we arrived Giovanni let my grandson start it but the front seat was not bolted down and wires were hanging down from the dash - so no road test but my grandson really liked the car so I (stupidly) put down $1200 to hold the car while the repairs were being made and getting my loan squared away. Unfortunately, no lender wanted to give me an acceptable loan due to over market price, age of the car and high mileage. Phoenix Auto Collection refused to lower the price to market value and after 4 days waiting for the repairs - I cancelled my offer and requested my $1200 back. Giovanni said no problem but since he could not reverse the charge on my credit card (due to financial manager not available) that I would have to dispute the charge through the credit card company which I did, and a provisional credit was issued. 30 days later Phoenix Auto Collection get the $1200 back because they showed my credit card company a receipt that I signed indicating NO REFUND - even though the actual purchase contract I signed had a cancellation clause with a full refund that is standard in the Auto Industry. Finally, after days for going round and round with the credit card company and Phoenix Auto Collection - they refused to do the honorable thing and return my $1200. We never got to test drive the car (or take possession of it), we were not able to get a reasonable loan and it cost me $1200 to learn a lesson about Phoenix Auto Collection LLC. read more

I was going to buy a car from the tomorrow (11-17-2025 and they're website along with car guru said it had a clean title. So I paid for the carfax and the car was a salvage title and a total loss due to flood damage. The guy on the phone said it's in tip top shape with a clean title...definitely don't recommend them. read more

Very Long Review Please Read Full Description to avoid being scammed!! I am a single father and disabled veteran who lives in Tucson AZ. my car was recently in an accident and I was searching to replace my Dodge Durango I lost with something similar. I looked into a few vehicles, but when I saw the ad for the 2018 Dodge Durango Vehicle VIN #1C4RDHAGXJC461180. The vehicle had around 63,529 miles and was being sold in Phoniex Auto Collection. I checked the car fax and it had a clean history with no accidents. At Phoniex Auto Collection I was dealing with the car salesmen Giovanni at Phoniex Auto Collection. I informed him I needed a reliable vehicle to get my son to and from school. Also I need it for work. Giovanni told me the vehicle was good to go. I inspected the vehicle and saw damage on the outside and inside that was not mentioned. However I told Giovanni I did not mind the minor damage as long as the vehicle runs just fine and was reliable. When we went on the test drive Giovanni sat in the back seat behind the driver instead of the passenger seat. Which I thought was weird. When we drove the vehicle I noticed a smell on the inside, but that was it. As soon as I paid 22,762 dollars to Phoniex Auto Collection and signed for the car I left and met a friend to show them the new car. As soon as they sat in the passenger seat the ABS (Air bag system) went off saying it wasn't working for the passenger seat. So I went back to Phoniex Auto collection to report the issue. Giovanni instructed me if I drove back up from to Tucson next week they would fix it. I agreed and drove back to Tucson. The next day I drove the Durango I bought from Phoniex Auto collection to the store and on the way back the Vehicle alerted me the vehicle was overheating. So I had to pull over and noticed all the coolant in the vehicle was gone. It had a leak and was overheating when I had the vehicle for not even 24 hours or 300 miles. I reached out to Phoniex Auto Collection after having to drive a quarter of a mile and stop for 15 mins which took me about a hour to get home for a drive that was only 10 mins. When I spoke with the dealership about the issue they took a long time to get back to me and explained they were busy with other clients. This bothered me because I had already paid for a vehicle that doesn't work. They offered to fix it or exchange it but I explained I wanted my money back. I had already paid to lease a vehicle as I needed to get my son to and from school Monday the day after all this happened. I sent a text message explaining that I wanted my money back and showing them the Arizona Lemon Law. The Arizona Lemon Law includes a provision for used car purchases. An implied warranty of merchantability (vehicle works like it is suppose to) exists for all used motor vehicle for fifteen calendar days after delivery of the vehicle for calendar days after delivery of the vehicle to the purchaser or the first five hundred miles, whichever comes first. After sending this to them they did not respond at all to my message so the next day I drove up from Tucson to catch Giovanni sitting around on his phone. This highly upset me because he clearly was making no effort to help my situation or even message me back. I spoke to the manager and explained I paid cash and want my money back to due the Arizona Lemon Law. They said they will not be giving me my money back. Please be wary if you buy a car here as shopping here got me a vehicle that doesn't work minus about 23,200 which is more than I paid due to Ubers of a total of 150 and car leasing that cost me 505 a week. If this is how they treat people who served this county in the military imagine how they will treat you. read more
