    Free coffee and cookies

Let me list the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Lots of space in the double queen room! We had 4 people and it was never cramped 2. The breakfast is fantastic and it's different every morning 3. Staff is extremely helpful 4. 24/7 free coffee and fresh cookies Now the cons: 1. Layout is a bit strange. Lots of hallways and stairs to get to the pool and breakfast area 2. The bathroom has a timer for the light and fan that you have to twist. It only lasts 5 minutes 3. The indoor pool is heated which is great but there was so much bleach in it that my shirt turned white and my hair felt like a broom! Be careful lol Overall a great experience. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 10 day vacation

Again another sign to be ignored if you are Ismaill Pethania.

This is one business who doesn't care at all about COVID protocol. They don't even care about their guests. The manager will be happy to yell at you if you dare complain about the noise all night and getting no sleep. Even though masks are required they certainly don't enforce what all the signs say. God forbid you need a manager on his day off. The manager screamed at me over the phone. His name is Ismaill Pethania. He arrogantly told me to use his name when I wrote a review. So here you go.

    Dying roach

This is an okay place to stay if you have no other option. Our room was directly next to the front desk which meant hearing people screeching down the hallway at 9am after they checked in. Considering these guests were yelling from the lobby to the hallway where the rooms are, I was a bit disappointed no one at the front desk asked them to be quiet. It also meant when the door to the lobby opened, it sounded like the door to our room was being opened which was a bit unnerving. Room placement aside, I expected this hotel to be a lot cleaner than it was. The hallways smelled like chlorine but fortunately the room did not. There was a ring of dirt around the bottom of the tub which looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. And finally, we found a dying cockroach on our floor in the morning. Not a great experience overall.

Used towels on counter when arriving to bathroom...disgusting.

Filthy hotel. Paid $250 a night and the rugs, bathroom , couches were filthy and smelled of urine.

BUYER BEWARE-READ BEFORE BOOKING and learn from our experience:…read moreI'm not gonna sit here and write to not stay at this motel - the room itself was just as advertised, clean, roomy and comfortable, updated bathroom (shower wasn't cleaned well, but that's minor in comparison to the rest of our experience) BUT- do not expect to have any assistance after their lobby closes. They advertise an "after hours number" they DO NOT answer. We stayed here for one night and went out on the strip until around 10pm and when we returned we realized we forgot our key in the room. We went to the front desk which was locked and dark. To preface this I completely understand it's on us for forgetting a key. But, no answer on any of the 3 phone lines provided and one was specifically for "guests only, after hours" after a couple hours, MANY calls and voicemails later, we decided to call the non emergent police line which we were told they were unable to help without permission from the owner - they also tried calling the number they had with no answer either and we were advised to either sleep in our car or book another hotel. We called all 4 businesses they have shown on their building assuming they're owned by the same people, no one was able to help there either. We ended up able to unlock our vehicle from our phone and sleep in it (we had no actual keys as they were locked in the room too) we continued to call the after hours line throughout the night and into the morning but we ended up locked out of our room from 10:30pm to 8am when the front desk opened. The front desk manager (I'm blanking on her name) was lovely, super friendly and apologetic but explained someone else named "dalton" was responsible for the after hours phone and clearly completely neglected to answer. She refunded the cost of our room which was great and gave us a couple gift cards to local restaurants ($35 worth), but really it didn't take away the fact that we had the worst experience in a hotel ever, we would've much preferred to just be able to sleep in the room. Again, decent motel, absolutely awful customer service, if you stay please triple check you have your keys when leaving/you have everything you need before they close.

We were arriving later than their normal hours and the front desk person stayed a little late to make sure we could check into our room.

We are sitting outside the room and left the door open to air it out and the smell is coming outside the room. It is awful. Its fine other than that. We can't switch rooms because they are booked.

Must have been a drug party going on by the last occupant? The bed was made when I checked in, but how can housekeeping miss the drugs in the bedside table AND inside the bathroom?? Also, the dark, woodgrain laminate floor was disgustingly DIRTY! My guess is they just sweep only, and hardly if ever, actually wash the floor. I asked the front office if they could do a quick wash of the floor, but they never showed up. Don't make the mistake of walking barefoot on the floor with wet feet, and if you are wearing socks, the bottom of them will turn black quickly. The cold water knob in the shower was frozen shut, and it couldn't turn, only leaving the hot water knob usable, making the shower unusable onless you like scalding water. I asked the front desk if someone could look at it, but nobody showed up. Also, don't try sitting in their cheap plastic patio chairs outside the room, unless you have good health insurance. I really want to like this place, but find it difficult at the present time. 8/23/25

Well, I fail to comprehend what was renovated: the electrical outlets wouldn't hold my charger (it literally fell right out of the outlet), everything was old and outdated, the lock to our room was loose, bathroom racks were rusted, cigarette burns on the tub, etc.

During our stay, we discovered what appeared to be teeth wrapped in a blood-stained tissue left in our room by a previous guest. It was hidden near the window and had clearly been missed during housekeeping. We immediately notified hotel staff, who removed the item. The hotel later acknowledged in writing that the item had been left by the previous occupants and that it was overlooked because a new housekeeping employee in training had cleaned the room. While I appreciate that they accepted responsibility, they never answered our repeated question about what the material actually was. To this day, we still do not know whether it was human teeth, animal remains, or something else. Given its appearance and the presence of what looked like blood, we remain concerned about whether we were exposed to a biological hazard. Equally disappointing was the hotel's response. Their only compensation offer was a "buy one night, get one free" future stay. In other words, to receive compensation, we would have to spend more money at a hotel where we experienced a significant sanitation issue. After what happened, we have no interest in returning. We attempted to resolve the matter privately through multiple emails, asking for an explanation of what was found and requesting a more appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, after their initial response, the hotel stopped communicating with us. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, we were left without answers about a potential health concern and without what we believe was an appropriate effort to make things right. I hope the hotel has improved its inspection and housekeeping procedures so that no future guest has a similar experience.
