They (Bp Tires and Wheels) gave me their earliest availability as well as an unbeatable price (literally too good to be true) compared to the other places I reached out to. Without hesitation, I made my appointment. On my appointment day I arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted by the owner, who gladly helped me get checked in. Knowing that it would take about an hour I decided to hang out in the waiting area where there was a TV playing some automotive related media. Once the alignment was complete, the tech took my truck on a test drive to make sure everything was straight and solid. I had a chance to speak to the owner for a bit after the work was done. I learned that the shop is family owned, and that they're all car enthusiasts. Super nice dude. Customer service was excellent. I'm surprised how well taken care of I was for the price that I paid. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

This is typically a 30-minute job at most, yet I was charged $160, and the car still wasn't ready over two hours later. What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won't be coming back, and I'll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere.
