I brought my S2000 over about 45 minutes before closing. The website showed the summer tires I wanted were in stock, was hoping to get the tires installed while I waited or I didn't mind coming back the next day. Tony, the manager, said he would do their best to get the tires from a nearby warehouse, installed and have my car aligned even if they had to stay a little late. I went to my mom's usual auto shop and they were able to patch it but then they said not to worry too much about the rip. They told my mom she can still drive it. Wtf?! I got on the phone called them up spoke with Tony come to find out he's the manager. He quoted me a price told me they could have tires that I wanted that were not in stock in the store with him a short period of time less than an hour. I drove from Yorba Linda over to Fullerton where I dropped off my car and in less than an hour later the tires were on exactly as ordered! No upsell no drama no you need a front end alignment none of that just here's your three tires that you ordered sir and they're done! Oh by the way I had ordered them on Walmart online on Sunday they made an appointment with me online for reservation for Tuesday at 3:00 when I showed up the tires were not there it's a good old Walmart couldn't come through!! I was able to call and get the correct sizes and tires confirmed with the Fullerton Tire Outlet location before scheduling an appointment the following morning. My parents said they are very efficient in switching out the two tires and had a waiting room. I forget the exact brand name of the tires they went with but they were a budget brand that Is never heard of but after doing some quick research online for the run flat option of these tires, the online reviews mentioned they are sufficient tires for a much lower price than Pirelli tires. My parents are happy with these tires on their Mercedes GLC 300 and have not reported heavy tire noise/hum despite some online reviews mentioning these tires were a little louder than expected. read more

Came here for an alignment on my car after getting new tires. The staff were very quick to help me and very friendly. It did take a while to get my car done but it was a Saturday and there were quite a few people ahead of me so it was no worries. The lobby is very open and comfortable with a tv that they had a movie playing while we waited and also had free water and coffee. The communication implied they had the tires I wanted.
