I was very satisfied with how much care and effort he put on my situation. He did multiple test drives and spoke to me about other mishaps after I went in for an alignment. I have these annoying custom chrome rims so when it comes to flats or bent rims it is never cheap. Anyways I went to 3 places in the OC and they were quoting me $160 and up. So I happened to be driving in Anaheim and I saw a row of tire and auto repair shops. Pro wheels just happened to be one of the shops. I walked in and told them my situation and he quoted me $100. All the other places were also telling me that I would likely need to replace my tire too. The gentleman working said my tire was decent and would just need my rim repaired. I agreed and he said it would be a couple days because they need to send out my rim. It was Wednesday around 3pm and I got a call Friday morning that my tire was ready. I was surprised how quick they were. Overall, I felt this place was honest and did a great job repairing my bent rim. I will definitely recommend to friends! Tip bring cash so you can avoid paying tax but they do take card!

Had my tire pop on my new Mercedez about two weeks ago , they took care of me very well. I live walking distance and they walked to my house and fixed me tired. Today I walked my daughters bike over there and they put air in her tires. They service all tires. Thank you. They are so nice and friendly. They were happy to put air in my daughters bike tire. The worst experience , punch of liars , I had gift certificate for $300 , I called and I told them about it , "no problem" was the answer from Anali and she orders the tires for me , I spent 2 hours at Anaheim location after the job was done " sorry we won't accept the gift certificates "I spoke with Joe the Manager , he stated he just started this job and he won't honor the gift certificate and I can "go to court no problem" Poor service read more

Bad ass lift and tires we are happy with there services. Prices are reasonable and competitive. I was looking to replace gray wheels on my Mazda6 and sent out several inquiries. Freddy C from Pro Wheels was the first to respond. Several didn't bother or just sent me links to websites that I had already visited. Freddy called and got good idea of what I wanted, selected good examples and sent to me just minutes later. He gave me more options and did not pressure me as I made decisions. Finally, he delivered my new wheels from Corona to Anaheim and made sure they were perfect before I left. I have been a Pro Wheel customer for over 4 years. I can rely on Gabriel to sell me tires at a good price and only when I need them. He shows me why my tires need to be replaced or tells me how many more miles before replacing. Previously, a tire store recommended I replace my chrome rim because of a slow air leak. I had aftermarket upper control arms installed on my 2020 Tacoma and Gabriel was super helpful. They gave me a great price for the installation and alignment. Their shop is the only shop around that know how to install SPC upper controls arms the right way.
