Before the service, I specifically asked if they had machines that would not scratch my wheels, and I was told yes, so I proceeded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After the installation, I inspected the wheels and found scratches on all four wheels. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately called the shop and was asked to come in so they could inspect the damage and discuss a solution.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I returned and showed them the damage, I was told that their machines do not scratch wheels, and they refused to compensate for the damage done to my $4,000 wheels. The only thing they offered was store credit, which is unreasonable--why would I return after this experience? This is especially disappointing because I've brought the same type of wheels here in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time the quality of service was unacceptable. Bottom line: If you have expensive wheels and want to avoid scratches, do not come here. They will not take responsibility for damage caused during installation. read more

I explained that I was at work and didn't have much time, and they confirmed that timeframe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I arrived and left my car, the estimate suddenly changed to 1-1.5 hours. I left and came back after about 1 hour and 10 minutes, only to find out they had not started working on my car at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked the girls at the front desk, they said they still needed time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After waiting another 13 minutes, a worker came out and said he was just about to start and that it would take another 1-1.5 hours. First off, huge thanks to JR and his team for the incredible help and support they gave me when I had a serious issue with my truck. I was driving down a main road just after getting off the freeway when the ball joint disconnected from my upper control arm. It was a terrifying situation that could have ended much worse had it happened just minutes earlier on the freeway. (Sharing before and after pics to show how bad it could've been.) Turns out the previous shop that installed my lift didn't use the correct aftermarket UCA, which caused the failure. I live about 10 mins away from this place. The first time I was going to visit this place , I got discouraged due to the FULL parking lot... I drove by & decided to not stop in. Little did I know that meant the quality of work they do. I'm glad I walked in a week later to get new shoes for my hubby's truck. Not only did they listen to the vision but made it seen ! Yes, we had a hiccup on our way to the vision but nothing they couldn't resolve ! The best thing is the whole front area is Women ran! Where do you see that??? Most tire shops I've been to are fully male operated... not only that but I got assisted by JR himself! Greeted me with a warm smile didn't ignore me , directed sentences to ME, he didn't degrade me for being a woman , treated me with respect and kindness. Threw in extras w/o needing to. I brought my car in to get 4 tires replaced. They were quick to get me in the following day. The tire installation took much longer than expected which was totally fine. I was in a hurry to get back home since it took longer than what they had told me so I didn't inspect the wheels as closely as I should have. Once I got home I noticed gouging around the lug nut, paint scraped off the lip of wheel, all 4 center caps were dented. Looked like they used a screw driver to hammer the caps back on. I was furious that they did not put any care. Some spots I noticed they gouged the wheel and they try to cover it up with paint which didn't match. The ironic thing is that they took a picture to show me a few chips and nicks I had from just road debris. Ironically they did way more damage than a few nicks. It's obviously why they took so long, they were trying to cover the damage. I took the car back and showed the damage. They apologized and wanted me to bring it back so somebody shop person can touch up paint the wheel. They admitted it's not going to be perfect. I did not want them or anyone they use to touch my vehicle again. I wanted them to compensate the damage using my wheel repair guy but they kept saying bring it back. The lady who was helping me acknowledged these are expensive wheels. If you know they're expensive why the hell would you have your tech handle it like this. My conclusion is don't let the yelp reviews fool you. They are not a good shop. Really bad work. I spent $400 to get the wheels repaired and buy new center caps. Really upsetting. Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere. Ps they charge a credit card processing fee. read more
