One of the owners is sexist and ignores me when I'm 2 feet away because I am a female. I had to go around this guys back to get my car in the first place because he was so negative. They sold my the car and washed their hands. This car has one previous owner and less then 100k on it. I haven't even driven more then 7k for a whole year. I have transmission issues, electrical issues for all my windows. My ac doesn't work and the very first time I drove the car, it over heated and shut off because the coolant tank had issues. They installed a new tank and now it's worse. I smell burnt coolant when I turn off my car, the car won't shift out of first gear without draggging. I go to get my car looked at and again the owner disregarded me while the secretary tried to convince him to help me. I am looking into suing for child endangerment. I have a 6 month old and 3 other kids I take care of by myself. They know this and do not care. If I had a choice not to drive my car I would but I don't have that option. But I am STILL paying this car off. I'm still under warranty and they just want to wait till it runs out so they can tell me they can't fix my car. Ridiculous

They had it at their shop for about a month, "towed it to the best transmission shop around" to only have my van sitting there for another month AND COUNTING, they haven't even touched my vehicle yet! They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. After a debate, Sam the owner says okay just find a Tesla certified body shop to fix and I'll pay for it and after the item arrived he basically said screw yourself I wont pay for it lol. I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. They have lost my business and any good word of mouth I would have passed along for them.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIFES!!!!!…read more Do not EVER step foot in this dealership, if you do you're going to get railroaded, treated like a schmuck, and given nothing of what you asked for. I called Grieco Honda on a Saturday and said I was trading in my Honda Ridgeline but I was interested in a Toyota Tundra that their sister dealership had in East Providence. I was told on the phone that it was no issue and that the truck would be transferred over to the dealer and I could come down Sunday morning (I live TWO HOURS AWAY). I drove down Sunday and the truck was no where to be seen. I had a 12:30 appointment and at 1:00pm, the sales manager Mark came over and said "oh we're super busy but someone is coming" and then assigned me to Alfred, who was with another customer. They finally saw me at 1:30pm, an hour late. I asked THREE TIMES to see the truck since "we have to go to Providence but the test drive can be the ride over here." They spent 45 minutes talking trade in and price even with me saying I would discuss it after I get to actually see the truck!!! Alfred finally said okay to going to Providence and then took another 20 minutes to get a car so we could drive over. We finally got to Providence 45 minutes later only to watch someone driving the truck out of the lot and buying it. I never even got to test drive it! Got back to the dealer and gave Mark an earful because I had never been treated so poorly. He said how sorry he was and that he would call me Monday to find me the same truck. He called me and said they would search the country to find it because it was sold out from under me. I found the exact truck at the same price in Oregon and Mark had me send it to him. He said they would call them right then. That truck sold over the weekend so I called to ask if Grieco had reached out AND THEY NEVER CALLED FOR THAT TRUCK!!! Mark and Alfred are TERRIBLE. They and Grieco Honda are the reason people hate car dealerships. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!! And I know the blanket "oh call our GM and he wants to hear from you" is coming, don't bother. I called the GM and he never called back. GRIECO HONDA IS THE WORST!!!
