I ended up paying $373 for the 2.5-hour job ($149/hour) and upon closer inspection after the job was complete, I found that one screen was not cleaned, some screens still had dirty edges, all the window frames still had uncleaned dirt, and the invoice had a mistake. I reached out by email Sep 18, sent pictures of the errors, and requested a partial refund. They declined to provide any refund and provided no apology or recognition of their errors. They did state that I should have called back within 5 days so they could have come back to check, but I replied in 6 days. Nowhere on their website, quote, or invoice was this 5-day policy mentioned. I would not recommend them. It took me 2 additional hours to correct the problems myself.
