We used Park Heights to do our roof. They did an adequate installation job but we later discovered the following problems: * Sloppy workmanship * Damage to siding * Failure to plug in new electrical fan in attic * Failure to reconnect attic flue (which brings up carbon monoxide from boiler) On the whole this sloppy service not only left us with concerns going forward, but posed risks to my family's health. We did not discover the problems with the fan and flue for a whole year, and had to hire another company to fix the issues. I would highly recommend you stay away from this firm. read more

I can't believe how fraudulent Park Heights Roofing was to us! We signed a contract for them to replace our gutters with gutter guards after a careful inspection from Avi. We were told that the roof MIGHT need replacing in the next year or two, but all else was fine. Avi suggested we replace the gutters first and then buy some time before we needed more work. When the gutters were removed, 5 shingles came off at various spots. The very friendly and knowledgeable gutter installer told us that they were pulled off when the old gutters were removed. He said that it was not a big deal to replace the few shingles. I called Park Heights Roofing shortly before their closing time, but no one answered. I left a message and specifically gave them my cell number to call first thing in the morning when the job would be completed. No one called! I called them at 1:30 p.m. the next day and Emily, who doesn't know anything about my house or my roofing situation, told me that, " I didn't listen to your whole message. I left you a message at 12:30 on your home number!" I was annoyed. 1) Why didn't she call first thing in the morning and 2) why not on the number I left on the message? Emily proceeded to tell me that the wood under the missing shingles were wet and that we needed to replace all the wood. What was she talking about? Then she called back and said it would cost another $800.00 to replace the wood. How could that be? No one told us the wood was wet and she is in an office telling me that. I went outside to confer with the gutter installer who reiterated that the wood was not wet and that just 5 shingles needed replacement. We called back to Avi who was rude and very defensive. He told us that we could get the missing shingles replaced for $300.00. Really? It became a yelling match and we decided to pay them their remaining money but to never, ever, refer them to neighbors or friends. Avi said, "Do what you want!" So there's our story. Fraudulent, rude and lack of caring. No customer service. I would strongly urge the use of another company for roof issues. Shame on them! read more

Park Heights roofing has been amazing to work with. They installed new siding and windows on my home. Joaquins crew left the areas they were working cleaner then when they started. They treated me with respect from the start to the finish of the job. Any question I had for the crew was answered kindly and in a way a person who does not know siding and windows could understand. Diddy and Joaquin climbed in the dumpster to rescue a window frame that I wanted to save since it was an original to my 120 year old house. Just because I live on the other side of the zip code doesn't mean I'm not worthy of their service.
